We take pride in offering a well-rounded approach to the Martial Arts and self defense. We teach respect, honesty, and perserverence through fun yet practical training. Our fundamental style here is Okinawan Isshinryu karate, but we also specialize in Ju-Jitsu and Kobudo (weaponry). If you are a parent looking to build your child's self-esteem, confidence, physical fitness, and integrity, we can certainly help. If you are an adult looking to get into the best physical shape of your life, learn to protect yourself as well as build self-confidence, then look no further.

I love this dojo. I just went in for my first class last night. They treated me like family. Tony, the sensei, was great. His sense of humor and the way he interacts with his students makes the class very enjoyable. It's a wonderful experience!

I absolutely adore this dojo! Mr.Tony and his team have done so much for my daughter. They teach the kids how to work hard, respect their elders and peers, have self control and to be emotionally and physically strong.
As a parent I love knowing that my daughter has been taught restraint not to act unless absolutely necessary, but if she is put in a dangerous situation, she can take care of herself.
I think every child would benefit from attending the Lebanon Dojo, the skills and values that are taught here will last a lifetime.

This is by far the best dojo out there, you learn so much about Isshinryu karate. They also have the best instructors, Mr. Tony, Ms. Sandra and Mr. Jeff just to name a few. I started two years ago and I am now a blue belt. The dojo is my second home. I am very proud to be apart of this dojo.

I can not say enough great stuff about The Lebanon Dojo. We put our son in the dojo about 2 years ago and he has opened up and is so comfortable there. All the instructor are amazing. They take the time to make sure all the students are learning the skills for isshinryu. I would recommend The Lebanon Dojo to anyone. If you have not check this place out stop by and see what you been missing.
