We had the best birthday party experience! Everything from the ease of scheduling, to communication and execution, was top notch. Our coaches Brianna, Noah, and Scarlett were incredibly accommodating, so polite, and always had a smile on their faces. We had the BEST experience hosting our son’s Minecraft-themed 6th birthday party at The Ninja Gym! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, and they even let me come early to decorate, which made the whole setup stress-free. Coach Mekki was absolutely amazing leading the activities! All of our coaches (Katie, London and Rachel) were so kind, energetic, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the party, the team constantly offered to help and made us feel completely supported.

Our guests had a fantastic time, and the venue was perfect for keeping kids active and engaged. I would highly recommend The Ninja Gym to anyone looking for a fun, well-run, and welcoming place to celebrate a birthday!

We had a great time for our son’s birthday party! The absolute easiest and most fun birthday. My 5 year old said it was the best birthday yet. The hosts think of everything and do everything before you even have to ask - it’s a Mommas dream location. Email is your friend - their phone system is difficult but don’t let it discourage you! They do communicate!

Noah is the best party coach! He is so engaged with the kids no matter the age and kept everyone moving and feeling included!

We had my son’s 3rd birthday party at The Ninja Gym and it was absolutely perfect! Parks had the best time, and all of his little friends did too. Miss Liz led fun exercises and activities, and she is truly amazing with kids—she kept them engaged, laughing, and having so much fun the entire time.

Their new party room is just right for celebrating afterward, and the staff made everything so easy for me as a parent. I can’t recommend The Ninja Gym enough for a birthday party—and their toddler classes are super fun too!

We came from out of town to do the Ninja camp since I was in TN for work and I’m so impressed by the staff and experience. My girls are 5 and 7 and the youngest was nervous but they went out of their way to make them feel special and engaged. At the end of the camp each kid gets a certificate hand written by the coach about the camper. Thank you so much all Ninja camp coaches for making this so special for my kids!

Really nice place. We were worried as it was for a 6 year olds birthday and lots of younger kids but they were great and very accommodating.

Liz James and Braelyn were the party coaches and all did wonderful with all the little kids. No one got hurt, only one kid cried and that was way below the over under my friends had at 3.5.

If you have older kids I think it would be even better, especially if they are into sports and gymnastics or similar.

Went in for a free trial class. When I arrived there were 6 employees, 2 doing stuff to the floor equipment and 4 standing in the back. The 4 standing in the back kept looking at the crowd standing around the desk but did not acknowledge anyone. Emailed management who did not respond to my complaint. Imagine if your child was injured... probably would not get a response. Horrible first impression that has stopped us from attending. Customer service is still a requirement in order to give a business my money. No thank you.

We had our daughter’s 7th birthday at the Ninja Gym. Ms. Carol was great helping set it up and Nike was great getting us all in and on task. The coaches were super fun. The kids LOVED it. And mom loved it too- this was the least stress birthday party we’ve had for our kiddo. The Ninja Gym took care of everything! (We ordered extra pizza because we wanted to feed the parents too.)

The hosts were super helpful! (Bring extra cupcakes as a tip! 🩷) One of the parents said their daughter’s next bday party will be at the Ninja Gym - that’s how great it was!

We hosted our son's 4th birthday party at the Ninja Gym on recommendation from friends. We had never been before, but the staff made everything super easy! The kids got to play and run and have fun for an hour before we had pizza provided by the gym and the cake we brought in in the party area. They helped us set up and handled the clean up for us, including bagging up our son's gifts making it super easy to load up the car and go when we were done. Thank you to Nike and the rest of the staff for making this an easy party full of fun for all of the kids!

My son’s party was such a great experience! It all ran smoothly and the staff made it fun and lively for everyone. There’s always something for the kids to be doing, the parents have plenty of places to sit and relax while the party is going on, and there’s even an area for toddlers to play and not feel left out. We recently hosted our son’s birthday party at the Ninja Gym, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff—Liz, Braylan, and Brayden—were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The manager, Kaki, was also fantastic to work with, making the planning process seamless.

The toddlers had a blast with the games, while the adults enjoyed ping pong and foosball. It was a perfect setup for guests of all ages!

This place is great. My kids have been members since it opened and have been coming to classes every week. They also do the summer camps and have a blast. The coaches are amazing - I don’t have enough words to say how wonderful they are. They are so encouraging to the kids no matter their physical ability level. My son has been here for multiple camps and he loves it everytime. Coach Kaki and her staff do a great job at keeping the numbers manageable so that it doesn't feel too overly crowded. My children enjoyed themselves. And I do like that the open concept gives me the ability to look around the room and quickly find my children. I'm only giving three stars because the staff to child ratio was completely insane. I went on a President's Day when they had open gym and camp going on at the same time. There were probably over 50 kids on the main floor and only two adults. There was no way to distinguish Camp kids from other kids and it was pure pandemonium. The parents that were there with their children were not doing a good job at controlling them. They were basically camped out on the walls. Overall, I do think it's a good place to let the kids run around and have fun. But I would strongly caution against having little kids there. My poor preschool and 1st graders were almost getting ran over by the bigger kids even with me there. So, a camp would be a HARD NO for me.

I like this place, so neat and well kept. They maintain high standards with the amenities here.
Kaki, the supervisor/facility manager has been very professional. She was very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns.
Most of the coaches here are very engaging and fun to hang around with. They know how to keep the kids interested in activities. My daughter loves Ninja Gym and wants to visit almost every other day.

The staff is so friendly and organized and they really do go above and beyond to not only make sure the kids have a fun time in a safe environment, but help with set-up and breakdown of party room and provide several things as part of the package. Just hosted my sons birthday here this weekend, the staff was genuinely great. They stayed engaged with the kids, and always had someone stationed around keeping an eye on the kids to make sure they were enjoying themselves and being safe.

The staff helped set up (including getting stuff out the car), serve the food, and cleanup. They provided drinks, and plates and napkins, etc. we just provided some snacks and pizza (and the cake).

I would strongly recommend Ninja gym for a party, if for nothing else the wonderful staff. But on top of that the space is awesome with lots of variety for different fitness and skill levels of kid.

10/10 would recommend.
