The workout leaders mix things up and keep it interesting and challenging. They are very good at motivating during the workout without ever feeling like they are degrading like some trainers at other gyms can be. Whatever fitness level that you're at, you can count on a great workout.

Love everything about Title Boxing in the Boro. The people are what really make the difference here. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you’re part of the crew. All the staff is amazing! The workouts are super intense, but they’re a ton of fun! The music and the trainers keep you fired up and the sweat just keeps dripping! Just wish I could go more often!
