Nick is professional. We have equally focused on the physical end of training and the science of what is happening to the body. For me this has kept me interested and engaged. He pushes me hard but also keeps it within a boundary that my body can handle without injury. This is hard work, but with someone easy to do it with. I highly recommend him for any age, gender, etc.

Training with Nick not only helped me get in the best shape of my life, I learned I was stronger than I ever imagined I could be. Hiring a personal trainer motivated me to show up when I didn’t want to and pushed me when I wanted to give up. Nick is super knowledgeable, positive, and practices what he preaches which is important to me. It’s motivating when your trainer is actually in shape too…I think it would be a red flag for me if I hired a trainer who was out of shape. Nick is the best and I’ll be working with him again soon!

Nick is THE BEST personal trainer! He holds you accountable and gives you the tools and motivation to be successful with whatever your personal goals are. I was a beginner in the world of personal training and he helped me every step of the way. I had no idea what machines to use or how to use them and he explained everything with ease and made me feel super comfortable being in that environment. He also helped me learn tips and tricks on so many things I can do on my own time, not even having to be in a gym. He provided me with a support group of like minded people to keep me on track with my goals in a positive environment, weekly workouts, nutrition, and so much more. Nick is not only a fantastic trainer but also he is just a really genuine down to earth guy who is easy to talk to, funny, and easy on the eyes 🤩. He's super nice but he will also hold you accountable because he wants you to be your best self. If you get the opportunity to work with him you will not be sorry. Wish I still lived in the area!

I got introduced to Nick through a good friend and began joining her for workouts when I was in Nashville. He is amazing! He is patient, good with instruction, motivating and makes me want to work hard! I always feel like I have gotten a great workout when I’m done. Since I do not live in Nashville, I have started working with Nick remotely through his app. He provides workouts to me each week! He is great with communication and keeping me on track, as well as answering questions that I have about the workouts and general fitness.
