I have practiced Pilates for a decade, both mat and reformer. Well Body Pilates has been my studio for over a year now. Well Body’s studio space, equipment, props, app, and instructors are THE BEST in Sumner County. Well Body Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio meaning, for instance, a much smaller student to instructor ratio. Well Body’s instructors are certified and experienced. Well Body’s instructors are paying attention to us, their students, correcting our form as needed, offering modifications as needed. Coming from other Pilates studios to Well Body was such a step up. Highly recommend Well Body Pilates!

What makes them truly stand out is the way Lindsay pay attention to form and detail—every movement is explained clearly and always offer helpful corrections and modifications so you feel safe and confident.

Beyond the workout itself, Lindsay creates such a welcoming and positive environment. Whether your brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, she makes you feel comfortable and supported.

Well Body Pilates is the very best Pilates studio in Nashville. Elizabeth knows how to support your body in whatever way you need, be it reaching a goal, recovering from an injury or focusing on overall strength and wellness. Margaret’s classes are a blast without sacrificing form and skill. Can’t say enough good things about Well Body!

I have been taking private sessions twice a week for the past few weeks. I'm new to Pilates, but I am a life-long athlete, now in my mid-60s. Elizabeth is a thoughtful, skilled and warm instructor. My cycling coach recommended that I start Pilates to develop core strength and flexibility and reconnect to parts of my body that I have neglected. So far so good. Elizabeth's studio is attractive and well equipped. I highly recommend her.
