Wow! What an amazing gym! I met Brandon and instantly knew this was the place for me. It’s not your typical gym overrun with young kids, it’s super clean with a great vibe. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely focused on improving. I’m excited to get back into the gym!

I wish i could leave a negative 1 star.
-There isn't enough equipment
- Gym regulars seem like aliens
-Some guy with mental health issues keeps boxing the punching bag while yelling “Free our fathers” (don't wanna guess what that's about)
-Kids are always running around on gym equipment
-Not really ideal for serious lifters
-Key pad never works and our bill is always paid
Overall, a pretty terrible gym.

There is something here for everyone! There are classes for those of us who need accountability in a group, and there’s space and equipment to do things on your own as well. This gym is very family oriented, well maintained and very clean. The equipment is very up to date, and several new pieces of equipment have been added recently. My family is very happy here.

Family oriented gym that offers a variety of fitness options from open gym where you can do your own workouts to several different class types such as Functional Fitness, HIT Classes, and endurance! They offer personal training and customized meal plans! The facility is very clean and inviting, as well as secure!
