I love being a member here! The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the gym itself is very clean and tidy! They have tanning beds and multiple aerobic machines! I definitely recommend becoming a member here if you haven't already! And it's open 24/7 !

Other than space (the lack of it), this is a great gym. They stay on top of the cleanliness and it's staffed during the day. There are plenty of machines but it's a tight fit. They need to double the size.

Never got my premium code to work for the extras I was paying for, showers I was paying for were poor (little to no hot water, damaged often, painful no slip pads), and too crowded for supersets (people and the layout of equipment). At least the staff are nice while they're there, and it is 24 hours. That's nice.

This gym has to have some of the most inexperienced or incompetent people working there. We were lied to in the initial process of signing up for a 2-person membership - with the gym stating us 2 different prices between a 3-day timeframe of our 1-day trial and actually signing up. Of course, the sign-up day price was higher and they told us these had to be separate accounts - not combined, meaning we had to pay 2 separate annual club fees.

We closed our membership within the first month - the guy at the front desk assured us that we would NOT get charged the $50 (x2) annual club fees - and if we did, to let them know and they will refund it. Of course - we DID get charged the Club Fees - and now they refuse to refund this money.

I wouldn't go to this gym unless you want them to tell you one thing then do the exact opposite.

Have been going here for 7 months and someone I've never seen before claiming to be the manager came up to me today and told me my membership is not good at this location because i purchased it in Hermitage, TN. I told her that I was under the impression that memberships were good at any Workout Anytime location because that's what it says on the website. She replied that my level of membership was good only in Hermitage. This certainly was not disclosed when I purchased that membership. Been a member for ~5 years but I guess I will be cancelling now.

I honestly really liked this gym but I’m a cash only person..I know I hear the rebuttal already”jUst GeT a BanK” I rather keep cash alive…but anyways my problem with it is the staff are not trained properly…I paid for my membership with cash and when it was coming close to my payment date I always would pay early typically a week before is when I would pay well each time I would come to pay the staff either couldn’t complete the process didn’t complete the process or just didn’t know how to start the process for a cash payment…in turns it would be late or never even added to the account…the manager robin did fix it before and she is very sweet and nice…but when it happened for the third time it kind of upset me…so sadly I have stopped attending this gym I did really enjoy this gym I’d love to come back but I much rather not have to have this problem everytime

Great place, would recommend to anyone. Just minor things that get on my nerves, that may not bother others. Rowing machine display hasn't worked for months; shoulder machine has been stuck up about an inch for months. I don't make it a habit to check these things, so might be fixed now. Would give negative stars if could, signed up for the trial they had but never used. They kept sending reminders and calling for payments told them to cancel it repeatedly and they did not. Now I have a $400.00 bill with them they finally canceled it and sent to collections even though I never used their facilities and repeatedly told them to cancel and they did not. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Update from talking to corporate......... After calling the number and talking to the woman, I thought something might actually be done. But boy was I WRONG. The lady gave me a email address to send all the information to so that the owners can look at and try to help. I sent the email and not long got a response from them that said " there's no record on file saying you canceled, and we're done with you ". So much for helping, but now I know how they make their money to offer the deals. Screw 10 people out of money and you make a fortune.

The staff at this gym and the Hendersonville location are amazing. The people are friendly as well. There’s a good amount of equipment and free weights at your disposal. The location can be really busy at times, but all gyms are like that. The facility is kept really clean. The staff makes rounds frequently to sanitize and the members are good at using the spray bottles provided. I also enjoy how it’s one of the few gyms I’ve been to that doesn’t hound you. A lot of places have personal trainers that constantly bug you about signing up with them. They’ll even tell you to recalculate your budget if you can’t afford it. THE TRAINERS HERE DON’T DO THAT. They respect your privacy and are quick to offer advice if you need it. This place is more like a family environment than an establishment that is just out to get your money. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. You’ll love it!
