We offer 24-hour member access, certified personal trainers, indoor tanning, HydroMassage, Matrix strength training, rows of cardio - including: treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, & stationary bikes; dedicated plate weight area, flat screen televisions, shower & locker facilities, free Wi-Fi access for members, use of all Workout Anytime locations across the country, guest privileges and monthly fitness evaluations.

I would get 5 stars but no punching bag but I do like the place people are very friendly the people who work there are awesome they do have great equipment it is very clean and there is definitely amenities that most places do not have to offer but like I said it's only four stars for no punching bag.

Wish I didn't have to leave this gym, but I moved away and Florida doesn't have any. Fantastic staff that are really willing to help. The machines are always clean and there are enough that there usually isn't a wait if you plan it well. I wish there was more secluded floor space for stretching but they did really well with the space they had. Their tanning facilities are great and the hydromassage is a must. Locker rooms are always clean and fresh! Definitely recommend!

Love my workouts here better than other places I've been. Ashley is the lady who owns it and she's not only kind and friendly but she also rocks. She came up to me and told me that she could see a dramatic change in me and that she's extremely proud of me and my husband. Who doesn't love compliments when working extremely hard!

The gym is small but nice. Only reason I cancelled by membership is due to the idiots that come there at night. When you get off work at midnight and want a good work out....go else where. Since membership is cheap, you get all the young and older idiots that trash talk out loud, grunt really loud (not lifting much) trying to show off or crowding an area as if they own it. So rather than get ticked off and confront them, i decided to leave and not come back. It's sad but sometimes if you want better quality of people, you have to pay more at a gym. I'm far from rich but i'd rather pay a higher fee so that i can work out in peace. Yes there are idiots everywhere, but with that place being that small, those 5-7 idiots makes that place a no-go.
Advice to management: watch the late night crew that comes in and acts like idiots and cancel their membership.

I love this gym. They welcomed me and treat me and all of the guests like family. I am greeted with a smile and am always encouraged during my workout! The people are what brings me into the gym everyday and encourage me to come all the time. Wouldn't trade this family for anything! I love my gym!

Really nice equipment and extras (like the massage therapy) but I have to not recommended because of the hidden fees and charges. I only thought I was signing up for a 3 month deal and found I still had to pay an annual fee.

My wife and I joined this gym 4 months ago. I was skeptical to join because of the low price. I mean... How much can you expect for $25 a month (tanning included), right? It's turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The staff is friendly, and they keep the gym clean. Tons of equipment and tanning, to boot. What more can you ask for?
