I love this place! They have all the equipment that I need but the best thing about this place is the people! I lift weights 4 times per week and am ALWAYS greeted with a smile during business hours. There are plenty of plates and dumbells, cables and machines. I used to attend a larger gym, and WOAT lacks nothing. Tanning and the massage chair are a perk and never have wait time. The showers are helpful for busy days as well. I love the community of exercise focused people, beginners and up, who aren't here to mess around and are always polite.

Not a bad little gym. Has pretty much all the main machines you need to get a solid workout in. Plenty of free weights available, plates and dumbbells along with cardio equipment. Gym is always clean and well maintained.

The staff cares and loves their clients. Natalie is excellent at interacting with clients and making us feel welcome.

I lived near the Lenox Village location when they unexpectedly closed 5 days after I signed up. Never stepped foot inside the location to workout. I was given no notice, no email of how to handle my account and finally figured out after months of charges that they transferred me to the Smyrna location. I just left there. Went in to see what it was about. Stood at the counter as an employee was in the office on her phone. I decided not to join the gym. I really wanted to join so I could workout out anytime, but if the staff ignores a new comer, what am I supposed to think. Very disappointed!

I'm getting tired of this. I come in during the day and everything is fine. But I'm a night person. I come on at night and about 75% of the time I can't get in the door. When I talk to someone inside they say my card is fine.
Last night I could see tge lights flash when I scanned my card but the door remained locked.
Being 8 weeks out of knee replacement surgery, I don't come here much. But when I do, I expect to get in. The machine I use the most, a sit down elliptical has been broken for more than a month. I'm beginning to think this place is a waste of money.

My family has been a member of this gym for almost 10 years and now that they are under new ownership it has gone to crap. The two employees that are working there in the morning literally sit in the office together and do no cleaning. The same stains have been in the urinals for 3 weeks. Half the time no paper towels to use to clean equipment. After canceling my 2 daughters memberships they have now messed up my husband’s membership. Can’t get in the doors in the morning with key card most mornings. I have tried contacting corporate with no luck.

I paid for a full year at Workout Anytime and they closed both of my locations within one month of me giving them $500. I've been trying for over 8 months to get a refund and this location, as well as corporate just lie to me and jerk me around. I work 10 hour days and don't have time to drive 30 minutes away from my house after work to use this location.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM ANYWHERE! They will just close it down and take your money and never refund it. I wouldn't mind no refund if I didn't use the gym, but I am literally incapable of using the services I paid for because they shut them down, and within 1 month of me paying them.

I had a membership at the Lenox Village location, which closed down. When I called the number they give everyone in the reply to comments, I was told that my membership was transferred to the Antioch location, which is ALSO closed down. I then called back and the same woman I spoke with before told me to send her my information so she could find where my account has been transferred so I can close my account. I have not heard back after sending my info. I guess the concept of just not charging me money after the gym closed wasn't an option. Best to just play musical chairs with clients' memberships...

“At first, I thought this gym had few users because it was quiet or because the membership is expensive, but then I realized it’s because they always have issues with the door, especially in the mornings. Even though they claim to be open 24/7, that’s not true since you can only get in when the person in charge arrives, which happens around 9 a.m. or so. This is very frustrating for those of us who want to work out early. On top of that, the number of machines is insufficient for the number of members. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for convenience, accessibility, and a good variety of equipment.”
Everyone who goes ends up calling and complaining a lot because of the door issue. The only response we get is that there’s a phone number to call when we have this problem. If I go to the gym at five in the morning, it’s because I don’t have time to go at another hour. How is it possible that three or four days a week we face the same issue? You need to take urgent action.

From the moment I walked in the door, we knew this was our place. Eric was amazing, so genuine and attentive to all of my questions. I’m a total newb when it comes to fitness and was honestly petrified to work out the first time. When I go there are about 15-20 people. After a few mins of getting out of my head I do my thing. Everyone is respectful, and I felt completely comfortable in this space.
Also, the young man working the desk in the afternoon. Wish I could remember his name. Is one of the nicest, wholesome and kindest souls I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Eric was so patient and kind as we were signing up and he was training him. They are a good team, with good management.

Disrespectful clientele. Hispanic guy singing at the top of his lungs when the gym is full of other patrons. People sitting around on equipment talking and then when asked to work in, “oh we are using it.” Paid attention and not a weight lifted for 10 minutes after I asked. This isn’t a social club. It’s a place for health and fitness.

Other than this, it’s nice and clean. Haven’t had any other issues with anything. Patrons just need to be respectful especially when it’s a small gym. It’s not like they have multiples of each piece of equipment. And this isn’t a recording studio.

Low-grade facility, terrible gym-client comminication, gym policies are not well stuctured, and the owner is completley unprofessional and seemingly incompetent.

During the start of COVID, this establishment had been "Freezing" gym memberships while clinets were left to think their memberships had been suceessfully canceled. When addressed about the continued and un-authorized withdrawls the manager was pleasant but not helpful at all. When directed to the owner, James Williams, his professionalism quickly dissipated as he became very definsive, accusatory, rude, and hostile.

Full transparency: Durng my conversation with James about the issue he claimed that duing the pandemic he has been "doing what he can to make it." Although, I feel that he said this in an attempt to draw a personal connection to me, it moreso highlighted his values/ priorities on monetary advancement. I was forced to realize that this establishment and its owner are completely willing to/okay with unknowingly charging clients for a membership.

If you enjoy a gym where the staff is supportive, I highly suggest you find another gym; there are a few in the area.

I was surprised and very upset to find out they only “froze” the account and continued to charge me for 6 months, $180. I come to workout on the 25th. Can't get in STILL. I've only used this membership once since y'all shutdown. The help desk operator even said that your system isn't updated. This needs to be fixed. The sign says no contract in big bold letters, but this is clearly a contract, which says that unless you give them 30 days notice by certified mail they can’t guarantee proper cancellation. I absolutely love this gym. It is roughly 5 minutes from my home. Having the ability to workout anytime of the day is perfect for my schedule. They have any machine or weight you could ask for. I would give this gym a 5 star if it was staffed 24 hrs, however it is not. Some of the other members do not clean up after themselves. Out of respect, I typically pick up any trash when I see it over night as I usually workout later in the evenings and early morning hours. Other than those minor issues, this gym is ideal for anyone needing to meet some personal goals. There are multiple lockers, showers and stalls in both the mens and womens locker rooms. They have a scale by the front door. I suggest getting the family deal as it allows 3 people full access to workout at any location, access to the tanning bed as well as the water therapy bed for an amazing low monthly cost. I 150% recommend this gym.

It's okay. Music is a little loud and the machines often have at least a few electronic control glitches, but I needed a place to use a treadmill a few days a week for cheap and that's what I have. More importantly, they charge a credit card instead of requiring your bank account like Planet Fitness does. Bank drafts are always a dealbreaker for me.
