Love this gym! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You are in great hands with anyone, but James, the fitness director, is warm, welcoming, and makes your first personal training session fun and informative. The management at this location is the best i’ve ever seen anywhere. Christian, the manager, is on a whole other level. From getting things up and running and overall cleanliness, he’s very attention to detail, and it definitely shows in his team. He’s got this thing running very smooth and tightened up. I have been a member for 3 years now. My journey of health and wellness wouldn't be complete without the help of my amazing Trainer, Julia Barberi of the Port Royal Workout Anytime! With Julia's help, I have lost 70 lbs. and have gained alot of muscle. I started in a XXL and now fit into a medium shirt and my waste has gone from a 38 down to a 34. I have never met anyone as dedicated to health and wellness as Julia. I look forward to following my journey to health and wellness with the help of Julia and the gym! Outside of training, the gym is a clean and pleasant environment. I am

There's always at least 1 machine borken, usually the stairmaster. Repairs take months to get fixed. Paper towels left behind at machines and water bottles. Someone decided to leave their manicure behind today. Also, parking is terrible.

Good.gym but.already a few timesni tried to get in and badge wouldn't work. Spoke to rep and was told it should be working. Tried again on Thanksgiving and it didn't work.at all. It is practically.empty.today. saw another member tried to get in and she couldn't get in at all. We were told thatbgym was closed and the few remaining are the only ones.allowed.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but Spring Hill workout anytime is easily one of the best! Madison showed me the facility. The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly.

One of the things I love most is how clean and well-maintained everything is—there’s never a wait for machines, and the space never feels overcrowded.

Possibly the least cared for gym in this chain I’ve been to. Worn out equipment, water bottles and paper towels left on the floor, non functioning waterfountain for several months, no hot water in the bathrooms, mildew covered floors and walls by the showers, lockers where the wood is water logged and falling apart, constant urine smell in the restroom.
There are other locations in this chain nearby that are far better cared for. This is embarrassing.

Horrible experience with this gym. My husband and I signed up 2 yrs ago, everything was great in the beginning and then we noticed there was new management. The manager always sat in her office and was never at the front or cared to say hello to any of the members. The place was dirty and the equipment that needed repairs took WEEKS to be fixed. The door never worked in the morning to get in to the gym and there was NEVER any staff at the front. As many others have stated here. Needless to say we decided to cancel our membership due to the lack of professionalism and the fact that repairs on the equipment were never repaired. We had to go to the gym 4 TIMES to see if someone at the front would be there so we could cancel our membership. We finally spoke with a younger man who worked there and he said he would cancel our membership. Now we have a collection on our credit report from a company called ALDIS and ASSOCIATES and now have to deal with this through them. Please avoid this gym at all costs and listen to the other reviews from others before considering a membership here.

UPDATE I got a call from Greg one of the owners today. He told me they fixed the door and gave me dues credit for not being able to workout in the evening. He assured me they will be more diligent to make sure the door works after hours. Much appreciated.

I workout in the late evening. Tonight, my key tag and the app were recognized (heard the beep) but the door did not unlock. This is a common occurance at this location. 50% of the time there is no access to the Workout Sometimes gym after hours. Complaints about this are totally ignored by the owners and corporate. If you work out after hours it's very hit and miss you will get into the gym. The door didn't work tonight so you probably won't be able to get in until staff returns after Thanksgiving
