I encourage everyone to be aware of this gym. I have been going since 2018. A few nights ago an off duty cop accused me of doing a drug deal in the bathroom. He told the owner and she terminated my membership. So after I called the police about it no drugs were found he ended up apologizing. The owner was extremely rude to me when I called to try and prove my innocence. I will never go back

Arguably great equipment and free weights. Everything you need unless you're a high maintenance club member, that demands newest and prettiest. I don't need pretty and perfect, I need functional, working, and available.
That being said, this gym could use more supervision at night, keeping the kids out that like to go around wrestling, working out without shirts on, on the equipment, sneaking all their friends in... cameras are there, but apparently not watched.
Overall, this is a great gym with all the stuff I've come to need over the 40 years I've been using gyms. Reasonable prices, 24-hour access, and mostly people working out there are experienced and respectful local folks. Get the kids straightened out, and it's a better experience.

This gym is very big and clean but there is no one here to teach anyone who is a beginner, there is a lot of equipment to exercise, everything else is fine

Been going here since high school and I've been to a lot of gyms since then but this one will always be home if that makes sense. My only complaint is that there's only one squat rack so if a lot of people are planning on squatting you'll have to wait quite a while for your turn.

Great gym. It is well maintained and is very clean. The staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. There is a nice selection of equipment and everyone there is friendly. I like it for the price, service and atmosphere.

I've been going here foo over four years. It's the only fitness place in Portland. They have all the essentials and the membership is a fair price. I would like to see a supplement shop added, with discounts for gym members.

The gym is better than i expected. A lot of space to work out and even some semi- private areas.
Pros: They have fitness food and a chef. Prices are good. Plenty of treadmills. Machines and free weights. Has a play area for kiddos
Cons: Staff doesn't seem interested. (If you care about that kinda thing. I don't)

Great gym. Great staff. They keep the machines up to date and clean. There's also a prep chef food inside where chef Kevin will hook you up with some killer healthy food. It's like a hidden Portland gem. It's a great place to workout at, the people who go help each other and will answer questions if you have any. Just make sure to wipe down your machines after you use them :)

I was calling to join this gym and someone named Tabitha answered and hung up on me four times. Not once, not twice....FOUR TIMES. When I finally got her to answer me, I told her I had been hung up on three times already, and SHE GIGGLED. Then I asked for the manager and she informed me that SHE IS THE MANAGER and hung up on me again. The last and final time I called, she had apparently swapped phones. She did not apologize, she did not explain further than phone swap, and was NOT very friendly at all. My family and I will continue to do business in Gallatin at the civic center. NEVER will I allow this crappy place of "business" to have one single red cent of my money!
