This is a not a fancy modern gym. This is more like a generation or two back no frills rack em and stack em kind of gym. At times can be loud music but its not bad. I've never seen a rude person in this gym and usually isn't packed. It's 24 hours and good cheap rates. I like this style personally, reminds me of my old high school gym from early 2000s. Only thing is, I rarely ever see any cleaning going on. Its more of a help yourself and clean yourself type of place which is ok. Just make sure to wash your hands asap.

The owner and his employees have a well-rounded knowledge of their products and services that can benefit just about anybody. The place has a great "underground" atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a place that means business! Also, they have walk-in chair massages by-the-minute and delicious protein smoothies at a steal!

Highly underrated place. Ask for Sal or the owner, they know supplements better than anyone at the other place who just say "TRUST ME BRO. TAKE THIS."

Their prices are about the same as online if you think about how much you save with tax and shipping, and their gym has the best community I've seen!

No judgmental looks or douchebag smug grins. I love it! Could use a bit of a makeover aesthetically, but hey! It's a gym!
