As owner of 101 Fitness, he has developed his own method of movement which he shares daily with his clients and social media followers worldwide. If you want to be pushed past your limits and see body transformation 101 fitness is for you ..... I am amazed on the workouts he has me doing. I've been in crossfit and have been going and trying different gyms and to be honest alex is by far one of the best trainers I've met
