Y’all need to remove the ‘24’ from your name. You’re not open 24/7. It’s 5:44 AM on a Monday I’m at the gym right now and the doors are closed while it’s meant to open by 5 AM. There’s a bunch of people waiting outside, in the cold just to get in. This is very wrong! I will definitely be going back to PF

Very outdated equipment is old and broken stuffing is coming out of machines. Machines are also rusty. Every single cardio equipment Is broken and looks like it’s been trough tuff times.

The facility is dirty. The machines, bathrooms, pool/sauna area, the floors all dirty. I joined this gym because it has the pool and sauna but I don't even use them because its dirty. I'm very disappointed that I'm in a contract. As soon as its over, I will definitely go back to my old gym where its clean.

First of all customer service is on point but the cleanliness is just not there and a lot of broken equipment. I’m loyal to keep coming but needs to be cleaner and broken equipment needs to be removed before someone really gets hurt.
They need to hire a cleaner that cleans and wipes down equipment and bathrooms for every shift. There’s a broken leaking toilet and multiple toilets out of service in the women’s locker room. Showers are so dirty that there is flies in there constantly just staying around.
Equipment has pulleys that get stuck during workouts and loose weights during reps sometimes.

I came here with a friend as I was visiting from out of town. The staff were so friendly! Darren and Ana really made me feel like I was at a home gym. The equipment was everything we needed. WORSE THAN THE MANSFIELD LOCATION!!!

Homeless people in their vehicles in the parking lot, mold and mildew in the sauna and steam rooms, outdated equipment, bathrooms are always dirty, trash is always full, steam room is filthy, sauna floor stay dirty, and it seems like maintenance cleans once or twice a week. This gym chain in the area has gone downhill.

The staff for the most part are all awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff are so friendly and say hi when you come in and say bye when you leave. One guy remembers so many people's names it astounds me. The trainers are great. They are very patient and knowledgeable. A few minor issues with the gym itself, but I still enjoy going because there is soooo much support from both the staff and the other members. Huge amounts of encouragement and positivity. All told a great place to go.

Employees telling their buddies to leave 5 star reviews because the executive leadership is coming down on this location. This place is ok, but it is dirty, packed (because its the only one around for miles), not open 24 hours, and most employees are just there reading, on their phone, or chatting with each other. Visiting this gym for the first and the last time , for the price of memberships you would expect a great quality gym however it's absolutely the opposite, from outdated equipment to nasty showers and locker rooms with mold, definitely would not waste my money like that and the fact they call themselves 24hr but haven't been since the bankruptcy in covid years , and honestly shocked they have members who still go there 😳 this location is in desperate need of a remodel ( i am aware certain locations stay open 24hrs ) i was definitely shocked to see how bad the facility is , I would recommend any other gym in the area vs going into that health hazard 🤢 shocked people still go here, they must be blind or have extremely low standards.

I don't know why they charges us for maintenance every year and there is no clean and equipments completely old, dust and most of machine's it's broken and not working!! Plus the dirt it's everywhere from machine's to the carpet, lockers room and parking lot!!!

One of my biggest issues were 24 hour fitness is the fact that they can’t keep the hot tub running consistently all the charm. The pools at times gets closed down several times during the month and I need the water aerobics. However, the staff is always really friendly And work hard to buy to provide a workout environment. But they can only do so much. My favorite 24 hour fitness is the one in Arlington, but the hot tub only produces hot water, but there’s no jets or anything like that and it hasn’t been in a long time. So that being said, I’m discontinuing my membership with 24 hour fitness and I signed up with LA fitness

В первый день (09/19/2025 в 7:00AM) я попыталась туда пойти и менеджер просто не пустила меня, сказала, что они закрыты и выгнала… угрожала вызвать полицию и не объясняла причину почему мне нельзя было зайти в 7 утра, хотя в спортзале было много посетителей.
Когда я регистрировала свой гостевой пропуск, то в инструкции было указано, что я могу придти в любой день и время в течении 5 дней.
Я решила пойти снова через день (09/21/2025) в 8:00AM была другой менеджер который попросил ID. Я его предоставила и она мне сказала, что нельзя заходить в зал. Политика их спортзала не дает мне возможность посмотреть его и позаниматься 3 бесплатных дня. Они не объясняют причины, а просто выгоняют. Менеджеры ведут себя отвратительно и неуважительно к посетителям. Они не заинтересованы в клиентах.
После, я поехала в другой филиал 24 fitness, где меня приняли с уважением и улыбкой.

You guys closed down the camp wisdom location yet this stays open, there’s webs and mold under some of the equipment, treadmills are dustier than my roomba after a week vacation and I didn’t even bother going into the locker room. Don’t know how yall manage to keep this location open as foul as it looks. Here’s the best part… it’s not even 24 hrs anymore… I got bomboozled with that one when I pulled up after work. Location is great, staff is awesome… but please hire someone to just wipe down the equipment.

When the Grand Prairie location shut down in May I started coming to the Arlington location and so far it’s good. The environment is welcoming and I feel comfortable working out. The only thing is it could use a little extra cleaning here and there, but overall it’s a solid gym.

the lack of safety is genuinely alarming. I've been asked to write a review yet my concerns seemed to be dismissed.
I started coming to this gym regulary about a month and a half ago due to convience. Within the month time frame I have had a man FLASH ME in the group X room which are not monitored by cameras. As well as MULTIPLE MEN walking into the womens locker room coming from the sauna area. In which these strangers have now fully seen me and my tits. I've had 2 people point out the vehicle I drive. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Really like the gym with the variety of machines and the people that work there are always nice but it seriously needs a deep clean. There’s always dust bunnies on the floors and a layer of dust on most machines. If it were cleaner would be 5 stars. This is the closest 24 Hour Fitness to me, but I usually drive to other locations because this one is always so dirty. The locker rooms, equipment, and overall space just don’t feel clean, and it’s been that way for a while. It’s disappointing, especially compared to other locations that are noticeably better maintained.

The biggest issue, though, is the temperature in the Group X fitness room. Even when there’s no class before ours, it’s already 75–79 degrees before anyone starts moving. Add 50 people working out, and it becomes unbearable. It’s the only gym I’ve been to where the group fitness room is consistently that hot, and it makes the classes way harder to enjoy.

I really do love the group classes and the instructors, and the front desk staff are generally very warm and welcoming. But none of that makes up for the extreme heat during workouts and how unclean the space is overall. This location needs serious improvement.
