Just recently joined this gym . They have everything you need to get in shape from cardio to weighted machines to free weights. And the staff are great and helpful .

Update: 7 months later and no big changes other than this location doesn’t open 24/7 anymore ( it’s still called 24/7 smh) and there has been only 1 upgrade to the resistance machines. Some of the equipments aren’t safe to use as it’s getting old and rusty

Recently changed policies to no "dropping weights", yet they don't have a dedicated dead-lift station, so performing dead-lifts is no longer something you can do in the weight room. Needs a proper remodel, new weight stations, and to address the needs of the people who actually use their facilities for strength training.

Back again to complain about the kids club. It's been awhile but I had to wait to workout 30 minutes after we arrived because the kids club was at capacity. The poor girl working in there called the manager who was in the building and she told her to tell me to wait 5 - 10 minutes. I had to carry my screaming 1 year old away from there...waited 10 minutes or more, was told there was room for my 2 children but when I went to check them in again ooops no room! Told again to wait 5 - 10 minutes because someone was coming to check there kids out. First of all it would be nice if the front desk knew that the kids club has no room for more kids instead of me walking back there only to be told to wait. When my girls get in that room they are ready to play and its hard to pull them away. If I'm told up front then I could at least load everyone back in the car and go up the road to Euless. So today I was told 5 - 10 minute wait but it was actually 30 before I got to check my children in. I also feel that the manager maybe should have stepped in there or another employee and wait for someone to check there kids out instead having ME wait for something I PAY money for! Poor service. Parents - beware!

I go here 3 to 7 days a week. The bathrooms are pretty gross and it's always too warm upstairs for lifting. On humid days I leave drenched in sweat. It does have all the equipment I need for lifting and good cardio options. The staff has always been nice to me if you care about that in a gym. It's hard to get a good workout in 5pm to 8pm due to lack of space but a better option than Irving 24 or fitness connection at the old location.

Cons: It's often too warm and its dumbells don't have as many 2.5 increments once you get past 40 lbs. Also, they are getting rid of towell service soon.

Good amount of cardio and machines
When anything breaks, it's fixed in under a week. That's rare compared to many 24 hr centers I've visited. The Denver location i worked out at for years would let some machines stay out of service for weeks, even if it was the only machine in the building. (like its Pec Dec)

The facility has some great perks. The towels, when available, are nice. The saunas and basketball court are nice and there is an abundance of equipment.

On the negative side the showers and locker room are pretty disgusting. Sometimes there aren't towels. I've never seen any staff member clean anything. The machines used to be down a lot but that seems to have improved.

If it weren't so cheap for me (enrolled a while back) I'd change gyms.

Edit (5/6/2019): well one of the main perks was towels but those are going away June 1. Still haven't seen a staff member clean the machines, ever. Locker room and showers are still in terrible shape

This gym was a Super Sport that was above my membership but I was allowed a courtesy workout. I thought this was perfect so I could get an idea what’s offered at that level.
Honestly, what they offer is pretty much at most of the gyms I go to. Upon entry, the layout is the same.

Couple things I noticed:
- Nice equipment on the second floor and ample to choose from.
- Towel service. Nice option but I’ve been to another in Fort Worth that wasn’t a super that offer the same option
- steam room- as other newer locations
- sauna- as other newer locations
- locker-room looks just like the other I’ve visited

Honestly I do not see anything that would make this gym a Super so I guess buying the lower membership seems to work for me just fine. See a couple pics of the location. Absolutely nothing different that makes this place Super or Signature in my opinion but they do seem to keep the location clean.

Dirtiest Gym I’ve ever been to ....... and I’ve been on three aircraft carriers..... The bathroom walls look like people took turn sneezing and puking on them.....Just spent about 5 min. Cleaning a toilet so I could sit.....good thing there’s a towel service here. Been coming here about 7 months and the same scuffs and grime marks on the floors....never seen a mop. Just needs a little bleach ya know. Other than that it’s great 👍

We joined this gym in May and have been turned away 3 times due to inadequate staffing for the kids club. We have to call before we go to the gym to make sure someone will be there to watch the kids while we workout. This is a service we pay for and expect it to be available when we need it. If you have children - beware.

Trainer offered free training for my mom for at least 30 minutes, but before she can tell her which workout to do she had to consult her supervisor. Of course she came from the office telling me that they recommend she buy a workout plan and the supervisor stated yes because they can't find what is wrong with her in 30 minutes. Sad that all they thing is money, and money. First time here and will be my last.

The customer service is very poor. I had a lady named audrey or aubrey (can not remember exactly her name older lady with brownish resish hair) help with a few questions and every time she helped me she was rude. When i asked a question about my bill she rolled her eyes and told me “thats just the way it is” so i asked her if she could explain and she said there was nothing to explain about it. Then on another day i asked about when the pool would reopen (it was getting cleaned and new water) and her response was that she didnt know and maybe i should just wait to see. So i asked her if she could ask a manager in regards to my question and her response was no. As a person who manages customer service, I find this very unprofessional. Finally, I had come in one day late after work and asked if I could purchase some preworkout. The gentleman that was usually there (one of the few awesome employees there) would let me purchase some. He would let me give him the exact amount since he was unable to give me change in return. Well this particular evening the rude lady had told me i can not purchase something because she closed out her drawer. I told her my situation and how its usually handled. She once again rolled her eyes and told me that she cant let me get a drink and that her drawer is closed. So I asked her if i could grab something and just give her 5$ for her to give the person to put in the drawer in the morning and she chuckled and told me once again her drawer is closed in a very rude way. I asked her what her name was she rolled her eyes, laughed and walked away. They man working the counter apologized on her behalf and told me he was sorry. I dont understand how im going to receive a certain level of service, then one day the service changes. Other than terrible customer service providedby that particular employee, this gym is decent. There only a few front desk people at this location who are friendly and positive. However, some of the others should definitely be taught customer service skills.

This is the worst 24 hour fitness I have ever been. Today is my last day here. I had problems with their manager before about having kids without parents consent in the gym, when at late at night kids just walk right in. No one is ever at the front office. I have had a memebership for over two years and they have messed up my billing twice. I used to have the super sport memberships and I requested to cancel my Super sport membership and only let me have the regular all club. This Bedford 24 hour was accepting my regular membership after I canceled the super sport. Today she told me she was going to let me work as a complimentary but I had her check my log about the times I have come and I have been coming for the longest time with a regular membership. This facility sucks! Their bathrooms are always dirty! The towels are everywhere. There costumer service sucks! I am cancelling my 24 hour membership because of this location and the manager!

All the trainers are stuck up and look down on you... Now they are being asses by putting locks on the classroom doors. The rooms have always been open. I see them used for dance, boxing, stretching...whatever. Now no one can do that. You're paying for a gym to be open 24 hours. Ridiculous.

This gym has recently been renovated. The equipment works and the staff leave people alone unless they are causing a problem. There are a number of classes offered and some are quite good. It gets crowded between 4-7 pm, but otherwise it's reasonable.

I use to go to this gym a couple of years back but moved away and now I'm back. I had a regular membership and went often, loved the people back then. So I decided to join back up and purchased my membership through Costco. I went in and spoke to a lady that signed me up quickly, asked me when I would like to schedule my personal trainer, etc. and went on my way. I wasn't able to do my fingerprint because thier system went down so she said just to come back another day. So another day comes and I go to tell them I need to do my fingerprint and now they tell me I can't workout there because I don't have the right memebership! That this is a Supersport!? The guy says there are ones in Irving and Southlake that I can go to. I literally live 5 mins away from this place to where I can walk there! Why the hell would I drive all the way to those other locations. So I told him I rather take my business else where because I was not going to pay an extra $300 to go there. He could do nothing nor would he return my voucher. He advised they can't tell what type of membership I have until the scratch off the voucher. Well they scratched it off when I was there the initial day and told me nothing about not being eligible to workout there! If so I would have never redeemed the voucher! I will definitely be contacting corporate if I am not am to recieve a full refund with Costco. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Locker rooms were clean, staff were friendly but like everyone is saying the equipment is really old and no longer deemed safe. The cardio equipment literally had crystalized sweat on them, on the wheels, a clear indication they had not been cleaned in years. None of the benches or machines were bolted to the ground, including the squat racks. The machines even had signs on them stating they should be bolted to the ground. I cancelled and went elsewhere, they are just not worth the price. I would only consider going back if they update all their equipment, bolted them to the floor, and clean their cardio machines at least once a day.

So earlier today I went to this gym with my buddy. I had the free pass to try out the gym. The guys who helped me getting the pass was nice and actually gave me 3 days of free pass. The workout area and the locker room are all quite clean, I would recommend this place for people to whether try or just get membership.

Cramped small 24 Hour Fitness. VERY MOTORCYCLE UNFRIENDLY. I have been riding crotch rockets for 15 years, and parked near the doors of businesses thousands of times - in the local area and Nationally. Every business recognizes that crotch rockets are easily stolen and are a hot commodity for theft, and that your only defense is to park near the front door of a business. NEVER out of my thousands of times parking, have a I ever been told I cannot - except for this place. I explained my concerns, and parking way out in the lot where there is virtually zero eye sight from the desk to 98% of the lot left me open for a very good chance of theft. They gave me some lame Bedford City Ordinance. I explained that none of the dozens of Bedford businesses have ever told me that. I called Bedford City, and they said there was no City Ordinance that would be enforced for motorcycles - only if cars did.

And Stephen the trainer, a punk kid that is a so called "trainer", needs to be knocked out. Head the size of the Hindenburg. Back in the day you could to teach them a lesson. Nowadays, these dirtbag kids hide behind Police.
