Updated review 12/26. This location is permanently closed but am I the only one who received no notice from 24? I have the app, nothing there. I checked my emails, nothing there either. The Southlake location is now the closest gym if you’re in Bedford or Euless. I don’t know why this location closed and no information was given when I was there 2 weeks ago. This location was not originally on their list of permanently closed locations. Just a heads up for anyone in the area

While this gym is small for a Super Sport, they make up for it in the friendly and responsive staff, great GGX classes and instructors, and equipment in good shape They also enforce the mask policy while other 24 hour locations do not!

During this Covid process there have been some companies that have done very well, well 24 hr ain't one of them!! The recording and emails, all outdated, like this just started. Last week said my club would open today, well guess what, no it isn't and there is NO way to contact anyone to find out if or when it will reopen. I do however get emails to pay my bill, go to my account and I don't have a balance! This company is a JOKE!!

I guess essentially every other business that has my email address can send me an email letting me know about reduced hours or closing, except 24 Hour fitness. They send an email everyday you check in, but not when the club closes. I even checked the website last night and there was no mention of the club being closed.

Very poor management over gym as a whole pool always down management lies about when it will be ready. I walked into the gym one day I believe it was a trainer at the front and his superior a woman with long brown hair came up to him and was just very unprofessional loud with this worker not to mention a high turn over I see new faces a lot they went up on price getting rid of kids club no towels and pay 59 bucks a month I had to cancel.there’s a gym fitness connection for 40 dollars less way more space equipment free kids club clean rest room and lockers very friendly and professional staff. I feel like to pay that much money this gym should be on point. I’m not a fan of the new management at all they are not genuine people they only time they spoke to me is when they wanted to sell me training 24 was my favorite gym for several years since 2008 it hurt to cancel my membership 😒😢😵

24 Hour Fitness made the awful decision of getting rid of their kids club at this location, forcing us to drive to either Keller or South Arlington. Neither are logical, nor was this decision. Good club, great employees, but they forced our hand and we have to find a new gym, and it will not be 24 Hour Fitness.

Maybe I'm not overly picky but I really like this location. They have a really great expanse of dumbells and ez bars close to the bench area. I hardly ever have to wait for a bench or a lifting platform. This place has no shortage of cardio machines if you need them. Doesn't seem you would ever wait there either. Great gym close to home. A+!

I have been a member for 8 years. The staff is ignorant to any information. The pool ceiling fell because they used bad materials in first place. We were allowed to go to Beford, TX a few times. SO a instructor informed me that they are cancelling classes for month and no classes will be allowed at Bedford. Unacceptable just sorry no customer service people. Some Group X manager Jerk made that decision and ya know I can only do morning classes I work in afternoon. I know I I already pay to much also but I will look elsewhere..

I've been a 24 Hour Fitness member since 2010 and cancelled the membership based on my recent experience.

Local experience - Multiple thefts, arrests, and other crimes occurred while I was present at the gym. During November of 2018, Euless police stormed into the gym and arrested people for shoplifting at the business next door. Entertaining place to people-watch. Workforce turnover is high, and the current manager is a poor performer. Complimentary towel service was recently replaced with "Bath Towels" for $8.99 and CBD Oil (Impressive business model).

Corporate experience - Membership rates fluctuate from person-to-person. I called the corporate office during my lunch break for several days straight before I was connected with a customer service rep. It took 2 hours on hold before I spoke with someone. A few minutes into the conversation, the customer service rep accidentally ended the phone call and failed to reach back out.

Summary - Several competitors have a higher volume of equipment, better quality, and lower prices. Easy decision to cancel membership and take business elsewhere.

I really liked this gym when I followed my trainer to this location to work out with her. I wasn’t excited about paying a higher membership fee because I was already spending around $900 a month for the trainer. However I was willing to do it because they had towel service which made my busy life so much better. Recently they stopped providing clean towels at the reception area which makes this gym like any other YMCA with a very steep price tag. There are way too many high class gyms in the area that provide superior service for the same price tag. On top of taking away the towel service the AC is not blowing most of the time so even at 6 am before the sun comes up it feels like sauna. Supposedly it’s the people in CA that control the thermostat. It’s these type of cheap business practices that will cause this company to go under, but its okay I’m sure a wealthy Texan will be there to buy them out for pennies on the dollar and will understand that in today’s competitive market people have choices. To survive a company needs to overdeliver and under promise not sell someone a product and then take away the benefits of why they bought the product. With regret I will be looking for a new gym if the towel service doesn’t return. Wake Up and do the math 24 Hour Fitness ...you’ll be loosing over $10k a year in revenue just from one person...sad!

24 hr fitness puts their own convenience and financial interests over those of their customers. Signed up for 1 year membership SPECIFICALLY because of the towel service because I shower and go straight to work after the gym...much like every other working person in the morning. They decide to take it away 9 months in...saying they are “going green”. That is BS. This is not going green as this approach simply shifts the burden of bringing a towel (and washing it) to the client. This is 100% financial and I just quit my membership because of it. They money and water they save is not magically being put back onto this earth like they claim....it is now just wasting water and $$$ at my house. And I won’t be working out there as a result.

I love this location and I can honestly say it's without a doubt the nicest 24HF i have been to in all of DFW. I love this gym not just because of the ice and clean equipment and friendly members, but the staff actually enforces the rules and does so extremely politely! I want to give a special kudos to the Manager Tesean... honestly if it wasnt for him I might have not stuck with this gym. He knows EVERYONE and EVERYONE knows him! He is extremely motivating the second you walk in the door. More gyms need more staff like HIM!

On Sunday, October 28th, 2018 my locker got broken into. I lost all my keys including my truck keys, my wallet with 2 credit cards and driver license in it. The thief walked out of the gym and headed to Target next door and bought 3 smart watches with my credit card. I filed a police report at Euless police station. Surprisingly management didn't care to even follow up or give a courtesy call to check on you as a member. Highly un-recommended.

Someone broke into my locker and used my card , with my name , and linked it to their membership under their name. There was no verification which allowed this fraud to happen. How can you not check something like that?! So from March 2018- October 2018 someone whom I did not authorize has been benefiting from a membership at my expense. So upset over this fraud being allowed to happen in the first place . Management didn’t seem to care , simply gave me the run around to take it up with corporate.

I just left the Euless Police station and they said theft has been a reoccurring issue at this location .

This gym has it all which is the majority of the positive in this review. The cleanliness is about average for a gym, although I've seen it cleaner. There is no way to assure every member cleans before or after themselves. Majority of the time there is enough paper towels and disinfectant, although sometimes they are empty. Staff is ok. There is 1 manager Ty that is absolutely the best gym manager I have ever dealt with. He actually engages with the memebers. Its more than just a Hi and Bye. You get high fives and he engages in your purchases. For the rest of the managers/trainers you see a bunch of sitting at thier desks even if they dont have a customer and to this day have never engaged in a hello as you walk by. They dont even acknowledge you actually. There are 2 employees that stand around the desk that sit and hold conversations amongst themselves my entire workout everytime I see them either on shift together or 1 on shift and the other "working out." You would swear they were dating and just could not seperate themselves for more than 15mins, which is time they could be cleaning equipment, stocking cleaner/paper towels and engaging in the members.

This is a nice gym. It's the newest in the metroplex. I can't take that away from them. What I can say is management is poor. I canceled my membership in March. In August, I see charges from them charging me for March through August. I called and called, no response from the General Manager, although they said I'd hear back. This is robbery and I wouldn't recommend anybody to sign up here.

I went in to check out the gym and was put with a lady named Tiffany. She convinced me to sign my wife and myself up because if my wife didn't want to go then they would "take care of me" and refund the money. Well here we are a couple of weeks down the road and my wife hasn't gone in once. Not only did they not "take care of me", they also refuse to refund the payment like I was told they would. There solution was just to cancel me as a member. I couldn't even get the General Manager on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I've been a member here about 18 months and the maintenance remains high quality. The only complaint I have is the shoes off in the sauna sillyness.. This is unsanitary and nasty. Other than that, I remain generally satisfied with the facility and the location is a plus.

I request everyone who reads this review, if you are getting a membership, take everything in writing and read the contract because their words don’t matter and they are just salesman taking money from you. It’s the worst place to excercise because it’s not the worth the money at all with this several fees that are hidden in small font in the contract that they do not disclose in front of you so you pay them everything. I will not come back here and if you do not exercise everyday, I suggest using the nearby middle and high school track, fields, and courts.

I have been coming to this gym for several months now but I missed a little over a month or so and it was like I never missed a beat when I came back today. When I bumped into Tysean he shook my hand & asked if everything was ok cause he hadn’t seen me in a minute! I must say him and two other staff memeber(can’t remember names of other two) are the reason I continue to come this gym! All three of them make sure things are clean and rules are being followed at all times! Tysean has the perfect attitude for a place of employment like 24 Hour Fitness because he’s always nice, willing to help, explain any questions, and just all around friendly! To be honest if he were to ever leave I would probably switch locations!! He definitely deserves a raise for all of his hard work and dedication within the job place.

Needs to be known that it is a Super sport. I eventually upgraded but the gentleman behind the counter would not let me workout. He stated I worked out there in January. Which was not true. He told me to come back monday to upgrade when in fact that could have been done online. Nothing is wrong with the gym just a bad experience with a worker there

At first this gym was great and clean but now it's slowly turning into all the other 24hr fitness gyms. For some reason there aren't towels ready, showers are not being maintained and depending on the hrs you go no one is in the front monitoring who comes in and out of the gym. I've upgraded my membership to use this gym due to the cleanliness, what they offered and the people but since things are changing I may have to rethink using 24 hr fitness a gym in general and go elsewhere.

This gym has it all, and the people here are great. Ergonomic machines and tons of free weights and stair masters. Nice locker rooms and pool area; they're always clean. Sometimes the front desk will try to sell you mediocre protein, but it's their job so it's cool. Love love love this gym.

The "free" towels give you ringworm, never have enough "stoppers"for the weights on the bars, and they MAKE YOU TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF FOR THE SAUNA which could lead to you getting toe fungus from other peoples sweat and staff will threaten to terminate membership if you wear shoes in the sauna... so disgusting in my opinion.

a full service gym! in addition to what you expect like free weights, machines, and a variety of cardio equipment, it has a nice turf area with 3 different types of sleds, ropes, all kinds of balls, steps, kettle bells, and tires, a TRX station, a 3 lane lap pool, hot tub, dry and wet saunas, free towel service (small and large towels), showers and a cool little machine that spins the water out of your swimsuit. something I REALLY appreciate is the private hallway from the bathroom to the pool room. it's always clean. nice staff. oh and a full basketball court, exercise classrooms, and spinning room. it is crowded early in the week from 5-7 (then starts to taper off)... but that's not the gym's fault... my only complaint is there there are no private changing areas in the locker rooms... but I haven't found a gym in this area that has that

I have been going to this gym for over 1 year now since they opened. The gym equipment is clean and stiff in great condition. There are 2 squat racks. Plenty of cardio equipment. I have never had to wait for cardio equipment, regardless of the time. The weight time for weights is not too bad. Fresh towels are available. Locker room is clean with plenty of lockers. My only issue with the gym is that it is very cramped, almost feel like the equipment is on to of each other.

I left my shampoo in a shower stall twice and them my entire bag of toiletries. These incidents are my responsibility, though each time I went within a 24-hour period, no one had turned them into lost and found. I will go to the other 24 Hour Fitness in my area from now on since some "club members" are doubtless thieves.

The pool and hot tub area are always very nasty. They don't ever scrub the tiles down on the hot tub and the stainless steel ladder handles to get out of the pool are covered in Rust and have been for over 3 months. I have asked so many managers, sales managers, training managers, district managers, and brought them out there to show them and to this day they still do not clean these things or get rid of the rust. They almost ridicule you for complaining and there are staff tend to be pretty rude when you point out something wrong about the club. Plus they don't enforce people taking showers before they get in the swimming pool or the hot tub right when they come out of the sauna or the steam room. Pretty nasty when people get in full of oily sweat

New place and they Always keep it CLEAN. Staff are always wiping down equipment, washing towels, and keeping things sanitary (we've all been to dirty gyms and it sucks). Plenty of lockers, good showers, and great equipment. So glad they actually have more than just ONE barbell rack for squats. I'm never fighting for equipment and I work out around 6pm after work when it's pretty busy. It looks packed but when you walk in there's actually so much space so you never really notice. I've been coming since it opened in January and I love it and the staff :)

I like the facility but just like TexasFireman1122 said they will charge you money without telling you about it. I joined in January and was told there was no initiation fee and it would be $60.02 a month including childcare. I asked if that would be the it, nothing else, just $60.02 for 12 months and they told me yes that is all I would have to pay. This month they charge me an additional $54 and tell me it's an annual fee and even though none of their sales reps told me about I signed the contract so I have to pay it. I believe one of the original people that helped me was a manager. It is very sad that they would be so dishonest. I'll be going back to Camp Gladiator as soon as I get out of this contract.

Who would of thought a new 24 hr fitness Super Sport would open in Dallas/FTW metroplex?...As you know there are alot of 24 hr fitness locations that need remodeling and even some of them even smell like a bad can of tuna. However, the gym itself is new and really nice and has the basic equipment you need, although some of the machines are ok but I would suggest evaluating some of them. The dumbells only go to up to only 120lbs but I wish they would go up to at least 150lbs...but hey I can't complain. There are some really nice staff members and there are some that you can tell are there to just get a paycheck. Since joining there is one staff member who is a personal trainer that goes around greets everyone and introduces himself....that's the really the only staff member I have really met to give my feedback....I think his name is Trent...really good employee. In addition the atmosphere is really laid back and the people are really cool as well that I've met while playing basketball. Overall, it's a good new gym with alot of potential and I do think they need to redo the sign outside the building to show "24hr fitness Super Sport" to not confuse anybody.

I go to Lake worth 24 hour fitness and love it. I recieved an email somehow to my work email that this was open and to come in. The outside of the gym ONLY STATES 24 HOUR FITNESS. Doesn't say Super sport what so ever. I walk in, and am already treated like I am a lower form of life. "Oh you only pay for sport clubs sir"
How is anyone supposed to know this is a super sport when online it is not listed as that and on Google it is not listed as supersport??. Everything in that gym is inches apart from everything. No room to move at all. All the sales person told me that differed was a patch of fake grass in the middle of the gym and says they are the only one with a turf area... the size of a small apartment bathroom. All I can say is thank you for wasting my time and adding another 20 minutes to my already long drive through traffic. Never again.
