Staff is friendly and I do like the fact every time Iβve been in machines are available but I do believe the monthly/annual fee is a lot of money for one of their gyms to be this outdated. Inside definitely needs to be remodeled. In addition, this gymβs daily hours are not 24 hours.

Horrible customer service from Justin, not providing options for reimbursing, not letting me speak to someone above him, like the money is going to be yours, if I'm not going to the gym anymore, and you guys have my information and automatically take my money, you should be able to reimburse it as well, I'm not going to that gym anymore charge for the whole month and tell I cant have my money back, really? i would to speak to someone above Justin who is probably not going to work there in the next few years, Justin you should not wear the shirt of a company that hard, life advise brother.

This gym is decent. Cardio and weights seemed pretty decent. I thought I saw that they said they had a lap pool, but they donβt. The mens showers were pretty dirty.

I love this gym. Its an old school basic gym like I have been going to all my adult life. No hustle, excessive rules, or BS. It is NOT FANCY but clean everything works well. I will say I personally prefer to go home to shower so I cannot attest to how the showers are.
I almost deducted a star because they have no glute isolation machine but thats the only drawback IMO. This is my 4th gym in the area (at least 20th gym around the world in my lifetime) and I will stick with it.

Not a lot of people. Equipment is in the right spot. You can work out no one gets in your way. I can't think of another gym around here with the same experience normally you have to wait for machines or benches.

Have been trying for over five months to cancel my membership with 24-hour fitness and have gotten a complete run around. Their website is joke and does not even list this location on the corporate website. Was told to go directly to the fitness location to cancel who in turn tell me to go on-line. Just beware if you are trying to cancel your membership it is almost impossible to do.

If you like COVID, this is the place to go. They promise that they mitigate the spread of infection, but fail to implement all the policies that they claim to have. They do not keep the disinfectant bottles or the paper towels filled and they no longer close regularly to clean. The members fail to clean the equipment before or after use and many ignore the signs to wear a mask. The attendants are most interested in playing on their phones, vs policing members adherence to the laws and regulations to mitigate the spread of COVID, or maintaining the cleaning of equipment. I would not recommend this as a health or fitness center. It is more like a disease center waiting to happen.

DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS AT THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
Please take my word as well as all the other reviews on yelp. Donβt sign up at this 24 hour fitness or for the entire brand as a whole.
When I signed up, I was told that I could put the account on freeze without any monthly payments while Iβm in school (280 miles away, no 24hr fit near). Now that Iβm going back to school, they said that itβs a $10/month charge while the account is frozen.
When I first signed up, they told me that the gym allows cancellations. Which made me feel safe for when I go back to school. So I asked to cancel my account because I donβt want to get charged any money if Iβm not working out there... they told me it would be $130 to cancel...?!?!
Thatβs only the customer service / membership issues Iβve been having with the brand. The rest of this is more of a review about this specific gym itβs self:
RUSTY EQUIPMENT
.
OUTDATED EQUIPMENT
.
NO ONE CLEANS
.
TINY SPACE
.
THE AC UNIT IS NEVER ON
.
EQUIPMENT CONSTANTLY BREAKS, NO ONE FIXES IT (the scales are not digital, and one of them broke. They left it broken for over 4 months..)
Additionally, the staff spends more time working out then they do working. They make rude comments about their customers, and have ZERO customer service skills. Derick one of the sales agents here is constantly using his time at the gym to workout instead of working. For the amount of time he spends working out, he should be a lot more swole also. Heβs not even that big.
Jeez..
DONT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS HERE, THEY LIE... you have been warned, thanks for reading

I normally donβt do this, but what they did to me was too much! I went to cancel my membership because my school opened a brand new gym and itβs way more convenient for me. I went in because when I called they told me that I had to come in person. As Iβm at the front desk, the lady said that the manager is on lunch, to leave my name and phone number on a yellow paper for the manager to take care of it later. She asked me for my reasons and I explained to her and she even said that she would do that too because she goes to the gym at her school too. I didnβt get a receipt or anything, so I go home thinking that the manager Dereck would DO HIS JOKE B. I find out the other day When I get charged $54 for an annual fee that he Didnβt do his job and look at my bank statements to find out that sin february when I had cancelled my membership I kept being charged for my membership + the annual fee.
I go there and indeed, he had not cancelled my membership. Also, he was basically calling me a liar because he said he has a board with his βto do stuffβ when he clearly saw me the day I went, but didnβt want to help because he was on lunch. (That day he was on lunch, but DID βhelpedβ me. He said he could only refund me a month so I left to call customer service and I was on the phone for an hour getting transferred from people to people, they didnβt want to refund me anything because in the system The manager had requested to cancel my membership until that day. (They can clearly see on my profile when was the last time I went to that gym) why would i be paying for a gym and not go. Also, I read a review on google where they did the same thing to someone else so from now on I will definitely NOT recommend this gym at all to anyone. My mom, and some of my friends got their memberships here bc I told them about how convenient the location was but THATβS all they have good. I will now tell then about my gym at school who is minutes away and through me they can pay around the same for A BETTER gym, and a BETTER customer service.

I walk in at 7:30am having the night before obtaining the 3 day pass online for free. I had been planning on trying out the gyms in my area before deciding which one to go with. Once at the counter I was told by an employee eating breakfast that she could not help me and could not activate the pass until 9 or 10am but instead i could BUY a day pass for $15 dollars.

I almost entirely go here because of location but this is a quality establishment. The staff lets you work out without interruptions and the other patrons that go here on a regular basis are basically all professional locals who are often friendly.
The main pros: they have a lot of cardio machines that are up-to-date; you don't have to really fear for your valuables in the locker room; they have all the weights/machines you need to get an amazingly built body; always open 24 hours except for a very few American holidays, which should be obvious but are also posted explicitly on the front door ahead of time; desk staff is off-hands and lets this place run like a professional gym; even if crowded, everybody is friendly; you can take advantage of legit spin classes etc.
The cons are: for men, the locker room simply has a shower add-on and I don't believe there will ever be a sauna or pool added due to space; the floor space for weights can get very crowded, especially in the after-work rush; the lower values of weights (like 5, 10, 15, 20 lbs) are often difficult to get a hold of even in less busy hours; few benches; music seems to never be current or even from the last few years; if you're very serious about your work-outs, you might feel forced to come here in either the early morning or later at night to avoid crowds; although they get fixed pretty quickly, I usually see 2-3 treadmills that are out of order at a time; I think the front-office staff has incredibly high rates of turn-over, I'll see new face after new face when I sign in, which can be annoying since every couple of days I'll get a fresh hire at the sign-in desk that won't even recognize me as a member and will treat me with suspicion when I sign in, at least in my experience.
Overall though, this is a solid gym and if you live close to it and want to get fit, you really have no excuse not to make use of it. I would suggest just going for a year-long membership without any bells and whistles and go about your exercise routine. If you want a "nicer" 24 Hour Fitness gym with all the extras, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. That being said, personally, I don't think amenities like a sauna, etc., really have much to do with working out. As far as being an actual gym, this place does have what it takes to get you to where you wanna go. Although there are other local gyms you can go to around this area that give a more community feel, still, this place is professional and you can't beat it for its hours of operations.

Not enough space for the amount of equipment. Lots of cardio machines is great. Staff allow members to keep their enormous gym bags on the floor, causing plenty of tripping hazards, instead of using the many lockers available. Only staff that I ever see picking up clutter is the graveyard shift. Trainers and managers are often in leisure wear (flip flops etc) while at the location, which is confusing when people need help at the front desk and they canβt tell if the person is on the clock or even works there. God bless any workplace that can be casual and remain professional; unfortunately this place has yet to show me it can be the latter.

Staff seems helpful. I go mainly because of location. Cardio equipment is pretty new as of spring of 2017. There's other weight equipment that's in need of updating like the cable systems. If basics and inside of building had a little updating it'd make a world of difference.

This location is rather small for the amount of people that use it, but it is, by far, one of the best locations I've experienced. It might just be an Active, but it usually always has it's equipment in working condition (which is more than I can say for some of the Sport and SuperSport locations). I'm considering dropping down to an active membership just because I don't want to go to any other locations now!

They have all the necessities, but there is nothing special. They do a pretty good job of repairing broken equipment in a timely manner, but a lot of customers don't take very good care of the facilities. This means there are lots of weights out of place and torn grips and other such small things.

Yeahhhhhhhhh I'm going to have to say no on the membership. 24 Hour fitness NASA active you are the weakest link in your chain of gyms. Thank God for the 3 day pass. Place is to small for the amount of people, water out of the fountain is warm, locker room is nasty, machines are outdated and are dirty, pretty much trash all around, not even a digital scale to weigh yourself. Please upgrade yo self.

24 hour fitness charges a premium price as far as gym memberships are concerned. This location falls short of what is expected of the chain. There is no pool, steam room, sauna, basketball gym, and the overall size is rather small. Some of the machines are often broken, and it is a disappointment compared to other locations in the vicinity.

Basic but it has what you need to get a workout. The treadmills have earplug outlets for the numerous tv's. Many machines do not. Pleasant enough staff. A good low key gym. The super negative comments must come from those accustomed to high glitz.

This is a decent 24 hour. The staff is friendly and the gym seems to be clean and well maintained. The biggest issue is the size (small) and how crowded it gets after 4:30 during the week (almost always waiting for equipment to open up, have to get creative with my workouts to avoid too much downtime). I usually stop here on my way home from work.

This place is overcrowded and not maintained very well. The equipment has to breakdown completely before they even consider servicing it. I refuse to shower in their facilities. I allowed my membership to expire and will not be renewing. The hours of operation and location are the only good things about the place.
