Greetings: 24 Hiur Fitness at the Heights is a great workout facility. The gym is clean, equipment is maintained, group fitness classes are taught by dedicated people. Update 11/ 27/ 25 Dear Corporate please train your staff better regarding special season and schedules, because today your Black female employee about 5'4" with dreads who was clocked in for this last shift (I didn't get her name but with that info I'm sure you may figure it out who I am talking about)

Walked around telling everyone "We close at 2pm today please head to the front right now" although she did say "please" her atttitude and tone made that please worthless, also the part that I found rude was the "Right now" as if we could grab our belongings from the lockers and exit by teleportation, her repeated loud commandsands to exit every 30 seconds, the disregard that it didn't take her much to allow us to finish our reps that she caught us in the middle of, specially since it only takes approx 1 to 2 minutes to finish our 12 reps... actions like hers are the ones that make us your customers not want to return... it would have been better for her to say "As quickly as you may head to the front" or "Just reminding you guys we close in 5 minutes please start wrapping up"... truly how we say things matter, and here a little goes a long ways.... sharing this not to bash her, but to hopefully reach those who may improve these kind of interactions....

In spite of that the Equipment is still in really good shape and clean! I also used the sauna and it was fantastic!! Been comung here for years, and love this Gym!

This place has gotten a lot better with its cleanliness over the past two years. They make sure to have disinfectant for the machines and paper towels to wipe it down. As well as sanitizer for yourself should you need them for your hands. The front desk workers are always welcoming and helpful for whatever you need. Good place overall to come and get your workout in.

I just moved back to Houston and I’ve been looking for a gym that has a little bit of everything. This spot is definitely it. They have free weights, tons of machines, and a pool that almost always has a lane open. My first day working out here, the staff was doing rounds to make sure that all of the machines were up to date and noting the ones that needed to be fixed, so it seems like they maintain the floor well. I appreciate that everyone in the gym seems friendly, people are definitely there to work out but there isn’t any aggressive weight dropping or other intimidating behavior.
I also love that there are a bunch of 24 hours in the area, I’m in between two so I can always switch depending on what is convenient. And there’s lots of parking here, which is always a plus.
