My first time going was yesterday I was truly disgusted by how the women’s locker room smelled and looked. It was strung hairs all over the floor and wrapped around the bench. The lockers had particles in them and they need to be replaced.

The gym becomes dirty. The gym used to be the best gym in the Houston Texas area. Unfortunately, the gym became dirty and unclean. I do not like the smell of the bathrooms. The gym become unkempt. The gym feels bad. The Gym is smelly and horrible. Fights occur in the parking lot. I don't like the gym, but I visit the gym since it is the only gym in the West Houston Area. I appreciate the gym's amenities. The gym feels well and beautiful.

the dirtiest gym I've ever been to, I don't know what happened to them? I was there before the pandemic and it was very clean, organized, and well maintained, but now it's horrible! I was in another one from other companies, but they closed the one closest to my house, and I came back 24 hrs, It was a mistake, because they immediately closed that one too, (westheimer location) but the worst thing is that they don't have a cleaning staff. It's unfair that the only person at the front desk has to do everything! It's impossible! The equipment is full of mold and many have sweat marks from a long time, it smells really bad, and the locker rooms and showers are always flooded, the trash cans are always full, the paper dispensers are always empty, and the hot room is also too dirty, they never clean it, and it smells disgusting. Also, I signed up because they offered classes and suddenly there are none! I waited a few months to post this bad review because I thought it was temporary, but it wasn't! And I really think I'll change because we deserve a clean place that smells good when we exercise. I don't usually do this, but I hope they take it into account.

As a whole, I've always had a good experience with 24 Hour Fitness gyms. This review applies to this location only and not to all 24 Hour Fitness gyms, as they're generally decent gyms.

Cons:
- Homeless guys loitering around outside the gym at night
- Night time, aggressive guys at basketball court will knock women down to assert control of the courts, I've seen this happen.
- rude managers during the week in the mornings.

I left Fitness Connection to go to H24, but the one on Westheimer closed in 2025. Without asking us which other place I preferred to go, they forced me to go to this gym further from my home. But the gym is dirty, I've stopped using the lockers, it's dirty and broken. The equipment is rusty, it doesn't make me want to work out. There's also a feeling of insecurity. The pool and jacuzzi are unclean.
Run away from this club; there are clubs in the area that just opened, go for it.
