24 Hour Fitness has everything one wants in a gym except for cleanliness and upkeep. For example, we appreciate the refurbished pool, but there’s still dirt at the bottom of it and algae growing on the deck, and the hot tub wasn’t touched, even though it has been broken and dirty since I started working out here.

The cleaning crew works very hard, but management doesn’t effectively direct their work. The lockers are dirty inside. The floors are covered in dust and dirt. The shower doors have not been cleaned in months so I stopped showering there. The hot tub feels gross, and to touch the door handle used to exit the steam room repulses me. New management with an eye for detail and attention to touch points that members notice would help 24 Hour one-up themselves.

This gym has been an all time great for me. I’ve been a member for quite some time now and yes age shows but with the new equipment flooding in, amazing staff, and the community here being so kind, I have no reason to stop coming, nor want to. I’ve been a member since 2015 and absolutely love this gym, for me it’s more like a second home than a gym.
The staff is always friendly and the manager Tim is simply the best,
the guy truly cares about your goals and well being, he has always treated me and my Son’s as family.
They’ve recently upgraded the showers in the men’s restroom and replaced the sauna and steam room which is appreciated along with investing in a new pool deck.

They’ve also added a new cleaning crew which is helping to keep the gym floor much cleaner and seem to be getting the equipment fixed much faster than before!
There are good runs on the basketball court especially on Sunday mornings.
Highly recommended this gym as there’s so much to do they literally have everything you could need and more!

The pool and hot tub are disgustingly unclean. Several times the pool and hot tub were closed and when I asked the manager why he said someone pooped in the pool. The showers are also disgusting as is the locker room with overflowing trash bins. When it first opened it was nice but it’s gone downhill the last several years. When I tried to complain I was told by the manager I’d have to contact corporate. He gave me a number to call and it was a non working number of course.
