I previously gave this gym a 5 star review.. I reinstated my membership that had somehow fallen off the radar which resulted in me not being able to sign in.. I had a good interaction with the manager DARRIN, he was friendly, kind, understanding and professional..Once my membership was back reinstated I was happy to be back at the gym exercising again with the other seniors who participate in Monday Aerobics with Cindy, Tuesday, Water Aerobics with Carla, Wednesday Zumba with Carla etc…. Everything was going great until it wasn’t.. LIFE HAPPENS, PEOPLE GET SICK, THINGS CHANGE.. That’s life HOWEVER.. 24 Hour Fitness and any other gym that contracts with SILVER SNEAKERS gets paid.. The gym is obligated to fulfill their obligations.. WHEN CARLA’S mother became ill and Carla had to become a Caregiver, during her absence.. NO SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTOR AND NO ZUMBA CLASSES OR WATER AEROBICS... Recently CINDY, the aerobics instructor had knee surgery and guess what NO SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTOR, NO CLASSES.. All that happens is that the schedule says CANCELED.. Management and the staff don’t seem to care.. As far as 24 hour fitness is concerned, THEY ARE DOING NOTHING.. LAST TIME COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.. There’s no need to sign a petition asking for help being circulated amongst the senior gym members.. I sought legal advice that led to me contacting my medical insurance company to file a grievance against 24 hour fitness.. My insurance company extended the grievance to SILVER SNEAKERS which will investigate and inform me of their findings.. I am currently waiting.. This is such a huge DISAPPOINTMENT.. I really hope that there will be a resolution soon.. EXERCISE IS DETRIMENTAL TO MY HEALTH.. I AM ADVOCATING LIFE FOR MYSELF… 24 Hour Fitness OWNERS, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!! HIRE SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS…

I love 24Fitness Gym. They have a wonderful set of equipments for a complete workout. Their classes ( body pump , body combat, yoga , Zumba etc ) absolutely rock. Very inspiring teachers in these classes - who make you feel that this should be done with enjoyment and not as a chore.

He’s super friendly, welcoming, and always greets me with a positive attitude. Update: After bringing my situation to their attention, the gym had some understanding of my circumstances and kindly agreed to cancel my membership due to my injury, however because of the commentment they still have me paying until the end of the commitment. I’ve updated my review from 1 star to 2 stars consideration.

Last Review:
I would strongly advise against signing up for the committed membership at this gym. While it may seem appealing at first, the lack of flexibility and compassion becomes clear if you encounter unexpected circumstances such as injury or financial hardship.

The membership is overpriced compared to many other gyms in the area, where you can receive similar or even better facilities at a fraction of the cost. The pool is frequently overcrowded with children, and the selection of equipment is limited—making it hard to justify the higher price point.

In my case, I was injured in an accident and placed on a physical therapy regimen, making it impossible for me to continue attending. Despite explaining my situation and asking to cancel, the management refused to accommodate or even consider my medical needs. Their priority was collecting payment rather than showing concern for my well-being.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed. A gym should care about the health and safety of its members, yet I found the opposite here. If you value empathy, flexibility, and fair treatment, I recommend exploring other gyms that put their patrons’ best interests first.

I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been working out here for YEARS!!! It just keeps getting better and better. The atmosphere is like none other. Ms. Lyday and her staff are the best. They greet you with welcoming wholesome smiles, up to date info about your favorite sporting team, and they never fail to add an inside joke so you can match their level of enthusiasm about you showing up to the gym.
