I feel like a lot of these reviews are bots to get more people because everything is not wonderful and today I had a disappointing experience and Iβm a regular at this gym. The bass was turned up so loud I could hear it over my AirPods and my volume was already all the way up. The song volume was fine but someone definitely adjusted the bass. I even had to repeat myself several times to the front desk employee because she could not hear me.
I thought I had found my new gym but if I canβt listen to my own music I may need to switch. The mirrors by the weights are always dirty which makes taking progress photos so frustrating because the whole area is covered in smudges. Housekeeping needs to step it up. I was told Phil is the manager so I will reach out to him with my concerns and I will switch gyms if this is not fixed. Some of the front desk staff are nice but some act like they do not want to be bothered.
