You have to meet Rosie!
What’s not to like? Very professional.
Was prompt to return my call and set up time to work on rope climbing. Had me climbing in one session.

I have been going to this gym for about 2 months and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Best gym I have ever been to, I wish I would of known of it years ago.
If you're serious about your fitness goals (whatever they may be) this is the place to walk it out.

**Update**
Going on 11 years now and I am still working out at Tom's gym. I've been consistently doing the HIIT classes but have now added a TRX class into the mix. TRX instructor, Vilma, is awesome and pushes me to strengthen my areas of weakness, and sometimes even tailors her workout to focus on those areas. The 290Fitness Family works hard but plays hard as well: Spartan Races, The Murph Challenge, road trips, birthday celebrations, holiday parties!

I met Tom while he was an instructor for spin and bootcamp classes at 24 hours fitness about 6 years ago and we have been friends ever since. He now has a gym that he built himself and offers fitness classes and workouts at different training levels. What I love most about his class is the laid back yet energetic attitude that he brings. He makes it fun as well as all of the students who make the best of the workout. We've become a 290 fitness family. Tom recently added a room with bikes and offers spin classes now. That's quite a way to add value to your workout. Come by and check it out!

I love Vilma’s TRX class.Her workouts help you strengthen your abs, improve your balance, agility, and overall body strength.
Rosie’s Saturday OCR class is AMAZING! It will take you to a new physical level! I finished a Spartan trifecta because of it!! Your body will definitely thank you for this class.
If you’re considering a gym come here and do not think about it twice! They have great prices compared to other places and the people are genuine and super helpful!

The Personal Training is the most rewarding that I have experienced! I have had several personal trainers over the years and Tom is by far the best! Tom is very knowledgable about fitness and truly cares about helping you achieve your goals! He mixes up the workouts and pushes you to be the best. What is there not to love about this place? The different training and workouts, the spin class, the one on one aspect you feel with the trainers. I've lost just over 60 lbs working out here and am really seeing my muscle definition grow week by week. A great place with great people. My new home away from home.

Addicted to 290.
The 290 Fitness team has become part of my family. Every minute spent in the gym, whether its a workout, a private training, or spin class it always is a blast. I've attended 290 since November 2014. The first class was free, which was great I was able to try it out and see if I liked it. The class is a three-part workout - hardcore cardio with boxing, a killer (good killer) ab workout, followed by a high-intensity routine that focuses on core strength and conditioning designed program. The energy in the class is so motivating and positive. Tom Zigrang is a terrific coach. He's always motivating me and pushing me to achieve my goals. He designs a different workout every day. The workout is always different and challenging in a good way. He adds workouts that you can't do in the gym. Flipping tires, pushing a sled, rope climbing, monkey-bars or challenge yourself with putting on a weight vest and trying a challenge. I've been going to 290 consistently. I lost 5 lbs of body fat, put on muscle and improved my workout techniques. I feel so much stronger from when I started and I feel my athletic abilities have improved.

I have known Tom and attended his classes for over five years. When he decided to set up his own gym, I followed him there! Tom has a wide knowledge of various forms of physical training from classic weight and cardio forms to "fighting" training.
Tom himself is in superb shape, always upbeat, ever friendly, and helpful. He has passion for his work and it shows in the atmosphere at 290 fitness and in the facility itself.
I got tired of the crowds and the impersonality of the "corporate gyms". I love the friendly, close-knit atmosphere at Tom's.
In the past year working out with Tom, I've gotten bigger, stronger, faster and if I ever start following his nutrition advice maybe leaner someday too.

Love, love, love, this place!! This is definitely my second home. Tom is a great trainer and really helps push people to their limits. The format of the workout is great and accommodates people of all fitness levels. I am currently training for a Spartan OCR race and Tom has taken that along with my other goals, and created challenging and effective workouts. I used to be a strictly long distance runner and I love the change in routine and the increase in strength that have come from working out here! If you are looking for some one on one training to go along with your group training, 290 fitness has that as well. What better way to start your day than with a personal training session before work? There are showers on site so you can head straight to work afterwards. The location is great, and the atmosphere is awesome! I love how everyone encourages each other and helps push each other! Come check out the place, I promise you won't be disappointed!! With 6:00 classes during the week you can workout and let the traffic die down after work.

I started here about two months ago and it has been a total life change. This by far is the best gym and I love the training style. With in two months I lost 10 percent body fat and gained muscle. I feel healthier, less tired and I am motivated everyday to go to the gym. The people there are great and they make the whole experience that much better. BEST PLACE TO WORK OUT!!!
