I cannot recommend 2nd Chance enough. My husband and I joining was the best decision we made this year. The workouts are intense, fun and 30 minutes so you’re in and out. We have made friends, we enjoy having something to do together and we’re loving the shape we’re getting in. 2nd Chance has been a game changer. Everyone should try it. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating.

I’m so thankful I found this gym. The workouts are perfect for all ability levels and I have gone down 3 jean sizes. They help you with food and fitness. Also, the community and trainers are amazing! The trainers will help you with food, fitness, push you to become stronger and modify your workouts, it needed. Join! You won’t regret it!

My hubby and I have been going to 2nd Chance for just over a year and we still love it! Every single workout is different, the trainers are consistently motivating, they keep a nice playlists and we have enjoyed tracking our progress. Great gym!!!! Trainers are the best and I love that they plan all of your workouts so you don’t have to use the brain power! lol The workouts are prefect for someone just starting back to the gym, but are also designed in a way the stronger you get them more challenging you can make them!! Group workouts are my favorite because I feel like I get more out of them.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. They make the workouts fun, especially Kat, she always has a theme going on. The meal plan was easy to adapt to. At the end of my 6 weeks I saw results. I enjoyed 2nd chance fitness so much that I signed yp for 6 months. I have more energy and my body is more toned. I will say you get out what you put in!

This is a great place for a boot camp style workout! Certified trainers are ready to modify or advance exercises to individual needs. Classes are designed to be about 30 minutes in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) manner.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2018 and ever since then, I have struggled with exercising and working out due to the numbness in my feet and my legs don't always cooperate with me. However, I decided to give 2nd Chance Fitness a try and I'm so glad I did because I absolutely LOVE this place! The trainers are top notch!!! I feel like Shawn and Justin truly care about me and my progress and they want to see everyone succeed. They encourage me every step of the way, even when I'm having an "off" day! The workouts are challenging and only last about 30 minutes and anyone can do this. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. I can honestly say it's FUN and I enjoy it...something I never thought I'd ever say about working out! LOL

I started the 6-week challenge at the beginning of December 2022 and I have lost 6.5 pounds so far, even with the holidays in the big middle of it all! More importantly, I have gained confidence in myself, and I feel stronger than ever. I can't wait to see what 2023 has in store!
