I love this gym! Like just about everyone else, I'm BUSY. I don't have time to waste at the gym probably doing the machines wrong and listening to bros grunt.

Here, I'm in and out in 30 minutes and I KNOW I got a good workout in. The trainers are great- they push you without being mean or bossy. You'll leave dripping sweat, but you also know you've just gotten in a great workout in probably half the time you would elsewhere.

I love the convenience of dropping in anytime that works for my schedule. The circuit is adjusted to my level. When I started, I was able to complete the circuit at my own pace. Now the trainers challenge me with more options. It’s definitely a positive, fast way to meet my self-care goals.

I can't say enough good things about Flower Mound 30 Minute Hit. The all-female environment creates a supportive and empowering atmosphere that really sets it apart. The trainers are attentive, helping when I need it and always pushing me to give my best effort. The workouts are challenging but also fun and varied, so I never get bored. It’s so great to see the owner, Shobha, on the floor doing the workouts with us! She truly cares about the success and well-being of each member.

Such a great experience and workout! Shobha and her team welcome you by name and encourage you from start to finish. I really like that I can just drop in and get a whole body workout in just 30 mins! It's also a plus that it's women only and I'm learning self-defense moves as I workout! Convenient and a great workout make it easy to keep going back for more!

You know those people who have trouble sticking with a gym for more than a month? OK, those people used to be ME! Determined to make this experience different, I joined 30 Min Hit (Flower Mound) in the middle of July. The workout is HARD, but the Trainers help make it so FUN. I struggled in the beginning due to some health problems and Shobha and her team helped modify some of the stations so that I can continue to workout safely. There is something very empowering when you put on the gloves, it truly does make you want to come back week after week. I appreciate all of the trainers so much. Shobha, Nandhi, Johnelle and Bryanna are realllllly good at motivating and encouraging you to dig deeper than you think you can. There is always someone on the floor to help you with your form, to remind you to breathe, and to give you a fist bump when you finish. If you're one of those people who have trouble sticking with a gym for more than one month....give 30 Minute Hit your best shot. All of us who used to be like that will be there cheering you on!

I joined a month ago and I love it. The ladies are very welcoming, encouraging and they motivate you to keep going. The circuits keep you on your toes and they go by pretty fast; I LOVE feeling the burn and also the sweat running down my face every time I go!! 30MinHit has been amazing

LOVE this gym! The coaches/trainers are so amazing and welcoming. They go out of their way to create a fun, comfortable, and energetic environment to get a solid 30-minute workout.

They watch your stance and posture throughout the workout and offer suggestions every step of the way (along with self-defense tips). They are very knowledgeable and there’s always a trainer on the floor encouraging you throughout the circuit.

Their business model makes it easy to fit a quick workout in to your busy schedule. I like being able to stop in for a workout whenever I have 30 minutes free.

Female owned and for females only (love this). Great pricing compared to others around this area with unlimited workouts. You can go as many times a week as you want. Not to mention the music is just fabulous πŸ˜‰

Best decision I have made in a long time. If you've never tried boxing, you NEED to! It will change how you feel about yourself. It's the most empowering feeling AND it's ONLY 30 minutes! If you're having a bad day, this will make your day!! The trainers in Flower Mound are encouraging, inspiring and so motivating. I'm so excited to workout with these ladies!!
