We are Houston's Premier - Women only gym. There is not another gym like ours. Here at 6140 fitness we have a full selection of weights, cardio machines, and classes to suit your needs. We provide a comfortable envronment for women to achieve their goals. We offer personal traning, health coaching, and a variety of classes. We also have great amenities such as a selfie wall, changing room with a shower, posing room, and a lounge with healthy drink and snack options. See you there!!

6140 Fitness charged me for a full month, confirmed my membership was active until December 3rd, and then cut off my access anyway. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates, unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.
On top of that, it’s impossible to reach a real person. No one picks up the phone, no one responds, and there’s zero support. I highly recommend avoiding this gym at all costs.

I signed up for a membership, called to cancel, told it will be canceled yet I am still getting charged. When I call them, they are busy and the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Contacted them through instagram as well - crickets. Had to go through the hassle of reporting them to my bank to get my refund and have my credit card replaced.
After checking with my bank, they were using my card information to make multiple charges manually to make it harder to dispute. Scammers.

The best gym I've ever joined. Friendly, great people, and welcoming. They have everything you need to get swole. I wish I could stay but I moved to rice village. This is a family gym, come through if you want a community and gains.

6140 has quickly become one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, which makes every workout session feel like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The gym is always impeccably clean, which is something I deeply appreciate. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.

So glad I happened up on this gym!! It's a whole vibe!!! I absolutely love the intimate atmosphere of this women's only gym! I love the family feel and the owner, Dawn is so welcoming and helpful! I've only been a member for about 2 weeks but I've definitely found my happy place in this gym. It's small but mighty!!

So very blessed and excited to be a part of this all women’s GYM in Houston. It’s more than a vision, it’s an upcoming female movement. Women working out in a true warehouse gym setting with real gym equipment. I love seeing women empowering other women.
Knowledgeable female trainers and instructors who KNOW how get the female body in shape, in a safe and healthy manner, with sustainable results.
Offering a comfortable environment where women are free to be themselves, let their hair down, lift weights, use machines, and sculpt the body that they desire.
Front posing area/ sitting relaxation area/ yoga room area is also a pretty awesome place to relax in after the workout.
