Been a member for 4-1/2 years. Love the non-scheduled, drop-in individual 30-minute workouts. Always a trainer available to coach you and push you when and if needed. Weekly, (and sometimes month-long) low-key personal challenge competitions if you choose to participate. Kickboxing-centric, but different workouts day-to-day... After a couple weeks, you'll thank yourself and feel like part of the 9-Round family...

You’ll be amazed by the trainers at this location, Klaudia and others are the best, they didn’t hire the only trainers. They did hire best people who’ll will motivate you at the best, 1000% fit trainers and make you fit in every way possible. Every trainer will prove at their best, personally I truly love Shanon (she’s on Tuesday evng class on 16th of april), she’s energetic, hard working, true teacher (she’ll observe every movement of yours and correct at the moment even their class is full), provides perfect explanations of what your exercise is and how you should do it, she’ll motivate you and train you the best.

9 round has been by far the best experience I’ve had!! Not only you get a great workout for the small amount of time (30 mins)…but the trainers are awesome!! They kick your butt when needed and they work with you if it’s your first time!! I see myself going here for the foreseeable future

Looking for a better version of yourself all around! 9Round will get you there!
I’ve been super proud of the progress I’ve made ever since coming back to 9Round! I’ve gained strength back, energy, motivation, confidence, and more importantly I’ve been able to control my gall bladder issues.
I am firm believer that 9Round works!
There are many reasons why I truly enjoy and need my work outs with 9Round!
Below is a few:
-trainer led the whole time
-they modify the exercises if you have an injury ( I have damaged cartilage so my knee really hurts with high impact jumps)
-is a small community so it really becomes like a family
-they encourage you to come and notice when you haven’t been
-they are super friendly and kind
-the gym is clean!
-the owner Klaudia and her trainers all have great intentions to help get to your goal and push you there.
-Klaudia is such a beautiful person inside and out! Her daughter is just as talented in the field!
-they model the exercises on each round
(Shannon is super good about checking my posture to make sure I don’t get injured more. Her energy and funny ways are contagious! Kira is positive and her energy is also super contagious! Copper was very encouraging and cared about all members. (Good luck in TXState Bud)
-3 days of a whole body work out with them will absolutely help you see a positive difference in your body
-they welcome new members with love!
Over all I’m very very pleased with being a member of 9Round! I look forward to continue to better my health and my journey of becoming a better version of myself with their help!

I am in my late 50's with health concerns. I thought that you had to be super fit to do 9 Rounds. My friend that is 10 years younger and an athletic encouraged me to try it out. I really never enjoyed working out until now! I have been a member for 1 year and half. I love it because there are 9 stations that change daily. I never get bored! I am having fun exercising while having a challenging and modified workout based on my ability. The trainers motivate me and work with me! I feel great and successful!!!

I like that it’s a quick thirty minute workout that is fun and different every single time. Like most people, I am super busy and have used that as an excuse as to why I can’t go workout for a 60-90 minutes. Plus, I get bored of mundane routines, which cause me to give them up. I have NEVER gotten bored at 9Round, and actually look forward to finding out what new moves I’ll learn each time. Bonus: there’s no specific start times like you have at typical aerobics classes. You literally can start your rounds at any time. Having a trainer there to encourage and teach me is what motivates me to keep coming in, even on days I’m really sore! And when I have just decided I’m going to cop out and stay home, I get the text from one of the trainers asking me if I’m coming in…so that usually motivates me to change my mind and go in. I have degenerating discs in my back, and every trainer has been great at quickly modifying certain moves that I can’t do, to something else that won’t hurt my back, but keep my heart rate up and muscles burning. I like the heart monitor, because I can immediately see on the screen my progress and it also motivates me to push myself harder if I’m not in the yellow or red. Getting the workout summary emails immediately following the session has been super satisfying, and I have shared those little snapshots with my husband and on social media to brag about my workout and to promote 9Round to my friends.
