Awesome, well kept, modern equipment, and pleasant staff. Got everything you want in a gym (indoor track, basketball, pool, weights, whirlpool, raquet ball, pingpong, aerobics, etc) The gym for workout introverts. People workout and bounce. Love the lockers, and pool. The men's steam room smells of feet and eucalyptus in the evening. Go before 5 and it's fine.

Bigots completely. All of my documents were accurate. My ID has an addison address. All my bills and statements are in Addison. I have my lease and the fee. But because my old Addison address is different than my new Addison address they said I can't be a member. Whole time I've seen them accept other now members with various addresses. The 1st guy was fine. Then a young white guy said "no we cant". I'm filing an official complaint with the city, and may sue for discrimination. Seeing as litigation is my profession I'll gladly do this, because I felt less than human listening to him lie like that.

Being new to Addison a year ago , this was a nice place to join ,especially the low onetime fee and as long as you are a resident of Addison ,its free after that.
I do not agree with another reviewer that said it's not fair that non Addison residents cant use the outdoor pool anymore without a member escorting them as a visitor. In my opinion, that is perfectly fair, If you are not a resident, you should not be permitted to come in unless there is a member with you because of overcrowding and undesirables just walking in off the street. and another reviewer mentioned that nowhere did it say in their website did it mention membership rules pertaining to non residents.
When I joined, it clearly stated that if you were not a resident that you would need a member to escort you in as a visitor and pay a fee so that reviewer is wrong.

The only reason I do not give it a 5 out of 5 is because of people who bring undisciplined kids to the pool and all their pool toys . This is a public pool people. It is not your own private personal backyard pool - I don't know how many times I've stayed at a hotel or gone to a public pool where people throw their pool toys everywhere . And you end up stepping on them and hurting yourself. leave the pool junk at home - save that stuff for a private pool at a family members house. and i dont know how many times ive had to deal with screaming kids throwing things or parents with babies too small for a pool blocking the stairs to get out of the pool.
leave the baby at home with a sitter. its not safe for a baby ,very easy for a baby to drown or get sun poisoning.

This place is not like a regular gym but has a great pool, shower room, steam room, sauna, and many program activities. The cost is extremely affordable for local residents. The staff is super nice, and the facility is clean. Frequently, the center was remodeled. Fair amount of treadmills and stair climbers. A weight room and good walking tracking. Basketball and racquetball courts are available. It feels very homey and comfortable.

I would love to say that I have seen the wonderful things some reviewers have pointed out, but alas I can not. I have lived in town for over 3 years but since I am on disability and can only afford a room at the Budget Suites I am treated like a peasant that doesn't belong with the elite. Like I am merely a transient that doesn't belong. I have never felt more judged than when I tried to join.

This place is great. They have weights, lots of cardio machines, outdoor pool, an indoor lap pool, hot tub, steam room, basketball court, pickleball courts (outdoor), racquetball courts and more. They are mission a few essential weights (like a squat bar or deadlifting area), but you can still do most of what you want. Parking is great. Never too busy. Wish the outdoor pool was open longer.

It’s a wonderful facility and I’m so glad I live just down the street. It’s got everything one would want in a gym. I love the indoor track. The treadmill and bikes are great too, but I just love going at my own pace. Indoor pool. The outdoor pool is nice and can get crowded during the summer. Basketball. All the weights are great too. I’ve used the steam room in hope It’ll help with allergies.

This place has become extremely pretentious and closed off. I spent my entire childhood coming here. The pool used to be open to public with non member fee and I would utilize it even as an adult. Now it is open to members only. No information stated this on the parks website. How stuck up can you be? Very disappointed with what this place has become! It used to be a happy place.

Today was my first time at the outdoor pool. I loved it! The staff was courteous and politely answered my questions. My apartment pool is currently under construction so I was missing the pool. I was concerned about how this would work in the times of COVID 19, but I was pleasantly surprised. Masks were required to enter and exit and I wore mine to the restroom as well. It was practically empty so social distancing was easy! The pool itself is beautiful. I love all the water features! I will definitely be back soon!

Decent gym but the pool needs a lot more chlorine, the carpeting in the men's changing room needs to be tossed out and replaced with tile (it's pretty gross and smells like old socks), and the gym needs to develop exercise classes that more closely reflects the community. As it stands, this gym is geared towards senior citizens. The group fit classes are all for the 65+ crowd and the scheduling is done in such a way as to prevent younger professionals from taking part in anything remotely close to what they might want to take. How about a crossfit class that meets 3x times/week from 7:30-8:30pm?

Would love to have this facility available 24 hours or have extended times till 1 am everyday. Membership can be raised to $20 if needed. Would also like to see an internet digital jukebox where members can pay for their music in the free weights and circuit machines areas. I usually prefer not to carry wireless earphones or headphones. A chair masseuse would be a nice option. Note that you must bring your own shampoo, conditioner and towels. Staff great! However, I wasn't allowed to kiss my girlfriend briefly while in the pool.

Nice club. But, you must have a Texas driver's license to be a member. Even if you own a property and live there, if you don't have a Texas driver's license you can't be a member. Real ID makes this impossible for multiple house owners in multiple states...
