My girls have been going to Adrenaline Athletics for the past four years. They had been enjoying going there and my older daughter was the one who asked me to let her join and learn gymnastics. At a monthly evaluation recently, her coach made her do a combination movement that she did not want to do and she let her coach know that. She did not have the proper training or safety to perform it on her own. It ended up with her breaking her arm. Another family member had taken her to class that day and I have asked for a written explanation many times from the school and they have not responded. I did receive a call from one of the owners saying that she did not see what happened and she hadn't spoke to the instructor, which was not helpful to what I am asking - why was my daughter asked to do something on her own when she did not want to and without protections and without the necessary experience to execute the movement. On the call the owner explained that gymnastics is unpredictable, but that is why the school and instructors should be training in a way to avoid injuries. Some injuries may happen, but when making girls do things on their own when they are not ready is not right. Now my daughter never wants to do gymnastics again. She has gone through so much pain with her broken arm and a painful surgery. The school's silence on this is disheartening.

I like it here but coach Hana's job is outstanding and heart touching. I can see he loves gymnastics. She is one of the very few i see she actually corrects the way kids do the excercises so they can actually learn and improve. Thank you coach Hana!! My kids love you ❤️ i would have put 5 stars if there would be more coaches like her. ☆☆☆☆☆

Highly recommended. Love this place. It’s neat and organized. Many activities for kids. All staff are nice, polite and respectful. Staff care about their athlete. My daughter loves her coaches: Coach Hailee, Coach Zoe and Coach Melissa ☺️

I love my experience with adrenaline! My daughter is in their novice team AND tumbling, absolutely no complaints she always has a smile on her face. The very nice young lady at the front desk (Harmony) is beyond helpful ! And if she does not know that answer she is very quick in getting it. The coach’s there are always in a very happy mood and it’s a very comforting environment. Now on the other side of it I’m not very close with any of the other parents I do stay to myself, possibly maybe an event every once in awhile to bring the family’s closer would be awesome !

Place a kind of a mess. They say we have a free evaluation, sign up and come. Pick a time. We did. When we came they said we do not do evaluation for that age and come on enroll kid to the class. Enroll to what? Without knowing if that class would work for her, if she fits there. At the end they said you can come tomorrow to watch a class. Why did we come today then? Nobody ever called us to say that the class we would need is at that particular time. Will check something else instead.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
I’m only giving a one star review bc I need to leave a review of my experience. I was interested in putting my daughter in tumbling so I signed up and received promotional emails for “Open Tumbling Night” I signed up and paid $20. When I showed up the place looked closed and only one coach was there who knew absolutely NOTHING about the open tumbling night. She said she literally knew nothing and could not watch my daughter but said I could not stay to supervise my child. I asked what if my daughter was hurt and she said I could help I guess. I of course didn’t leave my daughter and left. It took a month to get my refund and multiple calls and emails to get my money back. Waste of my time and I don’t know how this place is still open.

In the past, I looked at several gyms around Katy to enroll my niece in gymnastics. While there are a few good facilities to choose from, I have to give major props to Adrenaline Athletics for excelling. They were very knowledgable and attentive to all of my concerns. Also, the response time from the staff is always very quick, which is important to me. I am proud to say that she loves it there and enjoys the positive environment. The coaches are hardworking and extremely polite, so I have no complaints. Thank you guys for doing a terrific job!

I literally love this place I have had so many accidents 😝🤭 but they where all tears at first but then laughs later I was really really sad to leave the gym I love all of the coaches old to new if I could go back I would , the cheer coach (coach Nicole) she was literally when I say literally I mean LITERALLY the best coach ever , when it was time to be sharp u better bet my butt I was sharp but that is only at practice and during practice she gave us the consequences we DESERVED , she would stick up for us if something happened, she was literally a 2nd mom to me she would listen to what is said, like I said if u want ur daughter or son to go there LET ME TELL U U BETTER PUT THEM IN CHEER!!!

My 3 year old attends tumbling classes with Coach Zoey. She’s awesome. She makes it fun and is really great with the little ones. The place is always clean, including the restrooms. My 3 year old loves it and looks forward to going every week.
