I wish these folks well but I have decided not to enroll my family because they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went in for a trial day pass fully covered from shoulders to toes, except a mere sliver of skin peeking between my very conservative top and full length leggings. I was made to borrow a tank top that was, in my opinion, more revealing. I fully support dress codes (even if they seemed arbitrary) and I was very understanding, but one of the owners seemed decidedly angry- or maybe disgusted- while her mother kindly explained the rules and would have earned my business, were she alone. I would not want to encounter Ms Judgmental, let alone take her classes, and the classes are the main reason I wanted to join.
I am tattooed (nothing objectionable) and I wonder if that contributed to my treatment, because the daughter was nice until i took off my long sleeve sweater. We were chatting happily and I thought we could be friends. and then her attitude changed drastically like I did something to piss her off.
Very strange. Very uncomfortable.

I've been incredibly disappointed by Adrenaline's outdated and discriminatory dress code policies. While the gym itself was clean and well-maintained, the strict clothing requirements for women were both unreasonable and sexist.

Women are singled out for gender-specific attire such as crop tops or spandex, while men seem to have much more flexibility in their attire in line with modern clothing standards. This double standard is not only unfair but also sends a negative message to female members. It suggests that women's bodies are somehow more problematic or distracting than men's, and that they need to be covered up to avoid causing discomfort.

As a woman who enjoys working out, I feel that these restrictions are both unnecessary and counterproductive. They can make women feel self-conscious and uncomfortable, which can negatively impact their overall experience at the gym. I believe that gyms should focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members, regardless of their gender or attire.

I would encourage Adrenaline to reconsider their dress code policy and adopt a more inclusive approach that allows all members to feel comfortable and empowered in their workout space instead of catering to an outdated idea of what women are allowed to wear in public spaces.

I recently visited this gym with a day pass, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The mom and daughter who run the place were unwelcoming and seemed disinterested in engaging with guests.

Despite the gym having decent equipment and a clean environment, the lack of friendliness really put a damper on my visit. I believe a welcoming atmosphere is crucial in a fitness space, and this gym fell short in that regard.

In addition to this, it's unacceptable that female members are prohibited from showing any skin, leading to a culture where our bodies are unnecessarily sexualized. We live in a modern society where women should feel empowered, not restricted by outdated rules about attire. If I'm paying for a service, I shouldn't be told how to dress, especially in a space that claims to support women, ran by women. This kind of policy only discourages female participation. It’s disheartening that a facility is enforcing such regressive standards.

While the facilities may be adequate for workouts, I don't think I would return, as the experience left much to be desired.

My daughter was told she was "abusing their business" because she paid to use the workout room to voluntarily help a couple young girls practice their walks and routine for a local community pageant. She paid a month's membership fee to use the room three days (an hour each day), not getting paid herself, just trying to help a couple local girls, needing the space for the mirrors (only place in town with mirrors). The disrespectful manner in which this situation was handled was completely undeserved. Will never use or recommend this establishment again.

My hubby and I visited Adrenaline Fitness on a day pass during a recent trip out of town. I am so glad that I found this gym. They offers plenty of equipment no matter what your fitness goals (cardio, crossfit, or my favorite- weight lifting). The gym is very clean and Alexis at the front desk was super helpful. She gave us a full tour and made us feel right at home. We visit family often and we will definitely be back.
