AKM is an amazing gym for every level! Any time someone asks for recommendations on a great gymnastics program, we rave about our experiences and coaches. They have recreational classes for various age groups and they also have a competitive USAG team. The coaches are super knowledgeable and have tons of their own experiences with competed in the sport themselves. And above all they are friendly and work really well with all the children.
They have helped my daughter go from barely be able to do a somersault in September 2022 to now doing backhand springs, flipping everywhere, doing routines on balance beam, uneven bars, and flying over the vault. She has improved not only in skills but her confidence has improved in all aspects of her little world.
AKM is by far the best gymnastics program in Amarillo.
