My partners sister has been taking tumbling classes and we were so excited to spend some time on the weekend to practice her skills.
We weren’t allowed to be on the gym floor. Not even to just sit or stand.
I understand safety but how is one suppose to just let a 6 year old roam free with no supervision?
Incredibly disappointing to visit after training here for a couple years. Never have seen that be a protocol for an open gym.

First time checking out open gym for toddler time and my daughter had so much fun. We definitely will be back. Staff was nice and great time talking with other moms about their interest in gymnastics with their kids as well.

We have been going here for four years and it has been great! The coaches are very engaged and keep the girls active the whole time. They do multiple skills and have multiple rotations through the skills. We are in the gymnastics portion and have found it be a great fit.

We visited the gym yesterday and were not impressed by what we saw. I guess this guy can run his gym however he wants, but both my wife and I came away with a very negative vibe towards women. Very cringey! We will absolutely find another gym that we won't need to worry about leaving our daughter with the staff.

for a year the group has remained at the same level, the same coach and they only practice the same exercises every week. They have completely lost quality👎

We have been on and off with Alamo for some time now and solely picked this place due to convenience. I have twins, one in boys class and one girls class and although my son had a good coach, my daughter did not. She was very unengaged and never helped spot or try different things to keep it interesting. She would have her phone with her during class and sometimes even had a Starbucks drink. We definitely were not getting our moneys worth at Alamo and I didn’t make the effort to get my kids to class every week to feel like it was just a babysitter rather than a coach teaching new skills. We have since moved gyms and wow, what a difference it is. It is night and day difference and 100% better. Alamo needs lots of improvement but hiring better coaches would be a great first step!

Brought my daughter here 4 a trial class and she really enjoyed it. The instructor was very professional. He is very good at what he does and you can tell is very experienced in working with children based off of his level of patience and his way of instructing. the staff was very professional and good with communication as well. We felt right at home and my daughter had a great time

My 31/2 old granddaughter wouldn’t keep her mask on, which I am all for following rules. But when the instructor brought her out to let me know she was not allowed n the class unless she kept the mask on, she was extremely rude to me in front of the other paternts. Not sympathetic and uncaring. Didn’t seem at all happy about teaching the girls.

My 5 year all does not feel comfortable with the instructors. The instructors on 6:00pm class on Thursdays are not welcoming at all. They never approached my child. We were on the side watching. My kid did not want to go coz she’s shy and intimidated. If only the instructor approached and even say hello to my child; it would made a big difference. We were there and the instructor never made an eye contact with us. I was expecting and hoping that if you’re working with the kids, you have to be compassionate and understanding, be accommodating- should be part of their job. I’m totally disappointed with the instructors. How can they just totally ignored my child presence?!

I have a friend with high functioning autism, ADHD, DID, POTS, EDS type 3, massed cell, gender dyphoria and a ED, would you take them to do training since they want to become a contortionist and they are really flexible and are a pretty good kid for a ten year old?

Poor communication!!! Not happy we were charged for childcare after I canceled making the responsible decision not to take my child with fever and flu! I finally left a message on the machine after no one would answer the phone making me think they weren’t open yet. I did not think to first check their policy on their website, as I would be told later, I was busy getting my kid meds and the other off to daycare to give them more time to open and answer the phone. No one contacted me in return that day after I did leave a message. It wasn’t until the second day I called again to cancel and yet again, no one answered the phone! I told my husband to go by to check in after dropping off our other child at daycare. He was told I did not call early enough to cancel, by 10 minutes, according to their policy located online! Otherwise we could have been refunded 50%. 😡 Keep our money Alamo Gymnastics, your welcome that we didn’t bring you the flu!

If you have not registered don't bother, the initial visit was great, then my daughter missed the session, I called and was told they were busy and call back, no one answered. Then I went a head and registered my baby on line for another day. When my daughter went to class for 30 minutes no one was there to sell her leotard, then when someone did, they said she can not go to class and needs to go home, there is no make up day. I tried calling for 2 hours, the voice mail kept on saying they are open to 7 but no one is ther to answer customers, no manager to solve issues. BAD BUSINESS

My daughter use to be in gymnastics until she decided she no longer enjoyed it. She was in gymnastics from age 7 until 10. When we moved here she started at the Alamo Gymnastics. We called them right away to have her evaluated and leveled. They did a great job with her considering she has Autism and ADHD. They were so patient with her and met with me and even learned all her ques. They learned her triggers and what to say to calm her. They helped ensure if she wanted to stay in gymnastics she could be successful.
I'll forever be greatly for them allowing her that chance to be apart of that group of girls.

Based upon prior birthday parties attended at Alamo Gymnastics, we decided to hold our daughter's 5th birthday party there. At the time of booking, two months prior to the party, we were told that our party would consist of one hour of gym time with 2 party hosts, and we would have access to the party room directly attached to the large gym. Five days prior to the party, I received a phone call to let me know that they "changed their party times" so they could double book parties and our party room would now be located in the building next door (causing 1-5 year olds to walk across a parking lot), since another birthday party would be using the adjacent party room. The director who called offered no recourse or compensation (other than her apology). Additionally, during the majority of our gym time, we only had one party host since the other host had to clean up after the other party. By double booking parties, Alamo Gymnastics has chosen profits over providing a quality birthday party experience. The party room in the adjacent building was both inconvenient and confusing for our party guests. Additionally, we felt like we intruded on the other birthday party since we had to walk through their party room to get to the gym floor. I will say that the party hosts were very helpful, but I felt sorry for their exhaustion for having to juggle multiple parties. It is unfortunate that such a fun birthday experience for my daughter was overshadowed by company greed. Needless to say, in the future, we'll hold our children's birthday parties in other venues.

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here. I'd never been before, so it was a little bit of a gamble, but totally worth it. The kids had so much fun and our "hosts" were great. I would definitely recommend for kids birthdays.
