If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff is very rude, I called trying to ask a question. Simple. The lady cut me off mid-sentece before I had even said what I called for, and hung up the phone. Very unproffesional.

My granddaughter has been going here a year she has improved in every way. She loves it. If you’re willing to work hard you can accomplish a lot here. The coaches and all the staff have been amazing.

I have gone here my whole life. If your a cry baby then this place isn't for you. They are hard on you and strict which is good. People say "they make me do things outside my level" but if they didn't think you could do it then they wouldn't tell you to. This place is great

0 Stars honestly. When I was 6 or 7 this place's coaches scarred me for life. I would get yelled at, forced to do unnecessary conditioning as punishment purely because I couldn't do things outside of my level. Sometimes I was forced to do wallsits for an entire class, begging and crying to be let go while the coach and his star student yelled at me to be quiet. Doing a hand stand for a whole station period, and being forced to do continuous roundalf-backhandsprings on the tumble track, running right back to the beggining of the line, and doing it over and over again. I would beg and cry to let me stop, I remember seeing the corners of my eyes start to go black from possible exhaustion.
One summer they had us do this different class, the same coach would make us lift one of our legs up into the air to stretch and he would come around and pop our toes and it hurt like crazy. Very questionable experience.
This gym gave me literal PTSD from stepping into any gym, keep your kids safe.

Attend a birthday party here for a friend and I definitely would NOT recommend. The equipment is worn out and there is no AC luckily the birthday party was in early spring - the flooring is uneven. Its a hazard. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This place is falling apart. It smells like urine, and it's always dusty. Coaches are rude to the kids and yell at them if they are hungry. This summer, there was no AC, and it was extremely hot. You get to see your kids on a monitor in the waiting area, but the coaches know where the cameras are and hide the kids while they go clean the mats. It's a complete waste of money and time.
