I joined Alpha Iron in Dec of 2024 and i have been going at least 3X a week. the gym provides a mixture of free weights and machines to help you achieve your goals. Joey and Virgina are always available to help and answer any questions you may have. the atmosphere is comfortable and easy going which helps in training. defiantly have enjoyed being a part of this gym and wouldn't go anywhere else

I was a bit nervous at first to sign up because I personally have never spent over $30 for a membership at a gym and I grew up playing sports. However, after saying YOLO, I could not be any happier. My previous gym was always busy and didn’t have much equipment. Even when Alpha Iron is busy, it’s not busy. There is plenty of space and so much equipment to use so you don’t have to really wait for someone else to finish with the machine. Very clean as well. Overall, I am super happy with my decision to sign up here!

This is by far my favorite gym…. And I’ve been to many as I’ve traveled with work. Joey and Virginia are awesome and always willing to help. They keep a tight clean gym and the atmosphere is amazing. The fellow gym goers are very respectful and practice great gym etiquette as a gym should be. Been a member for 3 years now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Member since 2024. Love this gym. The diversity and variety of equipment is astonishing. Never crowded and really appreciate the 24 hour availability. Gym is always clean and kept. The prices are very affordable for any budget. They offer nutrition coaching, personal training, classes, protein, and swag.

The XFIT group classes are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Multiple classes each day Monday-Thursday, Each class gives a full body workout whether it’s the cardio or strength class. All instructors are professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They provide motivation and individual correction when needed. It’s not a show up and half-a** program. Prepare to work hard. The members in class push each other.

I’ve recently signed up for the nutrition coaching, Virginia, and am amazed at the results. Virginia really makes sure the meal plan is suited toward your needs and health. She is Always responsive to questions and concerns and holds you personally accountable for gains or failures, but provides positive motivation and direction to accomplish your goals. The effort you put in is the effort you receive in return.

Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to! And I’ve tried a few in town, the one is definitely my favorite! So many pieces of equipment and free weights available! You never have to worry about not being able to get a good workout in! Fantastic gym for serious lifters, those wanting to get strong and lose weight or bodybuilding. Great atmosphere. Has hammer strength and plenty of good machines for a serious workout and plenty of barbells and dumbbells. Owners are very nice. Great for military/vets who want a serious workout. Very clean. Also it's a small , locally owned business, so if you support those and you want a great, more local experience, this is the place to go. Prices are better overall for what you get. And I've never seen it be crowded there.

I've worked off and on around Pleasanton for almost 8 years now and until I found this gym, I couldn't get motivated enough to keep a solid routine. I gave this establishment a 5 Star rating because it had everything I look for in a gym. Lots of free weights and equipment. Also a cross fit area. Awesome! Also the owners are very nice people. My vehicle broke down while passing through Pleasanton and they found out about my military service and my situation and they allowed me to get in a free workout while I waited for my repairs.
