Just paid them $200 to re-register daughter and the place gets shutdown the next day due to not paying their rent. Want my money back.
Edit: As you can see the company replied to my review with a empty bullshit response. How is bullshit? Because a week after this review they charged me another $200 and have yet to refund the charges. Even had the audacity to ask me multiple times if I was sure I wanted to cancel the membership. These people are garbage.

Truly disheartened to learn of the business practices of this company!
It’s a shame that one has to go to this. Hopefully a bigger news station learns of the issues of this company. You either need to shut down or pay your young staff who care much more about your business than you do.

After being members for a year and a half, I must say I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Alpha Omega Gymnastics. They recently raised their prices, but the quality absolutely does not match the cost. Management is disorganized and nearly impossible to communicate with. The owners have been dishonest about refunds, and the environment feels completely unprofessional, it's all just for show.
What’s worse is the growing number of serious injuries due to poor supervision and lack of care. Instead of addressing the real issues, they’re now bribing families at the front desk with ring pops in exchange for 5-star reviews. It's honestly pathetic.
The bathrooms and common areas are constantly dirty, water fountains and vending machines don't work, the power frequently goes out, and coaches are still expected to run classes under unsafe conditions. Employees are paid unfairly, many have had paychecks bounce without any accountability from management. Workers' concerns are ignored, and burnout is extremely visible.
This place is showing its true colors, and it’s not pretty. Do yourself and your kids a favor: DON'T go here. Don’t support a business that mistreats its staff and constantly puts children at risk.

I'll be honest and say my kids absolutely love this place. We only ever went to open gym for $20 every Friday, which wasn't bad, especially if we needed them to get their wiggles out. But they have changed their prices since summer started to a ridiculous $36. That's four dollars shy of double, that's an 80% increase. Why would you jump your price up that much in a single move?! Why would I pay that much when there are other alternatives? They must've lost their minds and a lot of customers.

Don’t do the camps. Trust me! They added all these extra fees and to top it off they don’t tell you the kids don’t have access to the whole gym a lot of the time!!! When I requested a refund because my daughter asked me to pick her up early and wasn’t going to go the rest of the week the refused. They did give her more time the last day but just too late!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service and professionalism at Alpha Omega. I have been bringing my daughter to your facility since September 2024. Initially, I assumed the challenges were due to my daughter’s adjustment period. Over time, she began to feel more comfortable, largely thanks to Coach Faith, who demonstrated exceptional patience, kindness, and care. However, without any notice or explanation, she abruptly left the program.
My daughter then began to form a connection with Coach Nevaeh, who was equally outstanding. She helped my daughter progress significantly and was also actively building a rapport with me as a parent. Yet again, without any communication, she was removed from the program. This revolving door of staff is unacceptable, especially for toddlers who rely on consistency and stability.
The current coach, Savannah, is completely unfit to work with young children. Her approach is unprofessional and degrading. She frequently yells at my daughter from across the room, saying things like, “If you don’t listen, you’re not getting free time,” or “I’m not going to chase you all class.” She makes no effort to engage or connect with my child and instead chooses to reprimand her from a distance. This is not only ineffective but also harmful to my daughter’s experience.
It is particularly disheartening considering that I am often on the floor actively teaching and guiding my daughter myself—despite paying for a service that is supposed to provide structured instruction. My daughter, who is only two years old and has a speech delay, requires additional patience and understanding—something both Faith and Nevaeh managed with grace. Savannah, however, has shown no empathy or willingness to adapt.
I’ve spoken with another parent in the class who shares my concerns, further validating that these issues are not isolated. On top of all this, the recent price increase is absolutely unjustifiable given the current state of the program. We are being asked to pay the same rate as families with school-aged children, yet the level of attention and instruction offered to toddlers is significantly inferior.
Moreover, the overall facility is poorly maintained. It often smells unpleasant, the women's restroom is frequently dirty or out of order, and the front desk staff consistently come across as unfriendly and unhelpful.
I have given Alpha Omega numerous chances to improve, but the quality has only declined. With the continued turnover of competent staff, a lack of communication, unsanitary conditions, and a drastic price increase, I can no longer justify continuing my daughter’s enrollment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They lie about their refund policy. They say if you cancel within a month they'll refund your money. My wife tried for over two months and no refund, just runaround. My daughter went two times and this was during March where they shut the gym down for two of the other days. Why is it so hard to refund money when you can pay so easily?

Don’t send your daughter here. Our daughter had her head pushed into a water fountain “playfully” by a male coach and it hurt her mouth. As a father I drove up to speak with the owners or management and it got swept under the rug despite my persistence. Left all my contact info twice and never heard from anyone…and the dude that hurt her still works there.

Editing. After attending for about a year or so, I have to update from a 5 star to a 1 star. After the summer of 2023, things fell apart. My daughter was moved to a new class and she changed teachers 3 times in 1 month because people kept leaving. The last instructor was so mean she made my 6 year old cry every time we went forcing her to do wall sits and when she would fall the instructor laughed and then said "Now you don't get a lollipop" but everyone else did. She JUST turned 6 and was learning. I spoke with management and tried to cancel my membership, but they convinced me to change classes instead. We did and had a much nicer instructor, but that instructor did not give personal attention to her. After a year, she still doesnt knownhow to do a cartwheel or a backward roll. A YEAR of instruction. This became an hour long jump around and play instead of class. I wish she could be in the old class with the first instructor who was teaching her the basics and helping her improve. Unfortunately, due to turning 6, she was forced to move up even though she had just started gymnastics. It is unfortunate, but clearly, there was a major turnaround with instructors. In addition, we were told upon signing up that we were allowed to try other classes once a month (cheer and dance) and when I finally had time to do so, they said they don't do that. My first review mentioned all the extras, there are none now. In addition, when trying to cancel again, I messaged using their app and emailed so I wouldn't get coaxed into staying again and I was told I needed to fill a special form and since it was past the deadline (not the billing date but a separate deadline) I would still be charged. So now we will have to pay for a month of classes we won't be going to due to distance but more importantly due to service, confidence, and mental well being.
Old review: My daughter loves going here, even with a 30 minute drive. Her coach is so patient and sweet, but she holds her accountable and pushes her when she is scared. The price is great for all the extras we get, too, even though we haven't had time to try out dance classes or cheer yet. We look forward to more chances this summer.

Great gym, great staff!
We switched to Alpha Omega a couple years ago from our previous gym when the coaches seemed more interested in playing with my daughters hair than teaching her new skills. Absolutely LOVE Alpha Omega Gymnastics!! My husband and I researched multiple gymnastics places in the Humble/Kingwood/Porter area and found that Alpha Omega is by far the BEST!! If you are looking to enroll your kids for gymnastics or dance, then this is the place to go!! My daughter is 4 yrs old and has never been in gymnastics before and she absolutely loves it!! Every time we go, we are greeted with smiles all around! ALL of the coaches there are all so patient and kind with the kids as well. Makes me happy to see my daughter enjoying herself and having fun!! One of the best things about Alpha Omega is that they offer parents night out for the kids to go up there for a few hours in the evening time on a Saturday night that they choose and they are fed dinner, and get to play and have fun while the parents get to go out and enjoy a carefree night knowing their kids are taking really good care of for the night!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!💜

I am highly disappointed in this location after having such high hopes. Here are a few insights to our experience here.
We originally signed up for the summer program with the idea that it would enhance my daughter's gymnastic skill level as well as provide a fun spin to it. Essentially, it was daycare... Not what we had in mind. The summer camp advertised field trips and fun, but it's catered to younger adolescents 1-6 years of age.
The price is good fair for a half day, but it's not what we were expecting. The staff were friendly for the most part, but not memorable as their mantra suggests ("inspiring lifelong adventures").
I decided to unenroll her after an incident on water day which occurs every Friday during the summer. My daughter landed awkwardly coming down a good sized water slide and sprained her foot. The location took 2 hours to call me, to which I rushed to get her. Upon arrival they were more concerned about be signing the incident report than showing empathy for what happened. My daughter sat there clearly in pain by herself as the staff on site did not console her much.
I had to ask them to get her belongings and they did not help her change into dry clothes after the incident. My daughter had sat there 2 hours in a wet swimsuit before notification.
Due to the injury, I decided to unenroll her. I still have not received a refund for the weeks I prepaid for camp as they promised I would be reimbursed. I have called the Kingwood Branch several days and sent emails, but no response has been given. This location has so much potential to be a great studio but we will not be back. Customer Service and follow up are absolutely lackluster.

The leaders were so wonderful with her, holding her when she first arrived and was still feeling shy, encouraging and cheering her on in the activities. The groups of children were well organized and the activities were fun and safe for all the kids. The staff was so friendly! I recommended the all-day camp to a mom of a 6 year old boy with LOTS of energy who was only in the area for a few weeks this summer. She was struggling to keep him occupied over their visit. He ended up attending the all day camp for a week and the mom said it was the best thing for all of them! In the midst of a pandemic, they have NOBODY wearing masks or social distancing (students, coaches, or the many, many parents hanging around watching). They are also not requiring staff to be vaccinated and stated that asking their staff about their vaccination status would be a HIPAA violation and illegal (which they must know is untrue since HIPAA only applies to covered entities such as healthcare providers and the EEOC has published clear guidance regarding mandating employees' vaccination and/or use of preventative measures). They also stated Abbott made it illegal to require masks (obviously untrue, as they are a private business, not a government agency or government-funded facility). Since the majority of the facility's students are much too young to be vaccinated, and gymnastics coaching typically requires close contact, this blatant disregard for CDC guidelines (and plain common sense) is irresponsible and dangerous. It also makes me wonder about their other safety precautions (spotting, use of crash mats, etc.). And compounding all of this, there is no disclosure about their lack of basic precautions (which are in place at literally every other similar, or child-related, facility). So we did not find out until we showed up, on the way to work, to drop off our child at a pre-paid, week-long day camp.

Love Alpha Omega. First I find it is an incredible value for children's activities. For a family, there is something for everyone so your son and your daughter will have a fabulous fitness experience and you as the parent don't have to drive all over the place. One stop shop :). Then, a huge benefit of the Kingwood Alpha Omega is the space! The observation area is ample and has excellent wifi. The same cannot be said of other gymnastic/dance places in town. As a working mom, I value having a space to sit and get work done while my kids are in activities. (The restaurants located next door are really handy too ;) )

We recently moved to the area from out of state. This gym has been such a great place not only to sharpen their athletic skills, but also to help us establish a friend group. The girls Love their coaches, and they always look forward to going. We’re there several days a week!

There’s a lot of value for the monthly fee. My son has 7 hours of free access to the gym in addition to his hour class each week, and he takes advantage of nearly all of those hours. His coach pushes him but is encouraging. We’ve seen massive growth in only a few months. Employees at front desk and most coaches are very kind and professional. Very nice facility and they do a good job of cleaning and disinfecting between open hours. Water fountains are closed during COVID but I love that they have an easily accessible water dispenser just for filling personal water bottles. I really like that we can keep track of all information and register for all the open gyms with their app, which is easy to navigate and always works as it should. My only real complaint is that there is some bullying and inappropriate behavior that goes on among some of the groups of younger boys that regularly attend, and my son has been reprimanded and threatened to be kicked out just for defending himself because the coaches don’t always pay attention enough during open gym to really see what is happening. Or they do see/hear it, but they’re unwilling to call out the bad behavior of the child who is instigating it. Also they need to get lockers because my son’s bag is messed with quite a lot by other kids that attend during open gym. We’ve been members for 3 months, and already someone has gotten into my sons bag and used or removed items (including his phone) without permission over a dozen times while my son was practicing on the tramps. My son has returned to his bag to find it completely emptied on the floor or another kid going through it. Nothing but change for the vending machine has been stolen yet, but it’s not ok that other children help themselves to other peoples things sitting on the side wall and there’s no accountability for it. But I feel like these issues are relatively minor and don’t fully reflect the business itself. We’re glad to be members.

We just started but so far we like the space and teachers. They handle the groups very well and adjust to the kids' levels so they all learn and keep up with the entire group.

Great price for what you get! My kids beg to go everyday! The coaches are wonderful. Coach Jessica is fun, patient, and sweet with my daughter. Coach Jonathan is so patient, and kind with my two boys. Front staff Amanda, and Bethany are super sweet and make me feel welcome when I come in. They sanitize after every class, and all adults including coaches must wear masks. My kids ages are 4, 6, 8 so having something like this open up close to my house is a blessing!

After researching places for my daughter I selected Alpha & Omega based on other reviews, costs and location. My daughter has been going for about a month now and she loves it and looks forward to it every week.
Her instructor keeps her on track and focused on the lessons which is great so it's not "play" time but a fun learning experience.
Other activities offered as part of the membership are an added bonus such as the open gym sessions, classes specific to different activities or just a dance party.
Its a brand new beautiful and professional looking place with great staff. I wish them all the best going forward in these tough times.
