I called in and said that my 5 year old never had a gymnastics class, I found this place, and it has good rating so I would like to try it out. The lady asked me to register to a time and age group online. I did so. The website also says 1 month free. When I was at the gym , I had pending$ 49.9. I assumed it was for the uniform. Because I was told the class was free. So I come to the desk again and asked if I need to pay right now for my daughter to be in the class. The desk lady said no.

The class was good, my kid enjoyed the activity. There were only 2 kids in her class and each had an instructor, so the teacher was able to correct the mistakes and guide my daughter to the right direction almost immediately. So I really like it.

Next week I see that the place charged me for registration($159) fee and membership fee for the next month.
They unilaterally just charged my credit card. Just because I tried their place for 1 class.
When I called to cancel they explained to me that yes 1 month tuition is free, but still need to pay for registration. And yes since you register you child to first class, we applied payment until the end of August. I was Unable to reach their billing department yet. Called and left several voicemails. No one called me back or answered phone yet.

I hate when they told me that first class is free and charge me next week more that 300$

Kids love it ! I had them on summer camp. The only concern that I have is that they were coming home repeating bad words that the young coaches were saying, it looks like they were cussing a lot , not to the kids , but in between them, and of course , kids catch up everything. My previous review was deleted. My daughter went here for a couple of years. We had one great coach but changeover is very high. I had multiple issues with billing and to this day I’m still owed money. I get no response from anyone and my comments keep getting deleted. Even on my account it shows I have a credit. A lot of turnover in coaches and my daughter really didn't get much out of class. The coaches do not take the time to correct the kids when doing something wrong. It's really just expensive babysitting, honestly. I see a lot of the coaches (they are mostly high school aged kids) flirting and joking around with each other, moreso than I see them actively teaching and paying attention to the kids. I barely had confidence that some of the coaches could even do what they were teaching.

Additionally, I filled out a cancellation form, and my account continued to get charged for multiple months. I've contacted them multiple times to try to get this resolved, as I even have a screenshot of my cancel confirmation and time stamp and have not received a refund. Bad business ethics and terrible customer service. Stay away!

The very first day of our son’s class (he has recently turned 3) his teacher, who appeared to be no older than 15, became frustrated with his inability to follow directions. Prior to class beginning, I explicitly notified her that he has trouble understanding things and would need to be shown or helped. He has just turned 3 mere weeks ago and stays home, he isn’t in daycare. I mentioned that his communication skills lack in certain areas and that he was being seen for speech therapy. I counted atleast 3 times that she became visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes. She would very quietly give a command like, “stand here in line behind the other boy” and when she’d notice that he was not doing that, with the other 3 distracting classes going on around him, she’d become upset. The last straw was when he walked over cheerfully to grab a ball from the ball pit and she marched over to him and snatched the ball and angrily threw it back into the pit scolding him that “we’re not playing with balls” I immediately walked over, took my 3 year old by the hand and walked him to our car where we left and subsequently unenrolled after notifying his father.

I’ll add just like many others have said, canceling is a nightmare. When my husband called to cancel he was nonchalantly directly to “do that through the website, everything you do yourself on the website.”

As others have mentioned, cancelling is a nightmare. I tried calling and texting for weeks to get help on getting a refund. Instead, I’m getting misleading information on who to contact- for a week they tell me to text the same number I’m calling for the pearland location to then understand a week later that it’s not the correct number to contact. I call again asking to speak to Morgan who said she would help then I never hear from her again. I text again and they say they will call me the next day and again they don’t call back. At this point I’m going to refute the charge with my bank.

They are also charging me more than other kids in the class. I am friends with another mom in the Toddler class who I know pays less than I do. That is blatant discrimination.

My daughters were first enrolled in the Sweet Pea class, it was a waste of money. There are “coaches” present during the class but they don’t engage with the kids at all. You basically pay for your kids to play for 30 min. I can do that at home..we decided to give the next class a chance but I didn’t feel like it was worth the $130 they charge.

We brought out daughter here for about 5 months and never met an owner, manager or anyone that seemed to be in charge. She had a good time, but I never felt like she was actually getting anything out of it as far as learning new skills or improving. Many of the instructors gave off the appearance that they had no interest in being there during classes. They had the spring showcase and it was very poorly ran and unorganized.

I love the gym, Its hard to get in contact with them without physically having to go up there. My only complaint was the recent charge for the showcase. I guess you have to opt out of it instead of opt in... with that being said they took money out of my account for a showcase i never signed up for.... but because i didn't opt out (by scanning a QR code and signing a form they got me for some money) I was peeved because if i was a parent that wanted to participate I would have signed up. With that process i was really disappointed because there was never a discussion about the uniform or anything. We get a ton of emails daily... we gym emails rank low. Next time allow parents to sign up before taking their money. And pass out a flyer like you do for Parent's Night Out.

Other than that experience I have no issues, my kids love it and everyone is friendly

The instructors are great and our child loves the classes. But the make-up scheduling process can be lot more flexible. They require a notice period of 24-48 hours and sometimes we have encountered conflicts with school events in short notice. They are not able to accommodate a same day make up request even if the class has spots that can be filled.

Update to my review from a year ago. I am revising my stars to 0. We have been trying to get a hold off them for weeks now to cancel since we are not happy there and nobody will return our calls. If someone from management is looking at these reviews, PLEASE CHECK YOUR VOICEMAILS AND RETURN OUR CALLS.

My kids have shown progress since we started going there. They have definitely been learning new things. The things I don't like is that the teacher is not always, or at least most of the time, the same one and some of the teachers seem to be wasting a lot of class time. Sometimes they also combine classes for whatever reasons and it seems like kids of different levels end up practicing together. I think it makes it even tougher for the teacher and the kids don't get the full benefits from the class.

We didn’t learn much here. My daughter was the definition of a beginner so we signed up for a beginner class but the coaches would focus on the girls who know what they were doing. They would give instruction but coach after one try then move on, never establishing any proper technique. We have since moved on and found an amazing gym with great coaching staff

We absolutely LOVE Alpha Omega. My two boys have taken the traditional gymnastics classes and also the Ninja Warrior classes. We LOVE Jefrick (Ninja Warrior coach). He really inspires my older son who is constantly practicing and talking about his class time with his coach. Jefrick has really instilled the importance of safety so my older son knows not to practice movements without appropriate supervision or "spotting." I really appreciate that.

We had a birthday party at the gym this summer which was the easiest, smoothest venue birthday we've had thus far (12 birthday parties and counting 🫣).

The coaches who monitor the open gym time are sweet. I like that they monitor the kids but also interact with them. Wednesday has always been super helpful and very fair and firm in making sure the kids are taken care of. The front desk staff is always super sweet and helpful and friendly.

This gym has great equipment, a large space, and is always clean and maintained. I recommend Alpha Omega to everyone we know. Love it love it love it!

This place really is something else!

I brought my 3 year old here because my friend brings her daughter. I figured I would give it a try. Their staff is so loving toward him, and really patient. When he started, he still wasn’t in daycare so he had very little understanding of a setting like that.

When he started his coaches Made him feel comfortable and they understand that these little kids are going to push their boundaries all the time! This place helped prepare my son for pre-k!

It also helped a ton with his coordination and a huge development in gross motor skills as well as problem solving.

He had one meltdown and one coach dedicated the whole class to give him one on one coaching. All the other coaches would also help but once they saw he was okay int he one on one they just assisted the other kids as needed. He received many hugs that day and lots of positive reinforcement.

They know his name, and they get him! They really are like that with everyone in his class.

Everyone there is friendly, and seeing the other classes… you can see the other kids developing their skills throughout the weeks. Very cool to see!

We love this place! We’re so glad we found a place like this for our son!

I crashed a birthday here with my daughter. It was by accident but she really enjoyed her time here. As a result, we will are switching gyms.

This place has a large floor space. There are a variety of apparti: trampolines, climbing walls, bars, beams and ninja course equipment. There is also section for smaller children. There was plenty of space to run and the staff were helpful and attentive while the party was ongoing.

We have gone to AOG for both gymnastics and summer camp and my girls love it! The instructors and staff are incredibly supportive of both my girls development on and off the mat. My girls love being able to go to their extra open gym nights and mom and dad love the 2 hours by ourselves. When I leave then there I know they are in good hands!

We have been bringing our boys here for about 4 years. We are taking them out now because their customer service has gone down big time. The new office staff they hired recently are so rude to the children. Also, a few of the teachers are mean to the children and yell at them or talk to them in a very sarcastic tone. When we bring our concerns to the administration, they become quite defensive. Finally, there is no adequate supervision of the children during Open Gym, and I have seen several parents having to go inside on the mats to help their children or redirect the children when they do something dangerous because the coaches don't address it.
Just a very disappointing experience lately, which is too bad because my children love playing Gymnastics.

I’m giving them 1 star bcuz it’s not the instructor’s fault. The instructors do what they are supposed to do and they work well with the kids. However, as a business this is the worst possible place to enroll your child. Other than the unorthodox business hours, that I can get over, they DO NOT return calls pertaining to your account!!! My daughter broke her wrist in Sept 2021 and a payment for Oct was charged. I explained what happened and that she would be out for some time, so they froze her account so I would not be charged in the future. Cool. After her cast was removed, they doc said she should not return to gymnastics for at least 8/9 months (til Aug 2022) . So I decided to just pull her out period. I explained that to them and I was told to talk to accounts. I called and I called and I called… nothing. I left messages, I went in person and was told to call and I left a message in person. Finally someone told mr to email Gary S. Who is he?!!! I never got his email though. I called and called and called again. Left more messages and still nothing!!!! I want a refund for Oct. This has gone on since December 2021!!! Do not do business with these people and avoid the headache!

It was OK in the beginning but we left after several months. The best coach they had (Ninja) didn't stay long. Most of the coaches are teens/ young adults who appear not to be too motivated: often on their phones during open gym and my daughter had a coach who would end her class 10 minutes before the end. In the silk class, the coaches were learning at the same time they were teaching. As for dance, classes tend to be empty, because Coomer Ballet is not too far from there and is run by professionals. AOG doesn't have many kids 12+ and it's probably due to what we observed: they can't keep up with levels above beginner/ intermediate. I would recommend it only for younger kids who want to try different things, and then switch to a better place with competent coaches in the activity they like. This is what we did.

Alpha Omega is a great gym! My daughter is 3 years old in the Baby Giants class. We absolutely love her teacher Dahna! She is very patient and has been teaching my daughter good form. Also, we love that the class size is pretty much just 2-3 kids! It’s perfect to have such small classes as a toddler’s attention span is pretty short. No one pays attention to where the kid is going or if they are going with the parent. It’s a little chaotic when class is ending. My daughter really loves coming to A&O even in her down time she is asking when can she come back.

The floor staff is knowledgeable, gentle yet firm and I can see the kids benefit from their training.

Starting in December I wanted my son to try out a class for the free trial. I was told we wouldn’t be charged any fees until I decided if I wanted to join the class. I live in Shadow Creek and have 3 active kids. I sent all of them to camp last year, and my 10, 12 and 14 year old had the time of their lives.
We utilized the part time option as I didn't think they would want to be at camp all day, but my 11 year old didn't want to leave. To keep my oldest engaged he was allowed to assist with the younger kids. WInning, this place is awesome and really care about the kids experiences.

Families are required to put a debit or credit card on file for a trial class. When I first walked in, I was not greeted. I stood at the desk for at least 5 minutes before anyone said hello. The young lady at the desk said she thought I was an existing parent. During my daughter's free trial, another mom said she experienced the same kind of greeting. After my daughter's free trial, I told the young lady at the desk that I would need to wait before we committed to becoming members. A few days later, my card was charged for two month's dues because the young lady at the desk didn't remove my info. If it's a free trial then no form of payment should be taken. I gave my card info on good faith that they would not charge it without my consent. A few weeks later the matter was resolved and that's only because I continued to follow up with them. No one took the initiative to keep me informed on when the refund would be processed. However, my daughter did enjoy her class. The staff members are very young. I would recommend that this company employ a few more staff members who are older with more customer service experience. Thank you!

I truly love this gym! They are an awesome group of teachers and work really well with my daughter. I even signed my son up for a class that he would be too young for but they tried him out just to see if he can handle the big boys! He didn’t do too bad but we tried karate instead. Amazing gym!! Fun, encouraging coaches that my children love. So many opportunities throughout the week for my kids to be active besides their regular gymnastics class. My kids love open gym on Fridays to just play and burn some energy!

Staff, facilities, peers are all amazing! Our daughter attended full-time summer camp in 2019 and had more fun than we thought possible. The caring and dedicated camp staff gave her lots of individual attention, helped her grow friendships, learn new skills, and use lots of energy each day. I was very impressed at the security procedures for drop-off & pick-up, with the variety of activities and the attentiveness of the staff. Camp leader Bethany and her team knew all the childrens' names so quickly! We can't wait to go back this summer!

We are looking to relocate and figured we would let our girls take a class while we were in town. From the beginning, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff seemed adequately trained and seemed to follow a good curriculum. The staff were very professional and upbeat. Our kids had a great time and were asking to go back for the ninja class later that week. If we end up in Pearland, our kids will be here for gymnastics....or ninja classes.

We have attended class for the last 9 weeks here. My daughter really enjoys her classes. We moved from another gym and found that Alpha Omega. All the teachers and happy to be with the students, they are good at the specific class that they teach, and communicate with the parents as needed.

The gym is very clean and the waiting room is open to the gym area allowing you to actually see and hear what is going on. The dance rooms have video feed to monitors and 2 way glass for parents to see what is going on.

My grandkids attend both gymnastics and dance classes here. They love the classes, teachers and extra activities that are available. Their facility is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You always feel welcomed when you walk-in the door!

All the kids race out the door every week when it’s Alpha Omega time!

The coaches are great at helping the kids develop and making class fun.

Friday evenings open gym is popular with the kids...and gives us parents free babysitting for a date night.

We love the ninja warrior class here. Coach Holden is great. I have twin 7 year old boys and both are happy in class. My sons are learning new skills and gaining self confidence.

My oldest daughter is enrolled in dance and gymnastics and we totally love the instructors that she has!
Her coaches are both experienced and knowledgeable. I plan to enroll my youngest in gymnastics soon!

We've had such a wonderful experience with Alpha Omega! My oldest daughter competed on the competitive gymnastics team, and both of my daughters really enjoyed the recreational dance and gymnastics classes, which we've participated in at the Missouri City location, the Pearland location, and at the team gym on 521. The owners really know what they're doing, the coaches are top notch and positive (not demeaning like at other gyms we've been to before we found AOG), and all of the staff is well trained and professional. It's the best gym we've been a part of in all of our years in gymnastics and dance! Highly recommended!!

The BEST GYM IN PEARLAND and MISSOURI CITY!
Customer service is top priority and the staff is well trained, and very kind and caring! Gym is clean and smells great every time I walk in. Most gyms across the board smell like feet.
My daughter has come here for over a year and we have been to a lot of other gyms in the Pearland area and this is by far the best one. Can’t say anough about how great this gym is! I’m never worried about my child when I drop her off at camp or PNO. It’s a safe place for kids to go and grow and learn and have fun at the same time!

I would give this place a higher rating if their staff are require to take off their shoes just like the kids are.
Even though all the kids takes off their shoes inside the gym area, every staff are wearing their shoes and walking all over the same area where the kids plays in, roll around in, and lay down on. This is completely unsanitary and spreads dirt and bacteria all over these surfaces.

This review is for the Pearland location. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN GYMNASTICS OR NINJA WARRIOR HERE! My first impression walking in was shock at the inexperienced teenage staff at this place. Then I thought, okay I’ll see how this goes, maybe they have had training and know what they are doing. After the first 30 minutes it was abundantly clear these teenagers/VERY young adults have no business teaching. I was shocked to witness gymnastics instructors asking girls who could barely do a back bend walkover to do back flips into the foam pit WITHOUT a spot or any prior knowledge of every having been taught to do a back flip prior to this class. I know this because I asked the mother next to me what level of gymnastics her daughter had completed. She replied basic beginner gymnastics at the little gym. Then I witnessed a private coach having a one on one session with another girl and instructing her to do things, again WITHOUT a spot, that were so far out of the realm of what her capabilities were, that I was surprised she didn’t leave in a neck brace! I was a gymnast growing up and know without a doubt you have to learn the basics first before moving on and you always need a spot when learning back handsprings, back flips, etc. I couldn’t believe my eyes. All this was going on while my daughter was doing the ninja warrior class. As the class went on, I had already decided this was a complete waste of time and money, as the teenage instructors were asking her to do things that professional athletes on American Ninja Warrior struggle to complete. For those fans of American Ninja Warrior, they asked these 7,8 & 10 yr old kids to do the Traverse Ring Toss (this was her first class) with absolutely no instruction, no assistance and no prior knowledge of this particular obstacle. Not only did they let them grab a ring and immediately fall off, they continued to ask them to do it 10-12 more times with zero instruction or assistance. So they just kept falling off. Then they asked them to do a running hi/lo mat course without the proper mat at the end. My daughter fell off the oval shaped mat they were asked to run on and off of (this mat moves back and forth when you jump onto it) and hurt her back. I went to see what was wrong, my daughter is laying flat on her back, she couldn’t take a deep breath and was saying her back hurt so bad she couldn’t get up....the coaches cut her off and said to me, “OH, she’s fine”. REALLY! It wasn’t until I got the director involved that they asked my daughter if she was okay and if she needed some ice, then I was asked if I wanted to fill out an incident report. REALLY, my daughter is in pain and in tears and you want me to fill out a form! The whole time the teenage instructor is talking over me to his director about how he knows what he’s doing! We left and will NEVER return. PLEASE don’t enroll you children here, it is dangerous! Someone is going to leave there in an ambulance!

If you need your kids to have a blast and burn off some energy, this is the place. My kids did the Ninja warrior class and it was a way for them to work on gross motor skills and help build their confidence. My special needs son even had fun and was able to accomplish most of the obstacles in his unique way.

The environment is clean, friendly and highly recommend.
