Absolutely loving my experience here so far! I really appreciate their intro offer, it allowed me to try out multiple classes! The instructors I’ve experienced so far, Lindsey and Dakota, have both been amazing and so encouraging! Each class is full of students and teachers cheering each other on, can’t wait to grow here!

I cancelled my membership via email, text and verbally over the phone and they still continued to charge me. I ended up canceling my card I had on file and disputing the charges they kept inflicting on me even after I cancelled. I am now dealing with the bank reversing fees I was charged without consent, after speaking to the owner (who refused to give me a refund even though I never attended a class), and even then they still charged my card after I cancelled MULTIPLE TIMES. I am currently on the phone fighting these charges. They are literally stealing from me. Unbelievable.

The staff here is fantastic--very welcoming and supportive. I'm a 50-something woman who hates to exercise and loves ice cream, and this place makes exercise fun and extends body positivity to everyone. Don't worry about how you look or if you aren't super coordinated. Just come and have fun!

Here is my honest review of altitude fitness. I first started coming and loved it. I bought the class pack back in June of the trial 4 classes and as soon as the trial classes were up I joined on membership quickly. Classes were fun at first but then I quickly realized that this studio may not be the best fit for me. They run the same style of music no inclusion no diversity. Believe me I am not asking for Rap,R&B, or Pop every week but would like something different than rock every class.I owned a dance studio for years and I know how important it is to make all people of different backgrounds and styles feel accepted and included instead of dancing to songs that you like as the teacher. My last issue is I have been out for a couple of week battling covid and was ready to get back to classes just so I can use my membership. They are booked solid weeks in advance I can't even take the classes that I want to because its so full I try to book in advance every time.... and still can't get in. All of this being said this will be my last month here. Over all it was fun until it wasn't and for dance to be my happy place this place quickly made it very uncomfortable very frustrated. :(

Love this place they have classes for everyone at different levels. Taken a few pole and pole conditioning classes and still new but have felt welcomed every time. If you want to try something new and feel more confident come here. Prices are reasonable and they even have children aerial classes so there’s always something for everyone. Make sure to read rules, you can cancel classes up to a few hours before if needed and not penalized if your running a few minutes late as long as you get there within 5minutes. I love that I can sign up for a class same day as well. I’m still new but can’t get enough. They make it so fun and I don’t feel like I’m working out. If your thinking about it just give a try you won’t regret it!
Also if you need childcare there is a drop in daycare right around the corner so they can have fun while you have some time for yourself!

Went in for a private pole lesson with Dee for my best friend’s birthday. We had a BLAST! Dee was patient and encouraging, and it was exactly what we were wanting for our first time.
The studio was also super patient, accommodating, and responsive while helping me book.
We will be back soon, and can’t wait to try the other classes!!

Love Altitude in HV! The instructors are all so amazing and truly care about the students safety and ability to grow. Super positive environment for a really fun workout that makes you forget you’re working out! Plus they have lots of fun engagement with the studio like student showcases where you can come cheer your friends on and Christmas Bingo which gets everyone involved! Can’t recommend enough. Too many great instructors to name but love you all ♥️

I've been going to this studio for six months now, and I love it! All the instructors are supportive and wonderful. I'm learning a lot, and I'm proud of the progress I've made. Definitely welcoming to first-timers, but they have leveled classes, so more experienced pole and aerialists can still be challenged and improve. If you're thinking about going, just do it!!

I have been a member of Altitude for a year and a half and it has changed my life! I finally feel confident and powerful in my skin despite years of self consciousness. The instructors are warm and welcoming, and the classes are customizable for every level (and injury)! If you haven’t tried pole/aerial fitness, just give it a shot. Try one month of classes and say hello to the more confident you!

Update! The studio fixed this right away. Really appreciate it!!
I'm really hoping I can change this rating and make it another 5 star, but right now it's a 1 for me. Unfortunately I haven't been able to even take a class yet. I signed up prior to Christmas for a pole class, paid the $20, then on the morning of the class, I was sent a text saying it was canceled. Totally understandable, it happens, but I haven't been refunded for the class and I've emailed and called to see if I can just use the funds to reschedule, but haven't heard back.

I came for pole and fell in love with it all! Silks, hammock, hoop... there are so many different classes to choose from. All of the teachers here are so genuine and actually want to help you get better. May I add- the other students are always so welcoming and supportive, and it truly makes for a great environment. Since starting here I’ve gained muscles in places I didn’t even know had muscle! And it is fun! I couldn’t recommend a better aerial studio. So glad I found this place.

** 4-month update ** I've lost 20 lb. 😝😝😝
This is the best Aerial Workout place I've been to. Classes here are usually all small sized. All staff here are personable. Instructors are experienced, inspiring, and attentive. Everyone gets perfect amount of attention and instruction during class. Most importantly, instructors here teach you to do a flow of movements, not just show you to do some poses on fabric.
I got out of Prediabetes stage with the workouts here and a bit of Ketogenic Diet. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a FUN workout to build strength and muscle.

I absolutely love this studio. I came here on a whim after seeing there were cardio burlesque classes and a groupon deal. I didn't exactly know what to expect, other than at first I just intended to take the cardio burlesque classes. My first class there was a sub, one of the pole instructors, who encouraged trying pole. Next thing you know I'm adding pole. I take pole, then was encouraged to take aerial yoga, now I'm taking aerial yoga. Then I make note that Zumba sounds interesting and has for many years, then one of my instructors encouraged me to take it. So, more and more I just find I love all the classes they offer! I will admit, there's a lot I can't do yet or do not feel comfortable doing quite yet. Even if you can't do something, instructors do their best to tailor and try to accommodate to your current level. I will be excited to see in maybe 6 months what changes there are for me, such as conquering fears and being able to do things I haven't done before. I come here because I enjoy the challenge. I come here because I genuinely like every instructor I've had.
