Amazing Women Owned Studio. In love with Les Mills programs: Body Pump (tons of fun music and weights), Body Balance (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi sets). Also, POP Pilates, Jazzercise. The community is incredible supportive and helps you grow on your fitness/health journey.

Whether you're looking to tone your muscles with a strength class, get some cardio by dancing your heart out, increase your core strength and flexibilty with pilates, or unwind with some relaxing yoga or a stretch class, you can find it at AMPED UP GTX! The classes and instructors are phenomenal. The community is warm and welcoming. The childcare is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place! There's a reason it's my home away from home.

From Kaymee Wood: Pop Pilates has been a nice addition to my workouts, it focuses on strength, balance and stretching. Itβs low impact on the body, but it does burn calories and makes you sweat. Sam makes the class fun and the routines are set to great music and moves can be modified to each persons level of fitness.

Sam and her team of amazing instructors have completely changed my life! I've avoided Gyms all my life but knew that I needed to get fit and healthy. Jazzercise is no longer the workout of the '80's - it's a full body workout, motivational and lots of fun. Not only am I fit and healthy (and have guns!) I've also got to know some pretty neat ladies in the proce
ss! There's no limits to the number of classes you can take and there are usually 5 or 6 classes a day. I gave it a try and I'm still hooked 2 years later!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jazzercise in general, and Georgetown Jazzercise especially. I was always athletic, and like most people slowed down with motherhood, age, and illness. For years, I tried to regain the motivation I'd had. I tried Crossfit, home DVD workouts, various accountability programs, race training, trend diets. Nothing stuck. I tried Jazzercise on a lark, and was shocked to realize two things about halfway through my first class: 1) I was absolutely drenched in sweat, and 2) I was having a blast. Jazzercise has been a major mentality shift for me. Instead of the intense focus on gains, PR's, and taking it all SO seriously, I just turn up for class, have fun with friends for an hour or so, and leave stronger, happier, healthier, and excited to go back. I am more fit now than after two steady years of Crossfit, and back to triathlons (for fun this time) after four years of not being able. The classes are customizable to your fitness level; I am often working out next to a 70+-year-old woman. With the same instruction, she and I are able to get exactly what we need out of the class.
Now for Georgetown Jazzercise. I am so fortunate that this is my neighborhood studio. The owner, Sam, has created an environment that is supportive, friendly, caring, and always a lot of fun. The team of instructors she's assembled is stellar; each brings something special to the experience. It really says something when you can inspire such loyalty in a large group of busy women.
I can't stress enough what a positive change Georgetown Jazzercise has been for me.

This is a fantastic workout and they have the best instructors! They offer several different session times all week long which fits perfectly with my work and mommy schedule. It's fun, energetic and the routine music is popular top 40 songs which makes it even more entertaining. And best of all, I have already started to feel really great about my body and it's only been a month! I would most def recommend this program to anyone!
