I love working out at Andrea Claire’s with Tamee! The facility is small, easy to get to, and has everything you need for a solid workout. I’m so glad I finally decided to start this journey. Tamee is super creative with her workouts, they are tough, fun, and always different. What I appreciate most is that she focuses on form. Doing it right matters more than just rushing through it.
They even keep water, protein drinks, and snacks available for clients at no extra cost. And best of all? I always have the whole place to myself during my sessions…just me and my trainer.

I’ve been working with Andrea since April and I’ve seen the results! I’m thrilled with the changes - weight loss, improved body tone, muscle increase, more energy and better stamina.

Andrea understands that no two people are alike and creates a workout program tailored to the individual’s goals and capabilities. She knows her stuff and every session is unique with different exercises, which keeps it interesting and the client on their toes. It’s never routine.

Andrea also uses a workout app so you don’t have to remember what you learned that day in order to workout at home; it’s all on the app making it very easy to get a workout in on your own.

The app also includes nutritional information and Andrea loves to post new healthy, delicious and easy to make recipes.

I’ve had other trainers but they don’t compare. Andrea is truly talented and understands the best way to get results. If you’re looking to make positive changes, learn something new and get out of that workout routine from a decade ago, Andrea is your gal.

I have been training with Andrea for 6 months and I cannot say enough great things about her! Andrea is top notch in all the ways- diet, workout and so easy to be around (which is a HUGE plus when working out isn’t your favorite thing). She is always positive and encouraging. The plan I was in, sent recipes for the week and we LOVED that! This made these habits seem to be possible and translate it to ‘real life’. She knew all the answers to my questions or advice on things I was having a hard time with. I initially started personal training with her to lose weight for my wedding and did! I lost 20 lbs in 6 months with her and loved being part of her group classes after that. I would recommend her time and time again. Best of the best with her- you won’t be disappointed!
