Consistently no paper towels in the bathrooms, paper towel rolls are sometimes present around the gym but never in the actual dispensers, just kind of near them. It's overall a pretty unsanitary gym. Equipment in the gym is ok, treadmills are a little old and creaky.

I set up a tour @530, got a reminder about my tour, & anytime fitness reconfirmed my tour 10 min before. When I got there the hours State that between 2-7 it would be staffed, but when I got there a member let me in and showed me to the office and nobody was there. Again all this happened between 530-545.

Bathrooms/showers were disgusting. Equipment was not maintained (padding and grips). Gym had a stench, I understand it's a gym, but no other anytime fitness I've been to has smelt like that.

Original review: The same complaints you see now are the same complaints from 5 years ago. The pictures shown on the banner are not from this location, they are from the gem lake location. This location has been on a steady decline for the last 5 years, and does not get the same treatment as the gem lake location.

Cons- Treadmills are worn down and some, if not all, are broken to an extent. They’ve gone without cleaning supplies to clean down machines for as long as they haven’t had a manager, which has been about 5 months. Maybe more. There is no tanning bed, fyi. The picture is outdated. The scanner on the door works when it wants to, so chances are that you may not be able to get in because there’s not gym manager to let you in.

Pros - the cleaning guy does a good job keeping the place clean. People that workout at this location are polite, and respectful.

I’d like for the management/corporate to help improve this location, to get back to where it used to be.

Great medium sized gym
Free weights to include squat racks and a bench press station, HIIT room, plenty of treadmills.
First day ever and was scheduled to orient at 10 for possible membership but the staff member never showed. So probably not the best establishment but the gym itself gets the job done.

This place is great, it's small but has everything you need to get a good workout. Emily is awesome she keeps the place organized and clean, I swear, I see this girl picking up or cleaning everytime Im there. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness on Ross/osage.

Over priced membership for how the facility is kept. It’s a small gym but does have enough and the right equipment. When it’s operable. Several machines stay broke and repairs apparently take months. I pulled in at this gym on my lunch break and Was going to take a 15-20 minute break before I started my workout. But about 5 min into sitting there I was informed that unless you are currently working out there is no parking. So if your come to work out, once you pull in you better hurry inside or you will be asked to leave.

Small but never packed. I quit the big cheap gym due to never having a place to actually work out. Too many teenagers exercising their thumbs. That is not a problem here. I wish there were a few more benches, incline, decline, and such but other than that, it is a nice clean place to work out when I want to.

This is my Gym, I'm signed up thru Silver Sneakers. It's friendly and very clean. I'm sure on a smaller scale it has all the same equipment as the bigger gyms around town, I do know it's cleaner & friendlier.
Emily and her crew keep it very clean, and make me feel welcome (as do the other clients), for my few times a week.😏👍⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

sometimes you go into a gym and feel intimidated, especially if you are new to working out. At this gym though, it is the complete opposite. Jacob is really good about answering questions, and he is extremely welcoming. Lots of equipment and free weights to choose from. It is a smaller gym, so you won't see big crowds like you would at other gyms. I would definitely recommend.

I've been a member over 5 year and manager of the Ross-Osage gym pulled all the 35 pound plates and many members have repeatedly ask for him to bring them back, stubbornly he replies no because someone didn't rack it after using them so we are all paying the price. It's been that way at every workout facility I've been a member of. Not everyone has good gym edicate. l haven't seen him anywhere but his office. The equipment hasn't been kept up or replaced. Time to look for a new gym.

Anytime fitness tienes sus pros y contras. Por ejemplo es accesible al decidir a que hora quieres ir por que está abierto las 24 horas y esta por todos los estados pero comparado a otros de aquí en amarillo tx. Es un poco caro y tiene poca maquinaria. En otros gimnasios se ofrecen clases que están incluidas con la membresía, como zumba etc. Y sobre todo ofrecen la cama de hydromassage la cual a todos les encanta. Todo eso y por un precio más bajo! Y te dejan llevar un amigo de acompañante, cuentan con guardería infantil.

This location is close to my place. This Anytime Fitness location seems more run down than most. The one staff member I've met so far seems nice and attentive. There seems to be some standard equipments missing; compared to other anytimes. The building, and the facility in general definitely need some TLC.

Pretty horrible. They don't have the screen to do yoga anymore, staff can be overly rude and after my year was up they still kept charging me and became more rude. Belongings arnt safe at this location either.

Started a one week trial pass which we applied for online along with my wife. Went to this location to at around 1130 AM. Came up to the door which was locked and had a sign posted on the door for trial members to call to be let into the building. Called twice with no response and left a voicemail asking to be let in. Waited 5 minutes just standing at the door and looked through the window and saw an elderly woman sitting on a chair near the entrance. Knocked on the door and she just looked at me and shook her head "no." At that point we left. Staff is supposed to be there from 11AM to 9PM. If you want to look stupid and waste your time this is the place for you.

I forgot my beats headphones worth $250 at this gym while I was working out in the middle of the gym. I even had a picture showing where my headset were and someone stole them. The management doesn't have any video or cameras working as that's what they told me. They don't have any idea who stole them from the middle of the gym. Your belongings aren't safe in this facility. BEWARE

I called this place to ask when someone would be available to sign me and my girlfriend up. Their response was, I'm here until 7pm. I said well, that's not going to work I'm at work until after 6, I might not be able to get there before 7. her response, well I'm here till 7pm. I'm sorry if you can't get here during that time. Had she been just a little caring, I would've left work early.
