I love Anytimefitness!! The place is clean and the equipment is in working order. The staff there are the BEST. They speak to you every time you walk in, asking how you are doing. Liz listens to you and helps you come up with a plan to meet your goals. Destiny is the best trainer!! She hold you accountable to your workouts. She makes sure you are working different muscles, switching up the workouts daily. It's a fun place to workout. Can I put fun and workout in the same sentence? 🙂

Anytime fitness in Brownwood is a horrible gym please don’t waste your time becoming a member because they don’t care about people all they care about is money I’ve been to several of them and I see the same problems going on when something is broken it doesn’t get fixed restrooms and showers not being cleaned properly and management is really disrespectful and uninformative about certain things for more profit and benefit for the gym. There are much better gyms that really do care about people that will treat you fair. so please make a better choice where you spend your money because you really should get the best treatment and Brownwood anytime fitness does not offer that

Very nice place and we are blessed to have that in our community. The only thing that bothers me is the staff just act like they are unhappy, never smile, and it would be so nice if they would make eye contact and give you a big smile when they walked in the door. For me personally, that would be a big plus. With a fitness center on every corner people now have an option, and after being in business all my life, I can assure you that a smile and eye contact means a lot to a customer.

Have felt like they just want to push services at you at extra cost. When I first started I asked what if I want to cancel she said you just give us 30days notice. That was a joke! People told me not to join there. I have been in there 3 times and made to feel uncomfortable each time! I am going to email the company and hopefully they will stand by what I was told.

The folks at this AF are always willing to work with you when you have to cancel or reschedule workouts with trainers. VERY clean facilities and equipment, and problems with machines are fixed as fast as possible. AND this is one of the few facilities with Aqua Massage.

Anytime Fitness is awesome. I have a personal trainer Aimee Orozco-Rosales that is my trainer and friend. We are having great results and a great time working out. I actually look forward to going to the gym and working out with Aimee.

Anytime Fitness is not in it just for the money. They care about you and your results. They help you learn how to use the equipment correctly, use correct form, and recommend dietary changes to get the results you are looking for.

Aimee watches every move I make to make corrections when needed. Her favorite word "Pause" and saying " One more for fun'sees".

Very clean gym, the bathrooms are clean too, with top working equipment, great location, awesome hours, most of all the staff are all very helpful, professional, and friendly. They really make a person want to improve themselves by getting and staying fit. I would recommend Brownwood Anytime Fitness to everyone. My favorite part of my day is getting on the bike for an hour while I read a few chapters in a good book. Getting a good workout while enjoying myself. Plus the bikes have a TV you can watch too.

The people here seem to be bothered if you ask them something even though that is there job they get paid for to do. They do the bare minimum just to not get fired and still get paid.

My experience was with Cara Esquivel, she was talking so fast to me as if she was an Auctioneer talking to me at 100 miles per hour to get me out of there as soon as possible. She didn't offer for me to take a seat and as soon as she gave an answer I was being dismissed immediately. Again, attitude of "don't bother me and what do you want, ok bye". Horrible.

This is unacceptable but she's been that way ever since I got my membership. Not Elizabeth, Mccorkle she's friendly and willing to help but good God Cara needs a different face and more training.

Is a pretty big, specious and cleaner gym I've been in, i just got a membership, sadly I've been trying to cancel it cuz i am pregnant and i need to take care of myself, that's what the doctor told me but i haven't had an answer from the staff, they are so helpful with every question I've been having, but this time they are not answering, i am paying a membership, i just start like less then a week ago, but, they are not answering, idk what to do cuz i can't keep paying it if I'm not going to go anymore, at least not now.

A very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is genuinely concerned about my health journey. I was reluctant to join a gym because of my physical condition. I felt that I would be judged for how far down I had let my health go. That was all taken away in the first couple visits. I am always greeted and spoken to by name when I enter the gym. Cara and Liz are awesome and always wanting to help with any questions or concerns that I have had. Amanda, my trainer has been so good helping me get back into shape while focusing on my biggest concern which was not hurting myself while building my health back up. These ladies have made my experience very encouraging that I can regain my health. They make this gym and great place. I now have my wife going as well and I look forward to her using the tanning as well.
