Ok Anytime, I think it’s time you just change your AC filters and get rid of the floor fans. Filters have been like this for months. Maybe actually clean the gym as well.

Positives 1st . The people who work here are wonderful. The GM is awesome. Location is great. All the equipment to complete a good workout.
The issues. Seems like so much of the equipment is broken, damaged , doesn't function as it should.. the weight is off on the cables. The building is falling apart. Mirrors are cracked & broken. Walls are bashed in. Floors are chipped & always dirty.. like why is there what looks like dog hair everywhere. THE GYM IS KEPT AT 72°!!! Why?! Gyms are usually between 67° to 69°. Its insane. Yes there are fans but my goodness everyone is always commenting on the temp of this place.
Use of space is awful… All equipment is def out of date. Smith Machine bar is crooked so Distribution of weight seems off, even though it’s not.. well that debatable because the retention is off too…I have been coming to this gym almost 2 years.. nothing has been updated. They added a pec fly machine.. I feel as those the employee have no support here. I don't think anything will change until their numbers drop. The area is exploding in growth and AF will miss out on capturing that growth unless they make some immediate changes.

I like the fact that people are there to work out and not fool around like in many other gyms. I bought a family package and my kids have grown more muscle faster than the other gyms they have attended. I think because it’s more of what I call a body building gym even though they have cardio equipment. We all love it and the staff is great.

I want to like this Anytime Fitness as it's closest to my house but as soon as 281 opened up southbound I started going to the one on Overlook. It's nicer, newer and they have signs for people to not talk on their cell phones. All pluses. At the highway 46 location people are constantly talking on their cell phones as mgmt don't have a policy against it. And the equipment is in desperate need of replacement and updating. The people there are nice but these three things bring the rating down to two stars and me down to Overlook.

I love the staff and people at the gym are very kind. The facilities and machines stay extremely clean and the members use wipes when they finish. Gracie is very helpful and understanding!

This Anytime is a lower than a sloth in repairing broken equipment, and in replacing barely used equipment with newer machines. There also aren’t enough weight plates to accommodate the equipment. Gym has much more potential due to prime location.

I’m giving this a two star all based on the billing. If you are looking for a simple in and out then this is not the spot for you. I will drive an extra 20 mins just so I’m not in these horrible billing agreements they make you do. Like we moved away and now are not near one at all but they still said it was close enough to one (like 25 miles) so they wouldn’t let us cancel. On top of that when you do finally cancel they make you pay for the next months bill as well. Why on early would they make you pay for an extra month when you work t even be using the facility??
Anyways.. people that work there are great. I just hate the way this company does business and tries to rip customers off. Pathetic

Staff is nice, but this gym needs some upgrades for sure. I started off at the Round Rock location which is always clean and has new equipment. This location needs at least one spin bike and some more squat racks.

This is a great gym to workout at. The management is awesome and the owners are very polite as well. The gym is cleaned daily by management and kept clean throughout the week. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to workout. Oh and the personal trainer onsite is very knowledgeable and super nice!

Nate is really friendly and Erin is awesome as well. It doesn't feel like a gym at all. It truly feels like a family reunion each day because everyone is awesome to include the clients. I definitely recommend it to all.

We've been requesting a cancellation on our membership since March countless times. Note between March and December they have withdrawn $402.28. This includes talking to various personnel, calling, email and even going back to the gym to meet with someone to get it cancelled and reimbursed. They always say they will cancel and reimburse us and this has yet to happen. So factor in how they are open folks--it is continuing to charge everyone who has left. Also--if you have been there long enough you have all been charged the extra 20.57 but you should notice it is sporadic. It should make everyone review their withdrawals.

A little older but a pretty good gym. I've been to other Anytime Fitnesses in the area and compared to those, this gym, like I mentioned is older in interior appearance, but it has more space than the others. In particular I like the large studio. It has all the accessories you want and plenty of mirrors. The gym itself has plenty of equipment, free weights, and cardio machines. One of my favorites is the jacob's ladder which you continuously climb for as long as you can. It provide a great workout by itself. Also, I've never used them, but they do have personal trainers on staff and pictures on the wall of people's fitness success when working with them.

Really disappointed in this anytime fitness, it's so close to my house (that's why I got the membership) but always find myself going to the one off of Bulverde Rd, because I don't like going here anymore. Too small, bath rooms are never clean.
