I've went to this location several times over the last couple of weeks after hearing they were closing. My intention was to buy the equipment and possible re-open after they closed as a private gym (not a franchise) but I can't get the owner to call me back. This was a great location for a gym, since there aren't any in the area. Landlords getting greedy, along with the franchise fees, and the lack of anyone with any kind of passion working there made it impossible for success. I see AF following the trend Curves did back in the 2000's. Fastest opening & fastest closing franchise in America. I am honoring the memberships that were open during the closing of this AF at my privately owned fitness center Yes Fitness about 5 miles away.

It was nice, visiting from out of town. I wanted to purchase water bottle and didn't know where to put money. No locking cubbies.

Only my third AF I've visited and this probably ranks as the lowest. It's not bad and you got your basics in terms of equipment but the indoors is a little tired and worn down, it was quite hot inside and other few quirks here and there but most importantly, the machines worked (at least of those I used), weights were there and equipment seemed fine.
I'll use it again.

The owners couldn't care less about their gym. I will keep on going just because it's very close to my house. But if there was other choices I would definitely not use it

Owner "CEO" is rarely around and that's ok i don't need him to work out but he is penny pinching the place with air conditioning. The aerobic room gets warm. The treadmills by the windows get hot in the afternoon due to the sun coming in and there is nobody around to turn down the AC. The owners solution is to turn on the big ceiling fans to stir the warm air around. I would keep my membership but can't stand the afternoon warmth. Update - Called the guy...no return calls. Multiple people left messages on his door, windows, phone. Gym was 80 degrees + for 6 days straight. Cancelled membership....moving on from this clown of a owner.

This is a nice small gym. It is well appointed. The issue that is making me choose to go to another AF gym in the area is the manager. This weekend all the paper towel dispensers were empty. With no way to wipe down machines thatβs unacceptable, and especially now. The 1 Concept2 rowing machine has needed to be repaired for at least a year now. There is at least 1 leg machine missing a dial cover so there is no way of knowing what itβs set on. The deal breaker for me is the total lack of caring about anything from the manager. Even on the few times heβs there he really isnβt.

This was the closest Anytime to me when I moved The Woodlands in October of 2020. Until recently, really like the set up. I go daily, use machines and weights. I like being able to use the facility any time of the day and itβs always clean. People are also friendly.
That being said, I recently lost my access fob to get in and have called the office maybe 4 times over the past week and gone by multiple times as well (during the posted business hours) to get a replacement. Other than trainers, who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable but are unable to issue a new fob, there is nobody there. They asked me to leave a note on the sign in sheet. I did this to he first time about a week ago and have yet to hear anything back. Iβve left several messages and no response at all.
At this point itβs been a week since Iβve been to the gym and for me, thatβs quite a while. Itβs extremely inconvenient to go by there daily and continuously be disappointed by the lack of someone that can help. One of the trainers even said that the only person that can help is really only there about half an hour a day. I would even consider this to be acceptable if they answered the phone or allowed an appointment to be made, or even returned a call.
Itβs unfortunate that the manager/owner isnβt anywhere to be found when needed. My contract expires in April and Iβll be looking for a new gym most likely.

Not a large gym but I personally like that aspect. Management is very friendly and helpful. Has everything you need and not so busy that you are waiting on equipment. Iβve enjoyed my membership so far.

Clean, well appointed. Used to enjoy comig here. Management is making no attempt to encourage or enforce use of masks. Given the older demographic of members who are potentially at risk, I am surprised. Considering canceling membership.

Nice facility. Terrible manager. My husband called on a Saturday morning asking for us to take a quick tour of the gym and was told to come in at 11:30am on Monday. We arrived at 11:25am and found no sign of anyone in the office. Walked around a bit and had the very helpful trainer, Michael, step away from his clients to check on us. He tried calling the manager who didn't answer his phone but apparently had been around earlier. Michael asked us to sign our details and the manager finally called us back at ~12:30pm. No apologies, no excuses, just trying to make out like we hadn't turned up. Needless to say we've decided we'll choose an alternate location based on our experience.

My husband and I paid around 400$ a person for a year membership. They stated it was so expensive because it was never busy. I disagree. The machines left open rarely work and there are always kids in there unsupervised and using the working machines inappropriately. I rarely see anyone working in there which explains why the paper towels are rarely stocked and the gym is never clean. Definitely not worth the money spent.

I was there on a Tuesday 12-6-16. The gym was clean and equipment fairly well maintained. It was a small gym, the free weights crammed into a small corner making it difficult to find space to lift.

Machines are kept up with and in good shape, but the free weights have seen better days. The rubber coating is almost completely worn off. Staff seems friendly, but I have yet to be acknowledged as a living human being, sooooo. All in all could use some improvements, but if you just want to go to the gym, work out, then leave this is the place for you.

I just moved here from Miami and I have been trying to try a guest pass to see how the gym is here... However there is never anyone in the office and no one ever answers the phone at this location. I am just desperate to find a 24 hour gym and sign up. I can't imagine how much business this location is missing out on by not having anyone there. I have tried for three weeks straight to sign up. I honestly don't even want to sign up anymore with a place with such terrible customer service!

Not big but a decent size gym. Love the place because its not as busy as other traditional gym, where you are waiting around until the equipment is free to use. Everything is up to date and modern with music playing 24/7. Plenty of treadmills and free weights along with mechanical machines. It also comes with an aerobic rooms.

I love having Anytime Fitness here. Very close to my house. The gym has all of the equipment I need for my workout and the anytime hours work great for me. Plenty of treadmills, free weights and nautilus type machines. Also, it is usually not too crowded with only 5 - 10 people working out at any one time which I also like. The one downside, if you want someone on site to help you figure out the machines or a workout routine, you are out of luck. You would need to pay to have a personal trainer help you with that, but if you already know what you need to do for your fitness routine and you just want a good place to work out, this gym is for you.
