The gym itself is nice. It wasn’t crowded at all & the floor was relatively neat/tidy.

But… this location has one of the nastiest bathrooms/shower rooms I’ve ever seen in a gym. Toilet paper bits on the floor, t.p. not even on the roll, so the entire roll is exposed to the toilet spray when it was flushed, poo & pee spatter all over the commode, a dirty towel left from someone’s shower, the hot water knob at the sink didn’t work, & there were no paper towels to dry your hands. I was shocked there was soap in the dispenser. The trash cans in the gym were also full to overflowing. Sanitation is extremely important, especially in places like gyms.

I travel a lot so I’ve been to many anytime gyms. This is one is pretty dear to my heart because it’s up the street from my mom’s house so when I visit and she drives me crazy during holidays I can come here and immediately be at peace. It is so clean, all the equipment works good as new, they have so many subtle luxuries like a dry sauna, cotton balls, a-tips, shaving kits in the bathroom, and a hydromassage bed. It’s obviously a close knit gym because they have so many regulars who all know each other. Everyone is super friendly and they have consistent yoga classes and personal training opportunities. The staff is so amazing, I actually lost my engagement ring and the manager came during the snow storm to pull the cameras to see where I left it. Hanna literally sat with me for 45 months zooming in and out of the footage and even dug through the trash to help me find it. They obviously have extremely dedicated staff with amazing character to say the least. The weight room is great, super organized and efficient. They even have little weight lifting competitions on the boards with each other, it’s super personable and homey. Definitely one of the classier options for gym goers.

Employees are great but no accountability to the members
However, if you really want to lift I’d pick another location. More of a gym for old people
No one knows how to count by 5’s, no one puts weights or equipment back where it’s suppose to go. Always having to look for stuff, no one wipes stuff down

My husband and I have been trying to cancel his membership for months and have been unsuccessful. We call during “staffed hours”, leave voice messages that never get returned, and go in during staffed hours yet no one greets us or is at the office. Does anyone work here?

I’d suggest driving the 5 extra miles to the Riata Ranch location, it’s cleaner and people work there.

I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Hanna R!! She has been a huge blessing and an amazing mentor! I can’t say enough nice things about Anytime Fitness. I’ve been attending this location since October of 2020 and have fallen in love ever since.

I work out here about 5-6 times a week and have never had a bad experience. The environment is extremely positive and upbeat. The feel is very “homey” and welcoming. There are always fun and new things coming up at the location. I highly recommend this location to anybody looking to get a healthy jump on the new year!

Nice people. My only complaint is they allow people to use their own cloths to clean equipment after use or they don’t clean it at all. Manager stated they cant police that so it make it more susceptible to catching COVID if someone is asymptomatic. This goes against their advertised cleanliness standards.

I've been coming to this gym for years, the staff as been great although I haven't seen them due working out early in the morning. Lately the gym isn't kept up like it used to be. One bathroom doesn't have paper towels or toilet paper the other paper towels no toilet paper. There are no wipes to wipe down machines or equipment before and after use. This has become the norm here. I hope that the simple things like this will get the attention they need.

I loved going to this gym until 2-3 months ago, when I got tired of the conditions pertaining to cleanliness. Empty soaps, dirty bathrooms, dust always on machines, and no one really caring for the place. So after 6-8 years of membership I stopped. The original owner really took pride but after sold slowly it went downhill with workers, hygiene and more. You can see that in the reviews for years ago and four months ago. read below what Jose wrote which really gave me hope, can anyone else talk about the conditions? Staff who are there and are they just there hanging out, working out or if they’re attending to the facility also. Did staff there change? Workers can make or break places..

The management at this facility is lacking in response and customer service skills. They do not respond to phone calls or website inquiries and will totally ignore any questions/concerns you bring to them. They will dodge questions and make false promises to get back with you to resolve an issue yet never do. When I stopped in to discuss our issue in person, the current manager personally had nothing good to say about the way the facility had been run before he got there and claimed that he inherited a huge mess from previous managers. He kept claiming that corporate had to make decisions but never allowed you to contact corporate nor did he follow through on getting information for us. He also claimed it was another worker there that caused problems. This is a facility we used to enjoy but the management is very lacking. We had to get our bank involved.

24/7 Availability. Very quiet and Intimate. Very close to my neighborhood so that is a plus. Access to many machines and free weights. Hydro massage is great after a workout! Friendly staff. Private restrooms and showers available.

Really like the cleanliness and selection of equipment. It never seems to be too crowded to get "my workout" done. I typically hate treadmills and exercise bikes, but here they are equipped with televisions and that helps the time fly and much more enjoyable. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable if one is interested in personal training.

The owner is a nice guy who is welcoming to all guests. However, a man named Jordan who works the phones was very rude over the phone. Jordan would not work with me over the phone on a payment issue and refused to connect me to an actual manager or the owner who I knew would either resolve the issue or explain the problem. He tried belittling me and harassing me off of the phone. I hesitate to give a one star review because my time there was not terrible, but my experience after was terrible and made me regret ever signing a contract. if you go to anytime I recommend taking your time to negotiate a contract that works with you. If you don't you will be taken advantage of.

Anytime Fitness is great! I can go anytime 24/7. It is never crowded and always clean. The staff is very friendly and always have a smile and a wave for me when I walk through the door. They are helpful, supportive and motivating if you need it or you can just workout in peace if that is what you want. No one will bother you. I've been a member of this gym for just about a year now and love it. It's clean and has a good selection of and well maintained equipment. Justin, the owner, always makes you feel welcome. Same with Jordan, who also happens to be an awesome personal trainer. Johanna is very friendly too. It's easy to see they care about the members. I sometimes work out late at night and it always feels safe. I highly recommend this gym!
