Immediately welcomed by the staff... cant say enough about the kindess, patience and consistency. Love how important it is to everyone to keep the facility clean. The crowd is so friendly, no pressure environment, straight forward billing.. and I must say I love the security. Feels so safe no matter which time I choose to go. Gym #53 on my Sacramento-to-Texas fitness journey is in Denison, Texas. This large, open gym features a studio for classes and private workouts, with a clean, carpeted interior that adds a nice touch. The bathrooms are spotless, and the gym has all the essential equipment. The air and temperature are comfortable, creating a pleasant environment.
I used their 360 biometric scan to check my progress, and the numbers are still looking good. My workout included a morning weight session (at another location) and a one-hour treadmill session here, in the afternoon, which I enjoyed, especially with the treadmill facing big bay windows offering a great outside view. The gym has a clean, aesthetic look and a quiet, chill atmosphere where everyone focuses on their own workout. Overall, it’s a well-kept, comfortable, and inviting space.

As far as gyms goes this is one of them. If you're looking for a place to sweat your muscles into being bulbous and huge, this might be the place for you. If you're into treading the endless mill of cardio, that's definitely an option. Do you know what else this gym has? People who are willing to listen if you need assistance. Overall, it is a great little gym to work out at.

Alright, now before I unfold this tale. I will give you some backstory. I am 6'7, 250 pounds and literally 99.8% muscle mass. I'm completely 100% naturally and only to roids before beauty pageants. When I walked into the gym to open an account that asked for my body composition to help me start a fitness plan. Once I told them the infortmation stated above they laughed at me and said I was no more than 5'5 and MAYBE 110 pounds. This was downright blasphemous and hurt my self image to a state of disrepair. I then proceeded to rack every weight. Then I benched the bench press with said weight (please dont fact check me on this) after I accomplished said feat of superhuman talent. I left the building to never return. Below is a picture of me so you guys can reference to see just how wrong they are.

Don't trust these people!! I signed up last year as a senior, telling them I would be leaving the city in August. The lady repeatedly assured me and my mother that canceling for school would be no fees or problems. Liar! When I went to cancel, they told me no and that I had to continue to pay. No morals in business anymore.

All of the staff if magnificent! They greet you with a smile as you enter - always helpful when you have questions. In the evening time when I typically come in, I see Mrs. Sarah reassuring that the facility is very clean. I witness her cleaning all off the equipment as well as vacuuming the entire place, as she answers questions for the members. She greets everyone with a smile, and she is very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend anyone to join anytime fitness Denison Texas. Where the owner Mr. Jerrod is a very nice person and will help out members in any way he can!

I have been a member for 2 1/2 years now, and I absolutely love this facility! The gym is always clean and the equipment is in great condition. The trainer, Sarah, is fantastic!! She is encouraging and knowledgeable. She is great at modifying exercises to fit her clients' needs. More than that, though, she truly cares about the members. Good experience. Better than I expected, considering price and exterior look being so so. But interior is large, well-utilized, and they have push-button controlled machines, way easier and more convenient to use - and easier to match what we need. For women, they have women-specific area with their own machines, although many work out together with men anyway. The staff were considerate and patient. They also provide 3 different sizes of lockers - how thoughtful! Major negative is maintenance: some of the push-button are already broken for a while, and they had not fixed them yet. Showers also need better maintenance. The parking lot is large, yet sometimes it's near full! Still would not consider it too crowded inside (although I'd prefer less customers, haha - I know owners will object).

Only place to be! I have a pretty busy schedule, so having a gym that is open 24 hours makes it easy to get a quick workout in either early morning or late evening after work. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Very clean equipment and very affordable!

I love it! I started in January of 2017, and it has great equipment as well as great staff. Everytime you walk in (during staffed hours,) they are more than pleased to greet you with a smile and it definitely doesn't take long for them to learn your name. It's also has an amazing ambience as well as motivation signs all over the place! As soon as you walk in you see the wall of fame. Er.. well.. most active members that is.
