I have been a member of anytime for several years now and watched how these gyms have given a comfortable environment to the newest of gym goers and seen people who compete go through full year long training cycles all at the same place. I understand for many the contract or price is a bit daunting, but Anytime is not like most gyms. It is clean, professional, welcoming and worth every penny in my book. The staff is friendly, the community is vast and opening, and the equipment is very well maintained. So it’s FIVE stars for me.

I really recommend this Anytime Fitness if you are serious about your health journey. The Northeast location has been a second home for me because of all the time I spend here, and I have nothing but good things to say about the location and staff. The equipment and restrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Also they constantly have challenges you can join to really push your fitness goals. The variety of machines makes it easy to workout and its never overly packed even at peak hours, which is what I enjoy. Highly recommended.

Gym is clean but has a bad vibe. You have to sign a year contract and they only have one of each machine. Members sit and play on their phones and don’t let you work out. Or members place items on 3 machines and say they are theirs and don’t let you work out. The trainer Adrian spends more time on his phone and talking to others than training you. The staff… they’re busy playing on their phones and don’t care. If you’re serious about working out go to another gym.

I'm only here for a year and I didn't want to use the gyms on Ft. Bliss. I am extremely glad I joined this Anytime Fitness. It meets all of my expectations and needs and the staff is extremely friendly.

WOW... where do I start, the staff is happy, they actually look like they work out unlike other gums. Very helpful staff, free weights, you can do chin ups right in front of the mirror, a PUNCHING BAG, what more can you ask for!! I just started a week trial but I'm sure it'll end with a subscription. Great gym. Open 24/7 and clean. A bit pricey at $50 (plus tax) a month but after a year, I think you get a discount. Haven't gotten that far yet. Just don't forget your lanyard key or you can't get in.

Anytime fitness welcomed me with open arms. I was greeted by employee, Nathaniel Duran which made the the process for signing up for a membership a breeze. He kept all facilities and machines clean and sanitized as well. I’ll be sure to recommend all my peers. Great gym!

I have been with AF since June 2105. I have been in gyms workout facilities, including Venice Beach since 1983 and a weightlifter since 1979. Now at 53 years young I LOVE AF. I started going here after a miserable time with another fitness place which constantly disturbed my membership billing. I have not had any billing issues with AF, I enjoy the autonomy of using my key fob to enter the center and going to work. It has a variety of workout equipment to get all you want to get done completed, Cables and Free weights to include dumbells up to 120 pounds. The center I attend in Northeast El Paso is Bigger than our previous location and the largest I have attended compared to the two I attended in Virginia Beach, Virginia and one in Charlotte, NC.
Anytime Fitness is the place to be.

Ive been a member of this gym for the past 3 yrs. I feel like since the move machines are always down or don’t work properly. The machines are always dirty. For the price you’d expect a bit more. They lost alot of good stuff when they moved here. I dont move because i love the anytime concept but please do better

I would give it 5 stars but the old location had a tanning section this place doesn't. I believe they should invest in a tanning location inside. Stand up room would be nice. I just don't think we should have to go to another location to tan when so many other gyms in the area have this.

Even if it looks packed from the outside, I have never had to wait for than a 2 or 3 mins (a rest time) for the next station I'm wanting to go too. People are friendly, no one is arrogant. I have been politely corrected on some of my forms so I don't hurt myself. Definitely do not mind and love the place!

I have used EP Fitness, Planet Fitness and military gyms in the past. This place is by far the best. While a little expensive, the price point serves as a filter for those who like to use gyms as a place to socialize or take up machines unnecessarily. The equipment is quality, free weights as well as nautilus machines, and plenty of cardio options. The bathrooms are private, spacious and equipped with individual showers. It is seldom that there is a wait for machines, area is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to work out where fellow customers are mindful of their time as well as yours, look no further. No packs of teens doing arms for 2 hours while they text and record each other here!

It's not a bad gym. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the location. Being next to a urgent care makes parking pretty bad at times, and makes the place pretty small. During peak hours it makes it really hard to find open equipment. Kinda regret doing a 2 year contract.

I've been by twice, each time with a different family member. I just recently moved back to El Paso after 13 years and when I left, EP fitness was the only option in the Northeast. So I decided to check out the options. I had been to Planet Fitness up the road right before coming to Anytime Fitness and the staff at Planet fitness merely handed me a price sheet and when I asked for a tour, encouraged me to walk around on my own while one of the four employees sat on the counter and the rest held the counter up. I was so disappointed in their lack of customer service and went over to Anytime Fitness where the one employee on staff, kindly walked my mother and I around the facility, pointed out all their features, different equipment and how they work or that you can even scan a barcode for tutorials, showed us their virtual training room (Planet Fitness didn't offer classes like Zumba or crossfit. Heck they didn't even offer me the information, I had to grab a flyer on my own) . Anytime Fitness was at it's peak hours and wasn't crowded like Planet Fitness was. The worker showed us the showers, fully stocked with shampoo and whatnot, and asked if we had any questions. Yes, the gym was a bit chilly, but once you get your heart rate up, I'm sure it is definitely appreciated. I didn't see any of those bulky fans that some of the gyms put up when the gym gets overheated and musty. Kudos to Anytime Fitness for having excellent customer service and great features like TVs on each individual cardio equipment and a virtual trainer that you can go at your own pace with. Unfortunately, I didn't get the gentleman's name that assisted me both times late in the evening and yesterday evening but he did a great job and helped me make up my mind on where to spend my hard earned money.

I have to agree with the other review. This gym is freezing! It's January in El Paso and I had to go outside to stand in the sun and warm up before going back inside to finish my workout. Aside from the extreme cold temperature, it is a very nice gym and I really like the equipment. Please management - do something to warm up this gym! I know I haven't been the only one that has had issues with how cold the gym is.
