Unfortunately, the overwhelming amount of synthetic fragrances used in this facility is horrible. I’ve mentioned it to management but no change was made. It is so bad my wife cannot even workout in the gym without getting sick. For a place that people go to with the goal of getting healthy, it’s disappointing that we are forced to soak in endocrine disrupting fragrances. It’s really disappointing.

At around 130am, I locked my self out of the gym and thought I'd end up laying on the sidewalk a few hours until someone arrived. I called the regional manager's number listed on the door, though I didnt expect a response. Manager Brooklyn replied via texas at 215ish in the morning! She told me about the gym access pass you can get on the AF app. It worked and I got my keys back. No sleeping on the sidewalk for me! Excellent customer service here!!!

I have been using the Anytime Fitness Lake Palestine facility for over 5 months. The manager, Desiree, always has it looking clean and inviting and runs it very professionally. I have used Brooklyn as a personal trainer for five months and she is excellent. She challenges me each time to reach my potential and is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging during each session. I have made tremendous progress and I attribute that to Brooklyn’s training. Her focus is always on the correct form and physical ability of each individual. I highly recommend this facility and Brooklyn as a personal trainer.

Of all the Anytime Fitness Gyms around here this is the cleanest, best stocked, best managed Anytime Fitness there is in East Texas. Desiree (the manager there) is a true professional, who understands brand standards and keeps the place to the look and feel of Anytime Fitness. Where others around here seriously do not. Her untiring efforts and that of her staff, make this place as great as it is. It stays spotlessly clean and organized. I am happy to call it my home gym. I can reach my cardio goals here.

One of my favorite gyms I've ever been to across the country! Desiree is amazing, she is always around helping people or cleaning or running a class. I recently changed gym memberships and the first thing you notice when you walk in is it does not smell like a gym. Since joining I watch the staff constantly cleaning. The staff are also willing to stop what they are doing to answer any questions. Other gyms, the staff are sitting around usually playing on their phones. It is like my question is the most important thing to them. Another noticeable difference is, no matter how many cars are parked out front, there is plenty of equipment to work out on without feeling crowded. I just moved down to the area from Oklahoma and it was the first gym I ran into. Desiree and her team were very welcoming and got me instantly connected with the place. I recently joined this gym after moving to the Tyler/Flint area. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to join thus far. The gym is conveniently located right off of Highway 155 and is close to many places including beautiful Lake Palestine. The equipment is top notch and NEW! People with all levels of fitness can find what they need at this facility. One piece of equipment I truly love/hate 😃 is their Torque Tank M4 which has dual variable resistance brakes and is the gold standard for fitness sleds. You can do just about anything with it. Just using this piece of equipment with all of its uses justifies the cost of a gym membership for several years…The owner Desiree is really what makes this location special. She makes everyone feel welcome and engages with the clients regularly, but isn’t overbearing. I think she has been there every time I have been come to think of it. She explained to me about the anytime fitness apps and now I can be the DJ of the gym thanks to her explaining their Rockbot music App. Everything is cleaned immaculately and their are tons of windows so you don’t feel cooped up. I’ll be renewing my membership for years to come and so should you!!! 5+ stars!!

Amazing gym minus the No calf machine. Desiree was by far the most informative person I’ve talked to. I’ve had a membership at the one in whitehouse and been to the one in Tyler and no one informed me about the 30 day wait or the app or body scale or anything. But when my friend got a memebership she told us about all of that! And she was super friendly! She even gave me a shirt! 10/10 she needs a raise!

I signed up a few weeks ago because my daughter goes to this Ctr. Went to one of Desiree's classes she holds on Mon and Wed called the Guns N Glutes class. WOW!!!! I was hooked in the first class. She is awesome. The class made me feel so welcomed and now joined along with attending the classes. The staff there are the sweetest. Makes you feel at home. I Started my membership on March 6th. Since then I have been in at least 4-5 times a week. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the people. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly workout too so they 'get it'.
It's brand new (summer 2020) so everything is, er, new...

Good spread of machines and free weights, not biased one way or the other. Some cool eclectic stuff too for more 'functional' exercises like a pull rope, climbing hand holds, varied grips for BW exercises.

I tend to go at 'off peak' times but its never crowded. Broad range of people too so no one should feel odd or intimidated being there. Everyone seems to just put on their headphones and get on with it. Staff always on hand (during office hours) to help.

Showers are a nice touch too.

This gym is awesome! I’ve had a membership for a couple weeks now, and i couldn’t be more impressed. Their staff/trainers are welcoming, experienced, and more than happy to answer all of the questions i’ve had (which have been many), and there are countless machines and useful equipment. Everything is sanitized regularly and kept in tip-top shape, and safety truly is their top priority with the obscene amount of sanitizer dispensers dotting the place. Never felt safer and more invited in a public facility, they’ve definitely earned their five stars.
