Under new management, and it's WONDERFUL! Paige recently came on as the new manager and she is truly whipping this little gym into shape. She is always working hard at something around the gym - cleaning, fixing, checking on the members. Thank you so much for bringing her on board - she's making a world of imrovements, and it's SO appreciated! I look forward to working out here just knowing that Paige is taking care of the place.

Anytime Fitness in Greenville Tx is a great gym with wonderful and accommodating staff that make me feel at home. The gym is clean and a the people here are a joy to be around. I’ve found that the management is excellent and very helpful. Shoutout to Paige who joyfully setup my access and answered all my questions with grace and big smile!

I’ve had a membership at Anytime for a 14 years now and have never been disappointed, I’m contuallly impressed with their service and high standards that have for maintaining a really functional and positive place to workout. I absolutely love this gym! It has been so much better than planet fitness, and our new manager Paige is a superstar! She was the first manager I’ve ever seen actually clean the vents on this joint, and truly showing effort for her members and their well-being! Even the bathrooms have been cleaner, and there’s not always weights just laying around anymore! We love Paige and hope she stays around for many years to come!

It's disappointing how dirty this gym has become. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in 3 days. There's been a green tooth pick sitting on the purple carpet for a week now meaning no vacuuming has been done in awhile. Overall this gym gets cleaned maybe once a week. And should be cleaned everyday.

New manager, Carlos, comes across highly abrasive, rude and too immature for a management position. When texted for feedback, I replied by expressing my dissatisfaction in the overall state of the gym - broken equipment, filthiness (general disrepair) - and his own behavior in his lack of care for cleaning up after himself and his rude treatment of paying clients. He responded by denying everything and suggesting that I am simply unhappy for no reason. His blatant apathy and inability to take responsibility promises that there will be no improvements made to this gym so long as he is in charge, and is why I do not plan to reup when my membership expires.
What's more, when I told him I planned not to renew and to send our conversation up the chain, he replied for me to "go ahead and do that." So, I guess I will take his advice.

As a disabled veteran, I trusted Anytime Fitness to deliver on their promises, but this was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I signed a contract with them and paid upfront for a personal trainer who NEVER showed up to any of my scheduled lessons. Not once! And when I tried to address this with the owner, they were beyond rude—completely dismissive and refused to refund my money or even cancel my membership. It was like they couldn’t care less about their customers, especially veterans.
The facility itself? Absolutely disgusting. Dirty equipment, trash everywhere, and no effort to clean or maintain the place. I don’t know how they expect anyone to work out in such a filthy environment. And after a couple of months of this nightmare, the Rockwall location canceled my stuff without any explanation or accountability. I lost a lot of money dealing with the Greenville location and got absolutely nothing for it. Nothing but frustration and disrespect.
If you’re considering Anytime Fitness, save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—don’t do it. There are far better options out there. Run Planet, for example, actually cares about their members and keeps their facilities in great shape. Take it from someone who learned the hard way—stay far, far away from Anytime Fitness. They don’t deserve your business.

This place sucks. We have been trying to contact them in regards to canceling our membership for months through emails and phone calls, no one has ever answered the phone or calls us back. Absolutely terrible customer service at this branch and just in general as a company in a whole. It's ridiculous, shouldn't be this hard to cancel a damn membership.

When I started going to this gym 5 years ago it was fairly well maintained. That has gone down year after year. There are always multiple pieces of equipment broken in spite of an equipment fee that gets charged on top of a pretty high monthly rate. The bathrooms are falling apart and disgusting. There is signs everywhere asking members to wipe off equipment after use but they are constantly out of paper towel. Headed to Ramm’s Fitness after canceling my membership at anytime.

Recently moved to Greenville and this is the only gym in town that is open 24/7 which is what I was looking for. They have all the machine and free weights you need to stay in shape or bulk up. Only giving 4 stars because I noticed that groups of people go workout together when only one person has the membership to get in and that one person lets the whole group in and then they take over lots of equipment or free weights all at once. It’s understandable if they are all paying members, but not acceptable when they are free loading and other members who do pay are unable to use that machine or area because the whole group took over it. Also, not only is the gym loosing revenue, but also losing money that can be put towards equipment and supplies. Management should really review surveillance footage especially when there is no staff present which is when those members take advantage of their membership to let other 3-4 friends go in behind them without having a membership.

Update: currently the women's bathroom lock is broken, a couple of the machines need work because of missing pieces and won't adjust, the bathrooms are dirty and smell, we are consistently out of paper towels and can't clean the machines
The selection of equipment is enough for someone like me. I think the free weight section is not set up well and it's always crowded. You would have to time your visit just right to be able to get a bench or rack.
Everything is pretty clean aside from the floors. All the supplies are well stocked.

Jayce is great! She keeps the place clean, smelling good (it’s a gym so this helps 😬), and she keeps it fully stocked with cleaning supplies. I joined almost a year ago and I love going. Hell, if it were less people going and had accommodations for a bed I’d consider moving in. She is definitely employee of the month every month. Totally kidding about moving in, but it does stay smelling better than my house.

This is a great place to get a workout in. The gym is very clean and has excellent cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Jayce is a wonderful trainer. She has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend this gym. It is the best in Greenville by far!

I just relocated to Greenville a couple weeks ago and have definitely enjoyed Anytime Fitness Greenville. The Anytime I came from was AMAZING, but the Greenville location matches them stride for stride. Not only is the gym and equipment ALWAYS clean and in the correct area, but the staff and owner are awesome and easy to get along with. They always answer any question/concern in a timely manner and will help you with any of your needs. The members are awesome as well. No matter how full it gets (which it’s never too packed) there’s always either something open to use or a member will let you work in with them. Go check them out!

Great gym with great staff!! Good home feel and always welcome. Very knowledgeable staff that wants you to reach your goal. Whether its to lose 10lbs and get ready for that reunion or to walk across the body building stage. They are always there to help. All the way from a personalized workout from on site personal trainers, to just helping with that last rep on that difficult lift. Walk in and they know you on a first name basis and always ask how its going. If you're looking for a gym or just not getting that warm homely feeling from your gym, then this is your place.

Love this place so much it's only 3 mins away from me open anytime and any day. Just like planet fitness it's a small monthly fee difference it's not a joke gym like free pizza and tootsie rolls how they expect you to lose weight or get fit but anytime fitness does more than that they offer assistance and coach you along the way. They know your name but also they mentor and motivate through your process. Major plus is as soon as they have a promotion or event or new classes they inform you right away. It's safe as heck here no need to fear about your stuff being stolen or random people coming in at random times they really care about your safety. Recommend this place 100% ask for Aaron or anyone to be honest super friendly and informative.
