It was a great atmosphere. I was there at 1 in the morning and there were only 2 other people there so no waiting for a machine. Everything was clean and well organized. Highly recommend

Your customer service is terrible. Your policy about high school age children needs to change. Equipment is outdated compared to other facilities. Lacking safety equipment on some free weights equipment. Many times equipment is unserviceable and don’t get repair it in a timely manner. Restrooms many times lack cleaning and contact numbers in the restrooms are outdated.

5 stars for the gym aspect which is the main thing for any gym. Lots of equipment to use, though it doesn't get really crowded, you may find that certain equipment is taken or smaller areas get a bit crowded such as the freeweight areas when it's more busy. Like most gyms, late night or early morning is the best time if you want to use any and all equipment with little to no wait times.

3.5/5 stars for the extra stuff. This isn't as important if you don't use them, but the gym does have private showers/bathrooms. This is a big win, but they only have 4. They do have shampoo and bodywash, but it does tend to be low or empty, so it's best to bring your own just in case. Maybe bring a roll of toilet paper aswell. You never know. There's no locker room, but again you get 4 private bathrooms which has its downsides. Downside being potential wait times if you go during busy hours or if the bathroom is under maintenance. They also have little lockers for personal items, but there are not many of them, so once again busy hours may cause these things to be occupied.

All in all, it's a good gym depending on when you decide to go and they have lots of equipment for your workout regime.

One of your employees was so rude to me; cutting me off while speaking, and he even ignored me when I was asking questions about payments. I don’t even know his name because he didn’t even bother to have a name tag on him and he also didn’t look professional looking; meaning he was half asleep.

I’ve been to several locations and this one has been by far my favorite. It is rarely busy and when it is I still don’t really have to wait for the machine I need to use. However, people can be really dirty. They leave towels hanging on the machines and put the weights where they don’t belong. Not the employees’ fault, but they can also keep up with the cleanliness. I have noticed they don’t put extra attention to cleaning the gym

Very nice place, nice equipment and close from home. But ... What means " Try us free" ?? Or " claim your free pass" ?? I got on line my free pass an went after they sent me a text message letting me know that I have an appointment with Isaiah. I'm shopping for a gym because of a risk of osteoporosis and I thought this will be nice. So. I went. I showed the girl who attended me the message and she said "It's just a tour at the facility so you get to know it " She stared talking like a fast tape recorded and I have to asked to slow down. I could've gotten what she said to just by ringing the bell ? No ?? Their advertising is very deceiving.
I even got their app. Very disappointed.

This is my regular guy I go to everyday. It’s small and can get packed but I like it here. It’s always clean. Staff could interact. Rules not enforced at all. Many regulars take up 3 machines at one time. It’s a small gym so they take a lot. Staff see them and don’t say anything. The no bag on the floor, they
don’t enforce. Management not present at all. When trying to reach out to management, they don’t reply so can never talk with them. Machines get moved often which can get annoying.

I’ve been an active member of this gym since June of 2022. Fernando, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. He and his staff cheerfully greet me by my name each day. My workout buddies share my positive views of AF Eastlake. Employees really care about the members! The facility is clean and well maintained.

Mi experiencia para mi es malísima abres membresía en el club y para cancelar no lo puedes hacer ahí tiene que ser por medio de otra agencia y te hacen largas para pagar más meses y no te aceptan la cancelación siendo que yo les comprobé que vivía fuera del país por favor no contraten gimnasios si no pueden cancelar ahí mismo son 6 meses de pago por un servicio que no pude tener por salir del país por motivos laborales

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for over 3 years. It is more expensive than other gyms, but it comes with its perks. Firstly, the price seems to keep out the kids who take up machines but then just stare at their phones. If you pay for a membership there, it's because you want to actually work out. There are a good mix of weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, an area for floor work and an area for cross-fit type work. As a female, I really like the security and privacy of individual bathrooms with showers and doors that lock. It would be a 5-star gym if the bathroom upkeep was better (trashcan lids are broken off and the floors aren't sticky-dirty, but they could def use a good scrub for how much we pay).

Interesting how my review got "deleated". Anyways, walked in with my husband with the intention to talk to the manager about signing up. The "manager" was not in. Got on the treadmill and then a guy approached me who claimes he was the assistant manager and told me the manager did not get in till 10 am and that i needed to leave. My husband attempted to talk to him where he then claimed he was the overall manager and that I needed to leave. If the guy was an actual form of management, is that really a professional business practice?? Is kicking out a potential customer proper practice? How tactful is that? No offer to show me around the gym? No offer to review membership options? No offer for a free trial along with signing a reliability release? And if he really was the "overall manager", why couldn't he have signed me up? Horible business practice. Would love to hear from the owner or will this review somehow get deleated to?

A very nice gym, small, and the equipment is great. I absolutely love the TRX Straps and wish there was an interactive video room just for this like the cycling room has the option for other classes that don't require cycling. Other than that, the bathroom/shower is amazing, and although its new, it has some awesome equipment.
