This gym was located conveniently around the corner where I live. Its small, limited equipment (especially with some unavailable due to social distancing). However, there are a few negative things about it. Firstly, when I called in to sign up nobody was there to answer the phone. So I signed up online. Then I tried to call multiple times again to see when I could come in to pick up key fob. Once again, nobody answers the phone or reply to my email. Yes I did called during your alleged business hours (the hours listed on the door and webpage). Luckily a few days later, somebody finally answer the phone.

Secondly, staff was rarely there even with the new hours changed due to Covid. I have seen staff once or twice a month. Because of that, bathroom was sometimes unclean, ran out of paper towel, and even hand soap; disinfect spray and hand sanitizer were occasionally emptied. This for me is quite unacceptable. Thirdly, I have seen a lot of people came in pairs or even four with one key fob on a regular basis. It is unfair for those who actually follow the rule.

I've been to dozens of Anytimes across the country and in Texas, after the pandemic, and this is the only one who shut down the showers. I dont always have the option to go back to the hotel after I work out, so showers are essential to me as well as others.

Staff and/or management do not answer the phone during staffed hours nor do they return phone calls after multiple messages have been left. Exactly why I’m trying to cancel. Customer service means something to some people.

And yes, I have visited during business hours. It’s never that busy and there were always staff in the office.

No one manning the staff every time I’ve been there, phone ringing incessently over the loud speaker and no one answering it, no TP in several of the bathrooms and studio floor very dirty. Terrible.

Great staff and a clean facility. Doesn’t smell like feet when you walk in like most gyms. It’s hard to believe some of the past reviews people have left. I guess the new management and trainers are actually doing their jobs! I definitely recommend this place!

I don't have a problem with the gym itself but what I do have a problem with is your system for clients getting into the gym when the staff is not on duty. When you get up early to get to the gym by 4 AM you expect your key fob to work ALL the TIME, hence the name, ANYTIME FITNESS. In the short period that I've been a member of this gym, at least twice a month, maybe more, I can't get in. Do you know how angry this makes people?? Please fix it or fix your internet, whatever the problem is, so it keeps your clients happy.

Love the gym. Great people and I love how it is open 24 hours. The only downfall that I've run into is that about once or twice a month nobody can get into the gym. This is frustrating since I wake up at 4 am to go exercise before work.

This is a wonderful gym! I’ve been working out with a personal trainer at this facility and the results have been amazing! I had fitness connection before and worked with a personal trainer there as well, however they never take the time to work with you personally like the trainers here do. They focus on you and work with you as much as you need and work to focus on YOUR needs. The manager is always there to answer any questions I have. I will continue to go as the results have been continuing to progress! Love the staff, the environment, and this facility!

Was a good gym, was. Now there’s no staff, no cleaning. I’ve tried to cancel but there’s no one that answers an email or phone call.

I have no issue deleting the review, and quite honestly I only did it because I knew it would get your attention. I’ve tried the “contact us” through the website and even texting your cell number. I’ve moved and need to cancel my membership because I’m not going to drive that far to go to a gym with one closer to where I live now. I did move because of what happened and because of continued personal harassment. I have contacted the billing company to stop any further payments as I was not able to make any other contact. I have no malice or hate against you or the gym, I just need to move in with my life.

Had a anytime membership for almost 4 years. Got out of working out for a bit and came back. Have not have good luck so far on the second time around at this gym. I work out at night and have had multiple entry issues of my fob not working. Besides that I enjoy everything else.

Awesome Gym, it is conveniently located between work and home. It is very clean with great ventilation so it never smells bad. The new management is great and they are tailoring the gym experience per the member’s need. What I like the most about this gym is that for a novice person like me thy gym has great new exercise machines with detail instructions on how to work out on each machine. Also Anytime Fitness has a great App that has detail videos and instruction on what exercise and workout routines to do for each muscle group; this is free and saves on hiring a personal trainer. If nothing else, the monthly due is worth each penny for the use of the hydro message chair which I use after each time I workout.

I’ve been a member at this gym for over a year now. It’s conveniently close to where I work.

It’s small but has everything I need. The workers know me by name and are all very friendly. It’s open 24 hours, which is perfect for my busy schedule. I have memberships at other gyms but this is my preferred gym to go to without having to wait forever to use any equipment and most of the other members are friendly but keep to themselves so I can work out in peace.

Review edited as owners have changed and this gym is no longer what it used to be. I left and went to LA Fitness which for the same price in membership and only 6 months contact I get a pool, sauna, and much more space and equipment. Anytime was a great place when it first opened but sadly that's no longer so.
And I'm reading all these reviews about not being allowed to dead lift!? That definitely was not so when I first joined! How are you going to ban one of the major work outs for gains!?

Wonderful gym! New and definitely up and coming! Great atmosphere, staff are amazing and take the time to get to know you personally. Private shower bathooms for those uncomfortable showering and dressing in front of strangers. They offer a hydro massage chair, and they are 24 hours so you can go any time. Great place to meet and exceed your goals.

Clean facilities. At any hour there is only 1 -2 people here, great for privacy. The equipment is well maintained and offer a great selection. There are 2-3 identical machines for each type, so there is never a long wait for one to open up. Free WiFi through out the building. Elliptical machines and treadmills have TV's , and free weight areas have TV's. Massage bed is available, but for a higher fee

Best gym I've been to by far. The trainers are amazing and the facility is very clean. I prefer the space here compared to the bigger gyms as I don't feel so self-conscious of there being too big of a crowd. Oh! Did I mention it is 24 hours!!! Yessss please!
